The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the manufacture of body parts liners and corrugated bulkheads of ships, and bent piles and parts of the wide application of profiles.

Well-known and widely used methods of forming long curved sheet parts for plate bending roll machines (rollers), and hydraulic presses. However, these processes and equipment are Fondo-, material - and energy-intensive due to the high values of effort flexible (up to 5000 TC).

The above technical solutions according to the method and a multi-bending-straightening machine obtained from the results of R & d performed in the FSUE "CRIST" of the Federal target programs in the design and experimental development of new technologies and bending-straightening equipment of new generation on the principles of rotary-local deformation in the forming of sheet and profile details.

An example of the use of the proposed method are experienced-full-time work carried out on the multi-function bending-straightening machine MBSM-25 force of 25 TC when testing its new modification MBSM-25M, as well as in the development of the machine manipulators MPSM-50K for bending and straightening of sheets with dimensions of up to 3.2&x000D7; 12 PM

Mapping new flexible technologies in new ways on new equipment are presented in the attached table, from which it follows that machines of the type MPSM-50K provide a significant saving compared with the traditional methods and equipment:

- the offered machines are replaced by the technological capabilities of hydraulic presses and rollers effort in 16-40 times more;

the weight of the equipment is reduced to 10-15 times the mass of the snap more than 100 times;

- the energy of a decrease in 4-6 times.
