The invention relates to the field of land reclamation and can be used under furrow irrigation. The known method of furrow irrigation with stacked film panels along the perimeter of the furrow, China (Xinjiang) cotton, corn, melons and vegetables watered with a plastic film. (Operation of irrigation and drainage systems. Mfrotation, Vinalhaven, Vasorin - M.: Kolos, 1995. - S., the sludge. - Textbooks for higher educational institutions.)

However, when applying this method does not take into account the physico-mechanical properties of soils, the hole diameter and the percentage of perforations in the film cloth, use manual labor in the layout panel and on a dead-end furrows film cloth laid over the entire length of the furrow, which requires additional costs for the purchase of film.

The closest analogue (prototype) of the claimed method is adopted the way of creation of irrigation furrows with perforated film coating (see USSR author's certificate No. 1764577, IPC 01G 25/02, published 30.09.1992), including cutting trenches and laying them on the perimeter of the film panels, perforated performed.

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of its implementation, because the perforation on the film cloth stuffed after its installation in the furrow.

The closest analogue of the m (prototype) of the claimed device is a device for creating irrigation furrows with film coating (see USSR author's certificate No. 1561836, IPC AV 13/02, 49/02, AS 7/00, published 07.05.1990), comprising a frame on which is fixed the working body furrows, after which sequentially fixed razravnivalis Bay with a perforated film and packer rollers.

The device for creation of irrigation furrows with a film coating has a number of drawbacks:

- eliminates the possibility of mechanical processing rows;

film coating is more susceptible to gusts of wind, which reduces the reliability of the film laid on the surface of the ridge;

film subject to direct exposure to solar radiation, as it is not secure and is open.

The technical result achieved by the present invention, is the creation of irrigation furrows film with a perforated floor, providing efficiency and reliability, during the entire irrigation period of the regulation of the supply of irrigation water in furrows due to changing perforation in the tape length, the exception of manual labor in laying the film coating and processing plants in the row, saving film panels with incomplete laying it on a cul-furrows.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the film cloth fill the perforation, then cut b is rosdy, level formed lumps of soil are placed around the perimeter of the furrow perforated film panels, and their edges are secured on the berms, and when getting perforation number of holes, forming a perforation of the film panels, increase the length of the furrow from the beginning to the end. On a dead-end furrows film perforated sheets are stacked from the beginning only 30-50% of the total length. Device for creating irrigation furrows provides high quality installation of a perforated film of the cloth around the perimeter of the furrow with fixing it on the slopes and berms.

The method of creation of irrigation furrows with perforated film coating is carried out as follows: on film cloth fill the perforation, and then cut grooves, level formed lumps of soil are placed around the perimeter of the furrow perforated film panels, and their edges are secured on the berms (figure 1), and when getting perforation number of holes, forming a perforation of the film panels, increase the length of the furrows from the beginning to the end.

To ensure a more rapid advance of irrigation water to the end of the furrow and save a film coating on a cul-furrows his spread in length and 30-50% of the total length of the furrow from the beginning.

Device for creating floor the main furrow film perforated floor (figure 2), includes a frame 1 on which is fixed the working body furrows 2, after which sequentially fixed razravnivalis in the form of two coaxial rollers 3 and 4 (figure 3), freely rotatable through bearings around its own axis, rigidly mounted on the vertical rod and biasing spring 5 (Fig 3), and after the Bay 10 with a film perforated panel should rink 6 (2, 4), which has a limited vertical movement and tightened the spring 7 (figure 4) to the bottom and slopes of the grooves, after which set the packer rollers 8 with a smaller diameter and scrapers 9 (4)rigidly mounted on the frame 1 at an angle to the longitudinal axis.

Device for creating irrigation furrows with perforated film coating is a unit with a combined working body. A frame attached to a tractor of the class MTW. Before you begin the suspension is lowered to the surface of the earth. When the movement of the working body furrows 2 produce cutting grooves, for example a triangular cross-section (figure 1).

Two rows of paired rollers 3 and 4 which is free to rotate by means of bearings around its own axis, rigidly mounted on the vertical rod and biasing spring to the bottom and slopes of the furrow, flatten the lumps of soil on the perimeter. Bay 10 with a perforated Polo film the beggar begins to rotate, unwinding the floor around the perimeter of the furrow. And after Bay 10 with a film perforated panel should rink 6, which has a limited vertical movement and tightened the spring 7 to the bottom and slopes of the grooves, after which set the packer rollers 8 with a smaller diameter and scrapers 9, rigidly fixed on the frame 1 at an angle to the longitudinal axis.

Scrapers 9 during movement of the tractor, move the ground on the edge of the film, sprinkled and fix it on the berms.

The advantages of the proposed method and device known before is that with such a layout of the film can be produced by mechanical processing of the rows, the film laid directly in the furrow, is below the earth's surface and therefore more resistant to wind gusts, film coating, deposited in the furrow, is under the protection of plants and therefore less exposed to solar radiation, the number of holes in the film panel you can adjust the water flow in furrows due to incomplete packing film perforated panels on a dead-end furrows by 50-70%.
