The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to devices to prevent the ingress of wet steam in the cylinders of the compressor used to increase the pressure in the piping of natural gas at gas processing plants.

M: Food industry, 1968, str) using the level switch. During normal plant operation is the separation of liquid and gas. When the gas is fed to the inlet of the compressor, and the liquid is discharged into the drainage. When the power light radiation exceeds the threshold, the electrical signal from the sensor 3 is fed to the amplifier (not shown), and then on the relay (not shown), which disables the compressor from the electrical network.

Useful technical effect is achieved in that in the lower part of the horizontal suction pipe of the compressor has a low-frequency ultrasonic generator, and at a distance of 0.1 to 1.0 m in the lower part of a gas sensor ultraviolet radiation, which prevents failure of the compressor due to ingress into the suction cavity of the foam (i.e. prevent wet stroke). Thus, the increased reliability of technological equipment.

Thermal energy of condensate is transmitted to cold starting material. Device proposed for realization of this method includes vacuum chamber where technological heat exchanger-evaporator unit is mounted , loading/unloading system, starting material heating system, chamber evacuation system, condensate receiver; it is additionally provided with compressor connected with collector through which used hot water-and-steam mixture is discharged into technological heat exchanger-evaporator unit and then to heat exchanger used for heating the starting material for delivery of it to loading system.
