SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with two pars of supports and levers. One of the levers is provided with measuring tips. The other lever is provided with indicators. The indicating heads of the indicator are mounted coaxially to the corresponding measuring tips provided on the first lever. The housing is made of a cylindrical rod. The first lever is mounted on the cylindrical rod for permitting axial movement. The second lever is mounted on the cylindrical rod to exclude movement. The measuring heads of the first lever are arranged on both sides of the cylindrical rod and are at the same distance from its longitudinal axis.

The invention relates to measuring technique and is intended to measure the angle of taper of the outer cones, in particular for measuring the taper of the sealing cone pipes with threaded connection.

Known platted device for measuring external cones, comprising a housing with two pairs of poles to be based dimension of the outer cone bearing levers, one of which is executed with the measuring tip and the other fixed indicators, indicator heads which are aligned with the relevant measuring tips on the first lever (SU # 1647225, G01B 5/24, publ. 07.05.1991).

The disadvantage of this known surface of the device is its structural complexity, due to the presence of articulated links. It is known that with increasing articulated links the accuracy of the indicator due to the configuration of the device to sample clearances and backlash. Therefore, such devices can be used for a single measurement of any parameter. But when measuring on the same object of the same option every time you want to reconfigure the device to choose the backlash). Since the same sample backlash does not happen, then this error is an integral part of the indicator. In this regard, it is necessary to speak not about the exact measurement of taper, but close tochnomu dimension. For connection of an oil pipe, this inaccuracy may be negative when evaluating connections for tightness.

The present invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem to create a rigid measuring caliper, not changing its spatial geometry, with a given fixed position measuring nodes while simplifying the structure.

Achievable technical result is to increase accuracy while reducing the complexity of measuring work.

This technical result is achieved in that in a patch device for measuring external cones, comprising a housing with two pairs of poles to be based dimension of the outer cone bearing levers, one of which is executed with the measuring tip and the other fixed indicators, indicator heads which are aligned with the relevant measuring tips on the first lever, the housing is a cylindrical rod, on which the first lever is mounted for axial movement, and the second arm is stationary, while the measuring head on the first lever are located on opposite sides of the cylindrical rod and at the same distance from its longitudinal axis, and each of the corresponding recercada pair of supports for the base of the face to be the dimension of the outer cone is made in the form located on opposite sides of the cylindrical rod bearing surfaces, one of which is located at a distance from the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rod by the smaller distance from the longitudinal axis to the other support surface.

These characteristics are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present invention is illustrated by a specific example, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving a given set of features required technical result.

According to the present invention flashed device for measuring external cones (figure 1) includes a housing, which is a cylindrical rod 1 on which the first lever 2 is located with the possibility of axial movement, and the second lever 3 is stationary. The first lever is made with the measuring terminals 4 and 5, and the other fixed indicators 6 and 7, the indicator heads 8 and 9 respectively which are aligned with the relevant measuring the lugs 6 and 7 on the first arm 2. While measuring heads 4 and 5 on the first lever 2 are located on opposite sides of the cylindrical rod 1 and the and the same distance from its longitudinal axis 10.

The body is made with two pairs of poles to be based dimension of the outer cone. Each of the corresponding lever of each pair of supports for home at the end of the subject dimension of the outer cone is made in the form located on opposite sides of the cylindrical rod bearing surfaces 11 and 12, one of which is located at a distance from the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rod by the smaller distance from the longitudinal axis to the other support surface.

And at the base of the same end to be the outer dimension of the cone on the bearing surface 12 measure the taper of the sealing cone of the pipe 13 in the second position (POS)corresponding to the cross section of the conical surface, located at a distance L from the first leg. The value of the specified distance L is determined by the difference in the height of the support surfaces 11 and 12.

The sealing surface of the cone and the end of the pipe d which must be thoroughly cleaned from the chip, oil and dirt.

The present invention is industrially applicable, allows to obtain accurate measurements with an accuracy defined by the resolution and sensitivity of indicators that allows the control parameters of the taper for long pipes.

Each measuring appliance is made of a pin provided with measuring tip at one end and two ring grooves and handle at the other end. The pin is mounted for permitting axial movement inside the bushing. The bushing is secured inside the housing by means of a lid whose radial opening receives spring-loaded ball for permitting cooperation with the ring grooves in the pin in the initial and operation positions of the measuring instrument. Each measuring appliance is mounted on the stand by means of the intermediate cantilever and adapting plate for permitting control of its position in three coordinate axes with the use of plates-compensators. The adapting plate can be mounted for permitting rotation in the pivoting housing.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises axially aligned housing with axial opening, rotating part connected with the shaft, locator for locking it at the initial position, unit for preventing device against rotation, and indication members mounted inside the housing. The top section of the housing is provided with horizontal groove that is in communication with its axial opening. The indication members made of inertia members spring-loaded perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the housing are set in the horizontal groove. The rotatable part is made of piston with rod. The piston is sharpened and can move inside the axial opening in the housing. From the side of the housing base, the surface of the axial opening of the housing is provided with the cylindrical projection. The piston of the part to be rotated is spring-loaded with respect to the projection. The locator for locking the initial position of the part is made of additional projection made on the surface of the axial opening in the housing and groove on the outer side of the piston made for permitting the piston to move in the direction of horizontal groove in the housing after the rotation of the shaft. The length of the part to be rotated is chosen to provide locking the end position of the inertia members by the sharpened end of the piston after the rotation of the shaft.
