Brackets 4, 5 of seat 2 and luggage carrier 6 are installed on tubular frame 1 to which wheels 7, 8, 9 are connected being furnished with front mudguard 10 and rear mudguards 11, 12 on which reflectors 13, 14, 15 are installed. Front wheel 7 is secured by fork 16 and main steering column 17 which is connected with auxiliary steering column 18 and handlebar 19 by means of steering rods 20, 21. Foot drive 23 is coupled with right-hand rear wheel 8 through idler sprockets and chain drives. When necessary, transmission of torque to left-hand rear wheel can be provided.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of pedaling and reduced overall dimensions.

The invention relates to velotron, in particular to a folding tricycle driven by human muscle force, and can be used for transporting people and small loads.

The level of technology

Known recumbent containing frame, seat, handlebars, front swivel wheel and two rear wheels, one of which is installed through a ratchet clutch axis, provided with a sprocket connected by the endless chain with the pedal drive, and it is provided with an additional axis with an asterisk, parallel to the first axis, which is set by means of the centrifugal clutch one of the rear wheels, with the specified diameter sprocket, located in the plane of the first sprocket and connected with the pedal chain drive, less than the diameter of the first sprocket (see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2009943, CL WM 1/12, publ. 30.03.1994,).

The disadvantage of this recumbent is fatigue while pedaling, large size.

Known recumbent, the essence of which lies in the interaction of structural elements of the Central part of the frame, through which are connected to the front part of the frame and back frame. The Central part of the frame performs the following functions: 1) the Central steering joint; 2) provide the inclination of the driver's seat in the direction of rotation; 3) POS which enables you to change the departure of the front frame respectively, the length of the legs of the driver; 4) allows you to disconnect recumbent on 2 compact part (see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2105692, CL VM 1/04, publ. 27.02.1998,).

The disadvantage of this recumbent design is the complexity, low reliability.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect and adopted by the authors for the prototype is recumbent, with two rear wheels and one front reduced diameter. The rear axle is equipped with drums and bearings in the housings. Movable along the axis of the shaft sleeve associated with Cycling sleeves and unidirectional teeth. And sleeve are biased by springs, which ensures one-way speed of the wheels relative to the shaft. The chair is rigidly connected with the chassis by means of the axes. In front of the chair rests on a movable frame by means of the upper roller. The movable frame is made in the form of a U-shaped profile and is sent to the front and rear side rollers. On the stem of the fork installed the pedals, which is provided with supports and belt-buckles. Wheels are equipped with wings. And hind wings at the same time function as armrests. The device has a brake (see A.S. USSR №1481134, CL VM 1/20).

The disadvantage of this recumbent is the lack of management efficiency, pedaling and transfer torque to the wheels, the complexity of manufacturing due to the use of non-standard parts and components, nerazborite design, lack of trunk for hand baggage and universal seat cover.

Disclosure of inventions

For the of ACA of the present invention is to develop a foldable tricycle, with reduce fatigue by increasing pedaling efficiency, comfort and strength in comparison with the two structures, the reduction of dimensions during transport and storage due to the folding frame.

The technical result is achieved by folding recumbent, containing front and two rear wheels, the seat is placed on the frame above the axis of the rear wheels, steering and pedal drive, while the frame is made of pipe of the T-shaped base of the tricycle, which consists of three paired interconnected parts, the first part includes the main steering column removal for steering, fork with the front wheel, disc or rim brake and wing, the second part includes the wheel auxiliary steering column connected to the main by means of two tie rods, steering and the main pipe with a U-shaped bracket providing for folding of the frame, on which is mounted a pedal drive, the situation of the speaker of the pedals with rods, mounted coaxially on the carriage, the two leading domestic and foreign stars and two slaves inner and outer sprocket installed on the brake hub wheel, and the driving and the driven sprocket coupled between a chain transmission, a stretch which is carried out using a wheel and tensioner chain, thus leading internal asterisk installed on the axis of the cradle and leading external sprocket and driven internal installed on the shaft, which is mounted on two bearings, the third part includes: three transverse, three longitudinal tubes and the trunk, and in the first transverse tube is placed a shaft with bearings for transmission of torque from the pedal drive to the wheel, the second cross pipe associated with the first U-shaped bracket is aligned, the third cross pipe together with the first and the second used for fastening the seat Adjuster and the ability to move, two longitudinal pipes are connected with three transverse, second and third longitudinal pipes are the basis for fixing the wheel, bent tube for attaching the wing to the reflector.
