Background of invention

The technical field

The present invention generally relates to transmission and reception of information, more precisely, the invention relates to a system for transmitting and receiving static and dynamic information, such as audio, video and handwritten information in real time.

Description of the prior art

Despite technical progress, until recently, the most common means of communication was the telephone, which allows the communication parties to exchange only voice information, or e-mail, usually enabling the exchange of only textual information. Ongoing telephone communication convenient, but more expensive and allows you to transmit or receive only speech. A detailed description of the preferred embodiments

As shown in figure 1, which illustrates a flowchart of a process of transmitting and receiving information according to the present invention, the present invention has the following processing tools.

A.
