Magneto-luminescent method of control

FIELD: the invention refers to the field of an indestructible control.

SUBSTANCE: the magneto-luminescent method is in that the controlled article is magnetized, suspension with magneto-luminescent powder or dried powder is put on its surface. The controlled surface is irradiated with ultra-violet light and on points of luminescence of the powder availability of defects in the article is defined. An optical spectrometer whose entrance slit receives light information about its condition with the aid of light pipe is used in quality of automatic arrangement for registration of the indicative image of defects on the controlled surface. Scanning the area of the controlled surface is executed by displacement of an entrance face of the light pipe or by displacement of the object itself relatively to the light pipe.

EFFECT: increases reliability of the results of control.

The invention relates to the field of nondestructive testing and can be used for testing of ferromagnetic products.

The prior art magnetoluminescence control method (refer to the Devices for non-destructive testing of materials and products. The Handbook. Under. edit VLA. KN. 2. M: "engineering", 1976 - 326 C.). The known method is that the controlled product part is subjected to application, is applied to the surface of the suspension with magnetoluminescence powder or dry powder, testing surface is irradiated with ultraviolet light and detect the presence of defects in the product.

In the known method the presence of defects determined by visual inspection of the surface of the product, so reliability and quality control are determined by the competence and personal qualities of radiographer: performing many hours of monotonous work on the inspection of the parts, the operator can skip the defective item or wrong to interpret the display as false. The results of the control in these conditions, as a rule, are not documented.

The present invention is to automate the inspection process the surface of the product when magnetoluminescence method of control with the ability to document the results of the control.

The technical result is to increase the reliability of results m nicoluminous control.

This technical result in the application of the invention is achieved by the fact that in magnetoluminescence the control method consists in the fact that the controlled product part is subjected to application, put on his suspension with magnetoluminescence powder or dry powder, testing surface is irradiated with ultraviolet light and detect the presence of defects, for registration indicator pattern defects using an optical spectrometer, configured to register the emission wavelength of the phosphor having the maximum intensity, light state information about the test surface serves on the entrance of the spectrometer by means of optical fibers, the scanning area of the test surface is performed by moving the input end of the fiber or the movement of the control object relative to the optical fiber by a given program, and the registration system of the spectrometer records the increase in the intensity of the optical signal when hit luminescense indicator pattern in the analyzed area.

Magnetoluminescence control method is as follows.

Controlled product part is subjected to application, on its surface applied slurry with magnetoluminescence powder or dry powder by any known method depending on x is the new controlled product. The defect is located on the test surface or subsurface areas, creates a magnetic field gradient, resulting in the accumulation of magnetic particles in the region of the defect.

The surface of the test object is irradiated with UV light and the glow powder determine the presence of defects in the product as follows.

As an automatic device for recording the indicator pattern defects on a test surface using an optical spectrometer input slit of which the optical fiber is served light information about her condition. The spectrometer set up for the registration of the emission wavelength of the phosphor having the maximum intensity, which allows the processing of information does not take into account different kinds of stray light radiation in another spectral range.

The scanning area of the test surface is performed by moving the input end of the fiber with the aid of actuators for a given program by either moving the object relative to the optical fiber. The selection of the fiber (diameter of its core, the angular aperture), the change of distance from its end to the controlled object, select the maximum area simultaneously analyzed surface.

When exposed to the some or part luminescense indicator paintings analyzed in this time zone registration system spectrometer (based on CCD or highly sensitive photodetector) will record an increase in the intensity the optical signal in a predetermined spectral range (at maximum emission intensity of the phosphor), and the processing program of the scan will perform coordinate the binding location of the defect relative to a given reference point on the object.

After a full scan processing program to display the monitor image of the investigated object with marked indicator pattern defects. The scanning speed is determined by the detection system sensitivity of the spectrometer and the brightness of the radiation of the phosphor, which depends on the lighting created by ultraviolet light exposure.

Magnetoluminescence control method, which consists in the fact that the controlled product part is subjected to application, is applied to the surface of the suspension with magnetoluminescence powder or dry magnetoluminescence powder, testing surface is irradiated with ultraviolet light and detect the presence of defects, characterized in that for the registration of the indicator pattern defects using an optical spectrometer, configured to register the emission wavelength of the phosphor having the maximum intensity, light state information about the test surface serves on the entrance of the spectrometer by means of optical fibers, the danger is the area of the test surface is performed by moving the input end of the fiber, any movement of the control object relative to the light guide according to a given program, and the registration system of the spectrometer records the increase in the intensity of the optical signal when hit luminescense indicator pattern in the analyzed area.
