SUBSTANCE: measuring, monitoring and cleaning device for liquid feeding systems contains body, locking element, pressure regulator, liquid meter. Device additionally includes filtration and washing device. Locking element, pressure regulator, liquid meter and filtration and washing device are assembled in single case. Locking element is positioned in liquid inlet connection. Pressure regulator is positioned between liquid inlet and liquid outlet connections, and detachably connected to the case. By means of detachable connection, filtration and washing device is mounted in the case. This device is connected by a collector to pressure regulator hollow and the hollow after the locking element. A filter is mounted at the inlet of pressure regulator hollow. Liquid meter is mounted in the body by means of detachable connection. Outlet hollow of liquid meter is connected to liquid outlet connection. Its inlet hollow by means of another collector is connected to the pressure regulator hollow.

EFFECT: minimized dimensions of device due to combination of locking armature and filtering means in one unit, stabilization of pressure, recording of water (liquid) consumption, possible replacement of devices and elements of armature without disassembly of the whole device and without disabling the liquid feeding system and without requirements for its flush, measuring and monitoring elements are protected from dirt in working mode and during maintenance operations (washing).

The invention relates to devices for measurement, control, cleanup and stabilization of pressure for the fluid and, in particular, can be used for the purposes of water supply in homes, cottages, and also for other consumers. In addition, this invention can be used in any industry for the supply of the liquid component.

Known piping system with valves regulate flow, equipped with connectors for connection of pressure gauges, according to the testimony which calculates volumetric flow and its regulation is carried out by changing the position of the shut-off body (for example, patent DE NO. 4030104; EP No. 0671578).

Known technical solution according to the patent of Russian Federation №2168754, which describes fluid flow through the pipeline with built-in regulator flow in the form of a sensing element mounted in the chamber, and valve flow control calibrated, while the measuring device is mounted directly on the sensing element.

The closest analogue of the invention is a technical solution according to German patent DE No. 3432494 in which the Executive body (multi-way valve, actuator, sensor and control device are combined in a single unit and is introduced into the pipeline.

The drawbacks is difficult is italmost Assembly and disassembly of the measuring and the other service system reinforcement in the operational status of the entire system of liquid supply, in the working mode, the system is under pressure (e.g., cold or hot water), thus in this situation, when removing any of the device, for example for repair or checks required to drain water from the entire system.

In addition, during the flushing of the pipeline there is a pollution of the above fittings and devices.

Objectives of the invention are:

- to unite in a single node, valves and filtering, stabilization of pressure, the registration of the consumption of water (liquid), thereby minimizing the dimensions of the site;

- to ensure the possibility of replacing components of the valve without disassembly of the entire device and without shutting down the system the fluid and without the requirement to its drain;

to protect the elements of the measurement and regulation of dirt in operation and maintenance (leaching);

- to increase the efficiency of the gravitational collection of filtered particles by providing opportunities permutation filtering and washing device 90° axis "Input-Output devices depending on its location on the pipeline.

The proposed device consists of a housing 1, the locking element 2, such as ball valve, filtering and washing device 3, the pressure regulator 4 and the counter liquid 5.
