SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce biologically active additives "Gorasel" or "Tykvorsel" being selenopyrane solutions in the mixture of vegetable oils. These biologically active additives should be injected subcutaneously per 10 ml/cow 4 times: the first time - immediately afterlaunching, and then 30, 20 and 10 d before calving. The innovation suggested enables to increase milk yield and milk quality.

The invention relates to animal husbandry, particularly to a method of improving the quality of milk.

The lack of selenium in the body of cows has a significant impact on their health and productivity. This trace element is essential biologically active substance contained in all organs and tissues, has an antioxidant effect, stimulates the growth and development of the organism involved in the interaction of proteins, enzymes, is part of the amino acids involved in protein synthesis. To maintain normal metabolism and prevention of diseases associated with selenium deficiency, you need a regular flow in the body.

A known method of improving milk quality by using the diet selenoorganicheskikh drug DAFS-25, which is based on vacationrental based introduction in the diet of lactating cows selenium at a dose of 1.6 mg per 1 kg of dry ration food [1]. Preparation of DAFS-25 contains 22.5% of selenium and allows you to activate metabolic processes in the organism of animals and to reduce the possibility slenderizing and other diseases [2]. When using it for 180 days of lactation daily milk yield of cows increased by 6.3%, improved milk quality:

the fat content 4.5%,

protein 0.6%,

milk sugar 0.2%

SOMO of 1.0%,

duration situ the Noah coagulation decreased by 17.7% compared to control.

The disadvantages of the method: limited growth of milk yield and milk quality, low reduce the duration of rennet coagulation of milk.

The drug is injected subcutaneously with 10 ml per head 4 times in predoplatnoy the fold for the first time after startup, and then 30, 20 and 10 days before calving. These Supplements are designed GU VNITI MMS and PPG. The test preparations were carried out in the plant "Luch" Gorodishche district of the Volgograd region for breeding livestock Chemopetrol breed. For the experiment on the principle of steam analogues was formed 3 groups of lactating cows (25 goals): control group I and II of the experimental group. Animals of all groups received General ration (PR), in experimental group I animals by injection subcutaneously injected drug "Gorsel" in a dose of 10 ml per head 4 times in predoplatnoy the fold for the first time after startup, and then 30, 20 and 10 days before calving. Animals II experimental group - drug "Taquaral" in the same way as animals I experimental group. The duration of the experiment (main period) - 180 days. During the experimental period analyzed monthly milk for the basic parameters and milk yield. Improving the quality of milk was observed during the whole experience. The results of the experiment after (180 days) are shown in the table.

As can be seen from the table, in the proposed method with the use of "Grasela" and "Taquaral" in comparison with the control:

- milk yield increased respectively 13.6% and 24.3% versus 6.3% in the prototype;

increased content of:

fat 4.8% and 9.2% compared to 4.5%,

protein 5.3% and 7.5% against 0.6%,

milk sugar is 4.9% and 6.6% versus 0.2%,

SOMO of 5.4% and 7.6% vs 1.0%, respectively;

- decreased the duration of rennet coagulation 29.3% and 33.8 percent versus 17.7 percent.

Thus, the proposed method allowed to increase milk yield and milk quality, as well as its seroprevalence.

At calving day it is necessary to inject intravenously 0.5%-metronidasol solution at the dosage of 200 ml/animal thrice in 8 h. Since the 2nd to the 5th d inclusively it is important to introduce metronidasol perorally at the dosage of 2.5 g/animal and norsulfasol or sulfadimezine at the dosage of 1 g/animal. Since the 6th to the 15th d inclusively one should inject intramuscularly penicillin sodium salt at the dosage of 2 mln U/animal - twice daily. On the 16th d one should inject intravenously 0.5%-metronidasol solution at the dosage per 200 ml/animal thrice in 8 h. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking animal blood samples, producing erythrocyte suspension by mixing blood and physiologic salt solution and centrifuging it. Reaction is carried out on 96-cell plastic flat-bottom tablet. Erythrocyte suspension and immunospecific sera are introduced into the cells, shaken, placed into thermostat and reading data. The tablets are shaken with tablet-type photometer. Visible light absorption capacity in bandwidth of 630-650 nm is determined in samples by means of the tablet-type photometer before placing the tablet into thermostat. The samples are incubated at 37°C in thermostat for 40 min.
