SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to designs of the regular nozzles, which are used in the processes of the natural gas rectification, absorption, purification and dehydration and also as the mixers of the liquid and gaseous streams as the separators of the phases in the separation devices, as the contact elements in the condensers of mixing, as the sprinklers of the water cooling towers and may find usage practically in all production processes in petroleum, gaseous, chemical and other allied industries. The regular nozzle consists of the corrugated plates gathered in packages installed vertically and in parallel with the inclination of the flutes of the adjacent sheets to the horizon in the opposite sides, contacting by the protruding flutes to each other and forming among themselves the free channels of the complicated geometrical form. The nozzle is supplied with the spacers made in the form of the block of the horizontally laid in the rows in parallel to each another volumetric components. At that the symmetry axes of the components laying in the adjacent in height rows are mutually perpendicular. The ratio of the height of the package consisting of the corrugated sheets to the height of the spacer block lays within the limits of 2-5. The total height of the block of the spacers lays within the limits of 1.0-4.0 equivalent diametersof one component. The equivalent diameter of channels of the corrugated sheets package and the equivalent diameter of the component of the block of the spacer are in the ratio of 0.4-0.8. The components of the block of the spacer represent the solids of revolution, which are made in the form of the multiple-thread helicoids, at that the number of the threads makes 2-4. The components of the spacer block are laid in the rows with the clearance to each other, at that the interval, which separates the symmetry axes of the adjacent components makes 1.7-2.5 diameters of one component. The invention allows to raise intensity of the processes of the heat- and mass-exchange due to turbulization of the gas streams and redistribution of the liquid.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased intensity of the heat-exchange and mass-exchange processes due to turbulization of the gas streams and redistribution of the liquid.

The invention relates to constructions of regular nozzles, which are used in the processes of distillation, absorption, adsorption of natural gas, as well as mixers for liquid and gas flows, as separators phases in the separation device, as contact elements in the capacitors mixing, as sprinklers cooling towers, and may find application in almost all industrial processes, oil, gas, chemical and other allied industries.

Known structured packing company "glitch" (patent EP 0130745 A2, IPC: F28F 25/08, 01D 53/18, F28 1/02 from 21.06.84), which is made of a vertically installed corrugated sheets in contact protruding corrugations with each other. Corrugations adjacent adjacent sheets are made diagonally in opposite directions. Sheets are made with holes or slots, in the form of arches, curved triangles, rectangles or chetyrehlistnik located on the sides of the corrugation.

Known structured packing company "Sulzer" (U.S. patent No. 4643853, NCI: 261-112 from 17.02.87), which is made of a vertically installed corrugated sheets in contact protruding corrugations with each other. The corrugations on each of the sheets are located on the diagonal and is made with holes or notches along or across th the R.

The drawback of such nozzles is that they are not effectively provide uniform distribution of gas and liquid flow in cross-section of the device.

Closest to the present invention is a structured packing, which contains heat and mass transfer apparatus (inventor's certificate SU # 1681924 A1, 01J 19/30 from 07.10.1991), consisting of a pin packages built from corrugated sheets are installed vertically and parallel to the slope of the corrugation of adjacent sheets at an angle to the horizontal in opposite directions, contact protruding corrugations with each other and forming between themselves available channels of complex geometric shapes. Contact packages nozzles are located at the height of the apparatus at intervals, which posted redistributive packages or spacers made similar contact packages of corrugated sheets, but having a smaller height and a smaller step of corrugating the sheets.

The disadvantages of this design include the lack of mixing and turbulence in the gas and liquid flows inside the contact and redistributive packages nozzle and, as a consequence, the marginal efficiency of heat and mass transfer processes.

Also a disadvantage of the known designs of nozzles is that they are the most heat - and/or m is sourmena effective is for certain technological processes, that limits the scope of their application.

The objective of the invention:

to increase the intensity of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to turbulence in the gas flow coming from the closed channel package from corrugated sheets, with additional twisting and mixing in the block spacers;

to create more film-drip zone of contact of phases that will lead to an increase in mass transfer efficiency nozzles and reduce capital expenditures;

to increase the intensity of the processes of heat and mass transfer due to the redistribution and cross-mixing of the liquid delivered from the closed channel package from corrugated sheets, using her extra movement in the horizontal direction in the block spacers.

The technical result that can be obtained using this invention, is to achieve turbulence in the flow of gas at the entrance to the package regular packing of corrugated sheets, the additional film-droplet interaction between gas and liquid phases, achieving mixing liquid flows in the cross section of the apparatus before entering the downstream package regular packing of corrugated sheets and as a consequence in the improvement of heat and mass transfer efficiency of the known regular nozzles, massao the Menno devices, irrigation devices, cooling towers, as well as expanding the scope of the nozzle.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus comprising spaced intervals along the height of the device pin packages built from corrugated sheets are installed vertically and parallel to the slope of the corrugation of adjacent sheets at an angle to the horizontal in opposite directions, contact protruding corrugations with each other and forming between themselves available channels of complex geometric shapes, and placed at intervals along the height between the contact blocks packets spacers, according to the invention blocks spacers made in the form of horizontally arranged in rows parallel to each other volume elements, and the axis of symmetry elements, lying in the neighbouring height rows, perpendicular, and the total height of the unit spacers is in the range of 1.0÷4,0 equivalent diameters of one element, the ratio of the height of the package from the corrugated sheets to the height of the block spacers is within 2÷5.

The equivalent diameter of the channel package from corrugated sheets and the equivalent diameter of the element block spacers can be in the ratio of 0.4÷0,8.

The block elements of the spacers may be rotating bodies, which are made in the form of multiple g is liquidow, moreover, the number of visits could be 2÷4.

The regular layout of the nozzles in the apparatus 8 is made so that the equivalent diameter of the channels 4 of the package 1 of the corrugated sheet 2 and the equivalent diameter of the element 7 block spacers 5 are in the ratio of 0.4÷0,8.

Layout packages and spacers as the main components of a regular packing in such a way that the ratio of the height of the package from the corrugated sheets to the height of the block spacers located is within 2÷ 5 due to the fact that to run a spacer function turbulizer and the " redistributor " gas and liquid flows, it is necessary that its height was not less than 1/5 of the height of the package of corrugated sheets, on the other hand, the processes of heat and mass transfer between phases occur mainly inside the package on the surface of the corrugated sheets, so the height of the package of corrugated sheets, it is advisable to perform at least 2 times greater than the height of the spacers.

The execution of the block spacers so that the total height of the block of elements is in the range of 1.0÷4,0 equivalent diameter of a single element, i.e. the block spacers consists of 1÷4 rows of elements, and the axis of symmetry elements lying adjacent on the height of the rows in the block spacers, mutually perpendicular, due to the fact that to perform the function turbulizer and the " redistributor " gas and liquid flows only one of a number of elements to increase the turbulence can increase the number of rows, with each subsequent row is rotated 90° in relation to the previous but with the increase in the number of rows increases the hydraulic resistance of the gas nozzle, so the beneficial effects of the presence of the spacers are retained when the number of rows is not more than 4.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry and intended for fine separation of gas from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorptive and rectifying columns. The multi-cartridge ring-type separating nozzle contains: a cover, a filtering unit, a device of water separation, an inlet connection pipe connected with the filtering unit by a pin, gas-distributing discs fixed to the pin. The filtering unit is made in the form of mesh cartridges mounted one on another. At that the internal surfaces of the mesh cartridges form a gas-distributing collector. The device of water separation is made in the form of the overflowing pipes located in the cartridges and mounted under them the drain pans with the axial apertures. Each mesh cartridge is supplied with a baffle made in the form of a plain disk with an axial aperture and a ring-type bead along the disc perimeter. Each mesh is formed by simultaneous winding of two parallel bands of the mesh, one of which is made out of a flat mesh, and the other - out of a corrugated mesh. On the side of its cylindrical internal surface a mesh cartridge is supplied with a cylindrical perforated shell. At that the first layers of the mesh band are fixed to the perforated shell by metal staples or welded to the perforated shell. At least two external layers of each mesh band are fixed by metal staples. The number of the mesh cartridges makes 6. The overflowing pipes are installed uniformly around the nozzle on a circumference, diameter of which makes from 0.85 up to 0.92 of the external diameter of the mesh cartridge and the diameter of a flow area of each overflowing pipe makes from 0.038 up to 0.05 of the external diameter of a mesh cartridge, and the total area of apertures of the shell perforation makes from 50 up to 60 % of the area of the internal cylindrical surface of the shell. In result the invention allows to increase efficiency of separation at the expense of prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of treatment of the exhaust gases containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, namely, to the treatment of the exhaust gases produced by the industrial installations for the chemical deposition or infiltration of the vapors for the purpose of formation on the substrates of the deposit of the pyrolytic carbon or compaction of the porous substrates by means of the mould made out of the pyrolytic carbon. The exhaust gases containing the hydrocarbons, before passing into the pumping out device (60) are exposed to cleansing by the method of sputtering of the oil of the aromatic type in the cleansing device (30) with the recirculation of the oil. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons contained in the exhaust gases are trapped due to the absorption in the oil. The invention allows to ensure the good level of absorption of the resins of the exhaust gases, to eliminate the clogging of the channels, pollution of the environment by these resins and to limit the losses of the head.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the engineering realization of the heat-mass exchange processes, which take place in the gas-liquid system, such as absorption, chilling, dust-trapping, aeration, and may find application in the chemical industry and its adjacent industries. The body of the apparatus is divided by the partition into the contact and separating zones. Inside the contact zone there are the sprayers and the contact components. The apparatus is supplied with the drum installed in the contact zone with the possibility of rotation. On the drum there are fixed with the possibility of rotation the Т-shaped contact components. The T-shaped contact components are formed by the solid and mesh-type plates. The invention allows to reduce the aerodynamic drag of the apparatus, and also to improve the gas injection into the contact zone of the apparatus, that increases efficiency of the heat-mass exchange process.

The regular overflow head contains the packed solids made out of the punching-drawn perforated sheets. The punching-drawn perforated sheets are made rectangular and bent along the longitudinal axis of the symmetry in the form of the small corners with the apex angle making from 110° up to 130°. The small corners are arranged with their peaks upward and laid in the staggered order one over another in the horizontal rows in the framework with formation of the packed-column block module. The small corners shelves edges of the above located row are connected with the apexes of the corners of the below row. In the shelves of the small corners and along the corners shelves edges there are the perforated section-shaped holes arranged uniformly in the staggered order along the whole area of the corners shelves. Above the holes there are the salient cone-shaped visors and their peaks on each of the corners shelves are facing the same direction in parallel to the corner shelf bent line. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the design of the bubble-type reactors for production of 1.2-dichloroethane by the method of the liquid-phase chlorination of ethylene with the reaction heat removal at boiling of the working medium. As the contact device the reactor uses two layers of the metallic nozzle. The liquid 1.2-dichloroethane is fed from above to the nozzle, into the space between the layers of the nozzle feed the gaseous chlorine with nitrogen, and under the lower layer of the nozzle feed the gaseous ethylene with nitrogen, that allows to reduce the diameter of the reactor in 1.5-2 times due to the increased effectiveness of stirring and formation of the developed contact surface of the phases. At that the heat of the reaction is removed by evaporation of 1.2-dichloroethane in nitrogen. At that the temperature of the liquid is maintained below the boiling temperature. The technical result of the invention is the increased selectivity of the process, reduction of the outlet of the by-products (the highest ethane chlorides) and the decreased overall dimensions of the reactor.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of the wet ash-trapping with the help of the Venturi tube intended for trapping of the fly ash from the flue gases of the boilers burning the solid fuel, and also may be used for trapping of the cement kiln dust in production of the cement and for the dust trapping in the metallurgical, chemical and other industries, where the ash-and-dust catchers use the Venturi tubes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of trapping of the fly ash from the flue gases of the boilers with the Venturi tubes and burning the solid fuels as well as the reduction of the specific consumptions of the water and steam to increase the boilers efficiency by sprinkling of the Venturi tube with the flue gases transiting in it, the acoustic injector giving more thin and uniform atomization of the water at the decreased consumption both of the water and the steam of the sprinkler, where the acoustic field is characterized by the strictly determined frequency, intensity and the variable acoustic pressure and the steam is in the narrow temperature interval. The flue gases passing in the Venturi tube are sprinkled by the acoustic injector using the steam with the temperature of 250-350°С and forming in the volume of the tube the acoustic field, which is characterized by the frequency of 20-22, 36-38 or 44-48 kHz, the variable sound pressure of no less than 140 dB and the acoustic field intensity of no less than 0.5 W/cm2. The offered method, unlike the methods applied now, allows to act on the flue gases transiting in the Venturi tube simultaneously by several methods of deposition of the ash: - the acoustic method (coagulation - under action of the oscillations of the certain frequency, intensity and the variable sound pressure); humidification of the ash particles of ash in the steam-water aerosphere of the very finely sprinkled water with the full spectrum of the drops dimensions for all the sizes of the ash particles). This considerably increases the degree of trapping of the fly ash from the flue gases of the boilers at the simultaneous reduction of the specific consumptions of the water and steam and increases the efficiency of the boilers.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree of trapping of the fly ash from the flue gases of the boilers at the simultaneous reduction of the specific consumptions of the water and steam and the increased efficiency of the boilers using the solid fuel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices of heat-mass-exchanging apparatuses with the fluidized three-phase layer and may be used in chemical industry and other industries at purification of the gas bursts of the harmful gaseous components. The head for the heat-mass-exchanging apparatuses is made in the form of the torus produced out of the cylindrical component made out of the synthetic filaments by its twisting from one or two ends.
