Method for increasing of laying hens productivity

FIELD: poultry farming.

SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing iodous starch into ration of laying hens at 7-month age by subcutaneous injection, with iodous starch being introduced in a dose of 1.5-3.0 mg/head.

EFFECT: increased egg production capacity per unit of consumed feed.

The invention relates to the field of livestock and can be used in poultry production to replenish iodine deficiency in laying hens.

A known way of increasing the productivity of laying hens by introducing into the composition of grain premix (makartsev N.G. Feeding of farm animals. - K.: state unitary enterprise "Orlistat", 1999. - S-536). The disadvantage of this method is that the iodine in the composition of the premix is subjected to interaction with other elements, where it reduces its activity, turning into a free form, as well as reacting with the copper is converted to copper iodide (insoluble compound in the gastrointestinal tract unabsorbed)that does not fully increase the egg production of laying hens.

The closest in technical essence is a method comprising 2-fold injection of iodine starch (Korolev V.V. the Influence of different doses of subcutaneous administration of iodide of starch on some morphological parameters of the thyroid gland and the development of reproductive organs of pigs // Past, present and future of animal science: Materials of international scientific-practical conference / Scientific proceedings of Vigée, issue 62. - Volume 2. - Pig. - Dobrovici, 2004. - Pp.86-93).

The disadvantage of this method is that it cannot be used on hens-layers due to the differences in what the " intensity of metabolism and requires adjustment of the drug dose.

The present invention is to increase the egg production per unit of consumed feed.

This task is solved in that in the method of increasing the productivity of laying hens, including a single injection chickens-laying hens under the skin of iodine, the injection is performed in the attainment of 210 days of age at a dose of 1.5-3.0 mg on the head.

The method is as follows. Laying hens 210 day injected 1.5-3.0 mg iodine. The injection is carried out in the region of the neck with the syringe subcutaneously.

Experiments on the injection of chickens laying hens iodine yielded positive results.

Table 1 shows the scheme of experiment, in table 2 - egg-laying hens cross "Rhodonite" after the injection of iodide of starch.

The data show that 2 and 3 of the experimental group surpassed the 1st control group by the total output of eggs 35.9 and 26.9 per cent respectively. Egg production on average hen was higher than in the control in the 2nd group on the 7th and the 3rd 5.2 eggs. The intensity of egg production was in the 2nd experimental group to 88.3% in the 3rd 82,5%, while in control was 65%. As a result, the increase in egg productivity reduces the cost of feed per 10 eggs and 21.5 26.5%.

Example 1. After reaching a 7-mesyachnoj the age of laying hens (group consisted of 40 heads) made injections of iodine starch at the rate of 1.5 mg of iodine per 1 head. Gross output of eggs at the expiration of the accounting period of 30 days amounted to 990 pieces that 26.9% more than the control group. Egg production on average hen 5.2 eggs more, as a result, the intensity of egg production by 17.5% higher than in the control. Further reduction of the dose of iodine is impractical because not lead to a noticeable increase in results.

Example 2. After reaching a 7-month old laying hens (group consisted of 40 goals) spent injection of iodide of starch in the calculation of 3.0 mg of iodine per 1 head. Gross output of eggs at the expiration of the accounting period of 30 days amounted to 1060 pieces that 35.9% higher than in the control group. Egg production on average hen increased by 7 eggs, as a result, the intensity of egg production is 23.3% higher than in the control. Further dose reduction of iodine leads to decline.

The way of increasing the productivity of laying hens, including the introduction of drug iodine, characterized in that the quality of the preparation of iodine laying hens on reaching 7 months of age once by subcutaneous injection administered iodide starch dose of iodine is 1.5-3.0 mg/goal.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking animal blood samples, producing erythrocyte suspension by mixing blood and physiologic salt solution and centrifuging it. Reaction is carried out on 96-cell plastic flat-bottom tablet. Erythrocyte suspension and immunospecific sera are introduced into the cells, shaken, placed into thermostat and reading data. The tablets are shaken with tablet-type photometer. Visible light absorption capacity in bandwidth of 630-650 nm is determined in samples by means of the tablet-type photometer before placing the tablet into thermostat. The samples are incubated at 37°C in thermostat for 40 min. Then, the samples are additionally shaken and incubated for more 1.5-2.0 h, and visible light absorption capacity in bandwidth of 630-650 nm is determined once more. The reaction readings are taken by subtracting visible light absorption indices of the samples after incubation from those before incubation. The received values are transformed into serologic test points.
