The technical field.

The invention relates to nuclear paraprotein plants (PLANT) with a predominant use as coolant liquid metal coolant (GMT).

The level of technology.

Known collapsible design of the active zone consisting of aschehoug fuel assemblies (FA), covers with control rods, which occupies the Central part of the fuel Assembly and the support plate. Each fuel Assembly has upper and lower grilles, in which the anchor rods. In the Central part of the fuel Assembly is hexagonal thin-walled tube, mounted in the lower and upper grilles. Within the said pipe passes the case of CPS. Lower grille in the Central part has its continuation, ring shank, made in the form of a collet through which the fuel Assembly is mounted in the base plate of the active zone. For this purpose in the base plate with holes with a circular groove, in which come petals collet shank assemblies, thereby fastening and retention of FA from vertical movement during operation. The gap between the fuel assemblies and the support plate is provided by ribs on the bottom of the grille assemblies. The case of CPS, through assemblies, equipped with a nozzle in the form of a cone Morse for attachment of the cover to the base plate of the active zone, and the shank of the case made in the form of a collet grip, through the Yu which duplicated the fastening of the cover.

This mounting structure of FA and cases of CPS developed and applied in the active zone cased JAPP (journal "Nuclear energy", v.91, issue 6, str).

The disadvantage of this design is the possibility of accidental extraction of CPS case with absorbing rod of the fuel Assembly, which is unacceptable under the terms of nuclear safety.

Mounting structure of FA and cases of CPS in this cased JAPP is the closest technical solution known and adopted for the prototype.

Disclosure of the invention.

The objective of the invention is to improve the reliability of fastening of covers of CPS.

The technical result of the invention is the fixation of the cover with CPS absorbing rod in the working position and the impossibility of extracting the above-mentioned case of installed assemblies.

This is achieved by the fact that the petals collet grip, holding the case of CPS, located inside the cylindrical portion of the collet shank assemblies, therefore removing the case with CPS absorbing rod is only possible after removing the fuel assemblies.

The implementation of the invention.

The proposed device allows you to ensure the proper order of Assembly and disassembly of the active zone under conditions of nuclear safety and optimum manufacturability of operations. For this purpose in the base plate of the active zone along the axis of each fuel Assembly has a hole with a groove, which includes collet shank assemblies. The case of CPS is installed and fixed collet grip, fixed in the base plate of the active zone. The CPS case passes through the fuel Assembly and its tip is made in the form of a cone Morse, and collet gripper is fixed in the base plate. This collet shank FA its inner diameter covers petals collet capture CPS case and fixes them in a holding condition. Disassembly of this construction is possible only in reverse order, i.e. initially extracted FA itself, then cover with CPS absorbing rod with ensuring nuclear safety.
