FIELD: transport engineering; tractors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheeled tractors equipped with automatic power regulator of mounting system, namely, to devices for increasing cross-country capacity and efficiency of wheeled tractors geared with two-axle trailers. Proposed device contains main power coupling of trailer pole with tractor and hydraulic mounting system whose lift levers are coupled with trailer front axle through crossmember and flexible element. Hydraulic mounting control system includes driving wheels slip pickup whose signals are transmitted to drive of spool of tractor mounting system regulator, and electromagnetic to control said spool.

EFFECT: reduced slipping of driving wheels on sections of road with low wheel-road adhesion coefficient.

The invention relates to wheeled tractors, equipped with an automatic power regulator system mounted, namely, devices for increasing the permeability and productivity of wheeled tractors under the building-block approach them with two-axle trailers.

A device that allows you to increase the permeability of wheeled tractors with two-axle trailers. It contains additional flexible power connection between a tractor and a trailer, in addition to the main power connection to the drawbar of the trailer with the trailer bracket (strap) tractor, connected through a lever with a force sensor controller system mounted. This ensures automatic adjustment wheel tractors weight (weight per rear wheels). (Patent RF №2137652, 62D 53/04. Appl. 12.03.1997, publ. 20.09.1999).

The disadvantage of this device is that provided by the connection of the drawbar of the trailer to the tractor through the cross bracket (bar), which limits the speed of movement of the transport unit up to 15 km/h, whereas the modern wheeled tractors vehicle speed reaches 35-40 km/h

From the closest to the claimed technical essence and the achieved positive effect is a device for increasing the permeability of wheeled tractors when working with two-axle trailers, which contains the main power from the IDE the trailer drawbar to the tractor and hitch system of the tractor, lifting levers through which the yoke and a flexible element connected with the front axle of the trailer, the main force feedback has a towing device, the elastic element is designed in the form of a spiral spring is kinematically associated with the actuator valve of the power regulator system mounted tractor. (Patent RF №2190549, Appl. 10.01.2000, publ. 10.10.2002, BI No. 28-prototype).

The disadvantages of this patent can be attributed to the fact that the system of automatic control of coupling weight is not possible to implement the functionality of the system when driving the tractor on the road with a low coefficient of traction (sand, ice, snow etc), because in this system the elastic element towing device performs an additional function of the power sensor controller system mounted, providing zagrozenia rear wheels. When going on the road with hard surface, but low traction (ice) traction is reduced and reduced towing features of the tractor, resulting in slipping of the wheels, and the force sensor does not supply the control signal to enable the system mounted and respectively zagrozenia wheels.

It should be noted that with the increase of slipping reduced traction in the coupling device, which also adversely affects the servant is the whole system of automatic regulation of coupling weight of the tractor.

An object of the invention is to increase the patency of the tractor and the reduction of slippage of drive wheels through the automatic regulation of coupling weight attributable to the tractor's rear wheels, depending on the coefficient of slippage of drive wheels.

The technical problem is solved in that the device for increasing the permeability of wheeled tractors when working with two-axle trailers, containing the main power connection to the drawbar of the trailer with a tractor and all the system of the tractor, lifting levers through which the yoke and a flexible element connected with the front axle of the trailer, according to the invention in a control system all systems enabled sensor slippage of drive wheels, the signals of which are transmitted to the device actuator of the valve regulator system mounted tractor and an electromagnet, managing the specified spool.

The towing device includes trailer hook 1. The shaft 2 of the trailer is pivotally connected with the trailer hook. To provide additional loading of the rear wheels of the tractor lift arms 3 hinge mounted transverse traverse 4, which has a flexible connection cable 5 with beam front axle of the trailer 6. The preload spring 7 is provided by an adjusting screw with a nut 8.

Before connecting the trailer to the tractor the handle 9 controller 10 is installed in an area of regulation. In this case, the lifting lever 3 down through the movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 11 in the lower position. Then with the help of an adjusting screw 8 adjust the cable tension so that no sagging.

In the process, the transport unit the handle 9 the setting of the regulator is installed in a position in which, due to the increased coefficient of slippage of the tractor wheels (for example, on a slippery road) the signal from the sensor of slippage of the wheels 12 is transmitted to the control mechanism of the valve controller 13, made in the form of an electromagnet. Such movement of the spool causes the correction to reduce traction in the drawbar of the trailer due to the automatic movement of the piston forward under the action of oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 11. Lift arms 3 of the hinge mechanism rotates counterclockwise, the cable 5 is pulled. The inclined position of the cable provides transfer of the vertical load from the wheels of the front axles of the trailer and the tractor rear wheels of the tractor, which leads to the reduction of slippage of the rear wheels.

At least reduce slipping the signal from the sensor of slippage is transmitted to the control mechanism of the regulator spool are oil in the rod end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is reduced, its piston and piston rod are moved back, the force in the cable 5 is reduced. Proposed heavy trailer-train consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupler engaging with semitrailer provided with bogie movable in longitudinal plane with safety bar rigidly secured on frame. Bogie engages with frame of semitrailer through rods and compression springs. Housing of hydraulic cylinder is installed on frame of semitrailer in space between rods and parallel to said rods. Piston of hydraulic cylinder consists of two halves spring-loaded relative to each other and is rigidly coupled by rod with frame of bogie. Radial through channels are made in housing of hydraulic cylinder in longitudinal plane in overpiston space. Said channels have different diameter in length of hydraulic cylinder and are coupled by common pipeline with channel made in housing in hydraulic cylinder in its underpiston space. Said channel is closed by one of halves of said piston at all running, braking and stand-still modes of trailer-train with possibility of opening at impact load on safety bar of bogie.

Proposed draw-and-weight transfer device contains hitch member connected with tie-rods and coupled with mating member secured on drawbar of semi-trailer with possibility of automatic adjustment of position of upper tie-rod. Tie-rod are connected with tractor by means of Hooke's joints. Vertical axles of rotation of Hooke's joints are found on tractor, and horizontal ones, on tie-rods. Hook's joints are arranged so that their vertical axles of rotation are located on one axial line.
