FIELD: earth-moving and transport machines, particularly blade assemblies having changeable width of cut.

SUBSTANCE: blade assembly comprises side sections and central section. The sections are provided with undercutting blades and are directly connected to bucket bottom. The central section is hinged to bucket bottom and is operated by rotation hydraulic cylinders through operation levers. Undercutting blades made as gussets are connected to inner edges of side sections from below. The gussets have supports to cooperate with central section in lower position thereof. Undercutting blades of central section are connected to outer side edges of central section. Undercutting gussets are provided with orifices to arrange fixers installed in lower parts of side sections so that they may cooperate with end switches. Position switches adapted to cooperate with operation levers of central section in central or extreme positions are mounted on bucket side walls. Hydraulic cylinders for central section rotation are linked in pairs to hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation. Lifting and lowering cavities of hydraulic cylinders are correspondingly communicated with raising and deepening cavities of hydraulic cylinders for central section rotation. Hydraulic drive for blade assembly includes hydraulically operated on-off three-way slide. The first outlet of the slide is united with the third one and is linked to raising cavity of hydraulic cylinder for central section rotation. Operational chamber and the first inlet of the slide are connected to outlet of pressure slide having output connected to lowering cavities of hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation. The second and the third inlets of on-off three-way slide are correspondingly connected to lifting cavities of hydraulic cylinders, which operate front bucket gate and lowering cavity of hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation.

EFFECT: decreased load to be applied to blade system during earth cutting as central section is in central and extreme positions, provision of automatic installation of above section in side blade plane and in extreme positions.

The invention relates to the field of earth-moving machines and concerns knife systems with variable cutting width.

Famous knife system with discrete variable cutting width, comprising a compound podejevo plate with hinged middle part held in position by clamps [1].

However, this knife system has no drive middle hinge cutting part, which eliminates the possibility of digging in the final stage of the Central part of the rotary system.

Known as the bucket scraper with variable cutting width, having a reversible drive middle hinge set parts knife systems [2].

However, this knife drive system has a complex structure (gear, long shafts and so on), which complicates its practical application. In addition, all the drive elements are loaded technological efforts not only when you change the width of cut, but in the middle, and the extreme positions of the middle hinge part of the knife system.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is knife system scrapers, of which the middle section mounted spurs knives [3].

Knife system includes side sections 1 and 2, directly attached to the bottom 3 of the bucket, and the middle section 4, the hinge PR is connected to the bottom 3 and driven cylinders turning 5 through the levers 6, located on each side of the bucket. The levers 6 are connected by a shaft 7 with the middle section 4. On the inner edges of the side sections 1 and 2 blade system bottom-mounted spurs knives-scarves 8. On the outer lateral edges of the middle section 4 bottom-mounted spurs knives 9.

Spurs knives-scarves 8 have holes (6 and 7), which includes the bars 10 of the clamps 11, are installed from the bottom of the side sections 1 and 2. The bolt 10 of the latch 11 is equipped with a belt 12, in turn interact with end switches 13 and 14. Spurs knives 9 middle section 4 have openings that communicate with the bolts 10 clamps 11 during rotation of the middle section 4. Spurs knives-scarves 8 provided with lugs 15, limiting the rotation of the middle section 4 (3).

On the side of the bucket (1, 3, 5) posted limit switches 16, 17 and 18 which communicate with the control lever 6 in extreme and mean positions of the middle section 4, respectively. Knife system operates as follows.

For digging soil full width of the bucket (figure 1, 2) middle section 4 is combined with the plane of the side sections 1 and 2 with a drive. What distributor 25 (Fig) serves the oil in the rod cavity (rise) of the cylinders 19 of the control bucket, the middle section 4 starts to fall, as the oil pressure required to lift the bucket substantially more pressure is required to move the cylinders of rotation 5 of the middle section 4. In the middle section 4 is in the lower position, and the bucket begins to rise. At this point, the valve 25 is set in the neutral position and lower the front flap valve 26 and the hydraulic cylinder 20 to control the front flap. Thus an increase of the bucket is stopped, and the front flap starts to fall.

As soon as the cylinders 20 are transferred to the extreme lower position of the front flap starts to increase the oil pressure in their Rodless cylinders cavity, which leads to the opening pressure of the valve 31 (it is set at a pressure of 10...15% less than the relief valve 23). The operator is able to adjust the cutting depth with the reduced width equal to the length of the knives of the middle section 4, by controlling the hydraulic cylinders 25 of the bucket (Fig). Knife system provides the company with discretely variable cutting width, during unloading of mobile elements from technological effort digging through the fixing of the middle section in the far and middle positions, and automatic installation of the middle section in these provisions. Knife system reduces operator fatigue and does not require new management skills, as provides for the regulation of the cutting depth with any width of cut in the traditional way - by raising and lowering the bucket.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drives of draw-booster gears of tractor-drawn scrapers. Proposed hydraulic drive contains pump, hydraulic tank, hydraulic cylinder, pressure valve connected in parallel with hydraulic cylinder, and hydraulic distributor. Hydraulic drive contains additionally hydraulic accumulator, time relay, check valve, pressure valve is provided with control line, and hydraulic cylinder has control arm engaging with two-position spool whose input is connected with pump and output, through time relay, with hydraulic accumulator and control line of pressure valve and with input of check valve whose output is connected to input of pressure valve.

EFFECT: provision of automatic continuous increase of adhesion weight of tractor of scraper when digging.

SUBSTANCE: proposed scraper set includes tractor connected by mount with bowl, blade system controlled by hydraulic cylinder, forced sensor and control hydraulic distributor coupled with hydraulic cylinder of blade system. Adhesion weight sensors are mounted additionally on tractor, and engine is furnished with speed sensor. Automation unit is installed on tractor to inputs of which adhesion weight sensors are connected and also speed sensor and traction force sensor, and to output of which beginning of penetration, end of penetration and beginning of lowering relays are connected, and also engine speed limiting relay. Control hydraulic distributor is provided with penetration and raising coils which are connected in parallel with supply source and in series with coils of auxiliary penetration and raising relays. Auxiliary raising relay is connected in series with raising coil, its normally-open auxiliary contacts, normally-closed auxiliary contacts of relay of end of raising and lowering are connected. Connected in parallel to auxiliary contacts of auxiliary raising relay are normally open auxiliary contacts of engine speed limiting relay and relay of beginning of raising. Connected in series with penetration coil are auxiliary penetration relay, normally-closed auxiliary contacts of relay of beginning of raising and auxiliary contacts of raising relay and also normally open auxiliary contacts of beginning of lowering relay, normally-open auxiliary contacts of auxiliary raising relay being connected in parallel to auxiliary contacts of relay pf beginning of lowering.

FIELD: earth-moving and transport machines, particularly blade assemblies having changeable width of cut.

SUBSTANCE: blade assembly comprises side sections and central section. The sections are provided with undercutting blades and are directly connected to bucket bottom. The central section is hinged to bucket bottom and is operated by rotation hydraulic cylinders through operation levers. Undercutting blades made as gussets are connected to inner edges of side sections from below. The gussets have supports to cooperate with central section in lower position thereof. Undercutting blades of central section are connected to outer side edges of central section. Undercutting gussets are provided with orifices to arrange fixers installed in lower parts of side sections so that they may cooperate with end switches. Position switches adapted to cooperate with operation levers of central section in central or extreme positions are mounted on bucket side walls. Hydraulic cylinders for central section rotation are linked in pairs to hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation. Lifting and lowering cavities of hydraulic cylinders are correspondingly communicated with raising and deepening cavities of hydraulic cylinders for central section rotation. Hydraulic drive for blade assembly includes hydraulically operated on-off three-way slide. The first outlet of the slide is united with the third one and is linked to raising cavity of hydraulic cylinder for central section rotation. Operational chamber and the first inlet of the slide are connected to outlet of pressure slide having output connected to lowering cavities of hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation. The second and the third inlets of on-off three-way slide are correspondingly connected to lifting cavities of hydraulic cylinders, which operate front bucket gate and lowering cavity of hydraulic cylinders for bucket operation.

EFFECT: decreased load to be applied to blade system during earth cutting as central section is in central and extreme positions, provision of automatic installation of above section in side blade plane and in extreme positions.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: fluid-controlled slide valve is arranged between load mechanism hydraulic cylinder rod end and pressure valve inlet line. Control chamber of said valve is communicated with front shutter drive hydraulic cylinder chamber for it to be closed.

EFFECT: independent operation of hydraulic cylinders.
