The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the transportation of waste in the mined-out area during the mining of steep seams.

The well-known scheme bookmarks horizontal excavations throwing machine in the mine "Lamanauskas" (J. "Coal" No. 3, 1988, p.27). The scheme includes propelling the car, a locomotive, cargo hatch, shaft, conveyor belt, bulldozer, waste and haul trucks.

The disadvantages of this scheme are the high cost of construction of the transport chain. In addition, during the descent of waste production to a greater depth will be frequent suboceana trunk, so it will take additional costs to conduct a special trunk.

The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype is using stand up (Bmorales, Ashburnham "fundamentals of technology of mining M.: Nedra, 1973, p.223). Descent waste there is in trolleys for supporting the trunk. Loaded waste trolley rolled into the crate, then lowered together with the cage on a certain stamp. Further transportation of loaded cars to the destination is carried out by electric locomotives.

Along with the existing advantages of this method has drawbacks: negociciones preparation for transportation of waste, as well as following this high cost, the difficulty of managing the processes of loading and unloading of waste on the surface, the high costs of the descent of waste in the mined-out area.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages, i.e. the creation of such a way of transporting waste in underground workings, which allows to improve the condition of the preparatory work associated with the unloading and loading in the bunker of waste production, increase the efficiency of transportation of rock mass and waste production.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the descent into the mine waste is carried out on the main trunk using the empty skip. To solve the problem in the method of transportation of waste, including zagruzka in tipping skip with bottom unloading, receiving and discharging through the bins waste, skip after unloading of minerals in the hopper is mounted on the surface, is lowered to a certain stamp to boot from another bunker of waste, then the waste in the skip transported down the trunk to open with hinges receiving hopper, where through the bottom carry out the unloading of waste and skip again zag is ujaut minerals for lifting his trunk to the surface.

The comparison of the proposed solutions to the prototype and similar technical solutions of the prior art, and technology has allowed to establish its compliance with the patentability criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The method of transportation of waste in underground mining is carried out as follows.

Filled with minerals skip 5 rises to a certain point and throws the rock mass in the hopper 7. Further lifting ropes 6 put the skip on the barrel 1 to a certain point and from the hopper 10 production waste is loaded into the empty skip 11. To fill the hopper 10 production waste is used belt conveyor 9. Loaded skip waste with the help of ropes 6 drops to a certain point 12 and is discharged through the bottom of the receiving hopper 4. From the hopper 4 waste production act inclined in the production of 13 and then using a self-propelled carriage 14 is transported to the place of bookmarks, and the hopper 4 via hinge 16 is returned to its original position. Then skip again descends to load minerals.

The above-described method for transporting waste in underground tunnels allows you to effectively use the skip recovery and reduce energy costs on the rise of the fossil.
