FIELD: railway transport; brake systems of rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed brake includes brake main line and feed main line, air distributor, brake cylinders with drives to brake linings and supply pipelines, antiskid valves and brake disks. Brake disks are rigidly secured on axles of wheelsets. Four pneumoelectric pressure converters with cables are connected to supply pipelines of brake cylinders. Said cables connect pneumoelectric pressure converters with microprocessor monitoring and diagnostic control system complex installed inside car. Indicator panels displaying information of condition of brake are installed in service vestibule and conductor compartment.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of control of compressed air pressure in cylinders, safety of operation of cars, possibility of excluding additional volume of brake cylinders.

The invention relates to the field of brakes of railway rolling stock, namely, disc brakes passenger cars at high speeds.

Known brake passenger car with antiskid device - see UDC 629.4.077-592-52 (075.8) Inozemtsev VG, Kazarinov V.M., Asenav SCI Automatic brakes. The textbook for universities of railway transport. M.: Transport, 1981. 464 C. figure III.14 - Circuit brake equipment passenger car with antiskid device and description on p.72-73.

The scheme is characterized by the presence of the main brake line, which is used both for control of the brake processes, and to create a reserve of compressed air on each car of the train for braking by filling spare tanks of cars from tank locomotive through the valve. This scheme brakes requiring a high consumption of compressed air when implementing frequent braking with the inclusion of anti-slipping devices, reduces the performance of the brakes.

Also known brake passenger car with antiskid device, see TA28143/71EN Rev 00 10.2002 "Basics of Brake Technology, Knorr-Bremse Special Library, Munchen, 2.2-1. This brake includes a brake master and nutritious (main air tank locomotive line with the connecting receptacle sleeves and integral valves, compressed air is in which is supplied from the main air tank locomotive directly or through the valve, air, the outlet pipe from the brake and nutrient arteries, pressure switch, throttle and check valve, releasing the two-way valve, the brake cylinders with valves snow.

In this brake to increase its performance introduced in addition to the brake (BP) separately nutrient railway (Mr), which is powered directly from the main air tank locomotive, bypassing the valve, and almost seamlessly augment the reserves of the compressed air in the tanks of cars.

The disadvantage of this brake switches located on the side walls of the carriage is a significant increase in non-working volume of the brake cylinder due to the volumes of the inlet piping and pneumatic cylinders alerters, which reduces the sensitivity adjustment of the pressures in the brake cylinders.

In addition, the implementation of the requirements of the manual brakes on the necessary signal to the locomotive engineer conductor of the carriage about the release of the brake is connected with the necessity of the wire exit from the car, which with a small time stopping at intermediate stations threatens the security of the conductor.

To address these shortcomings prompted the introduction in the brake system, electronic alarm about the condition of the brakes instead of air, including alarms with pneumatic cylinders and inlet piping (above pneumatic circuit brake 7.8 adopted as a prototype).

The purpose of this technical solution is the fulfillment of the brakes, which will allow to exclude the presence of additional volume of the brake cylinder and to increase sensitivity is regulirovki pressure of compressed air in them, and also to prevent the escape of the conductor of the train and thus increase the safety of operation of the wagons.

A technical solution is achieved by attaching to the air cavities brake cylinders known electro pneumatic pressure transmitters, electrical signals from which changing the air pressure in the brake cylinders through cable wiring is served in the microprocessor processing unit, which is known, is mounted on the carriage microprocessor complex system control, monitoring and diagnostics (SOUND) passenger car.

On the basis of the processed information from the electrical signals are generated corresponding commands on the status of the brake and served on display SOUND and placards installed in the working platform and the service compartment of the car.

The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a part of the design of the proposed performance disc brakes with electronic circuit alarm about the state of the disk brake.

To supplying pipelines brake cylinders joined by four electro pneumatic pressure transducer cable wiring connecting the converters installed inside the car microprocessor complex system control pin is Olya and diagnosis.

Electro pneumatic pressure transducers (sensors) 1 registering the pressure of the air, are installed on the inlet piping 2, directly connected with the working cavities brake cylinder 3, resulting in the action blocks of the disk brake 4. The system involved four sensor 1 - two on each wheel pair, as the cylinders of one pair of wheels operate in parallel.

Electro pneumatic pressure transmitters have 1 cable wiring 5, through which they are connected with the microprocessor complex system control, monitoring and diagnostics (SOUND) 6. Electrical signals are sent to the microprocessor processing unit (IBA) 7 supplied SOUND car, for further processing. IBA 7 generates the appropriate commands on the state of the brakes to transmission to display SOUND 8 and display 9 installed in the working platform 10 and the service compartment 11 of the carriage.

The sensors 1 are supplied from a DC source through a two-wire circuit. IBA 7 with a prescribed duty cycle produces measurements of the sensors 1 and on the basis of these parameters for a given algorithm determines the condition of the brakes of the car:

upon check all sensors 1 excess pressure above 0,04-0,05 MPa is formed team "RETARDED";

when registering in the Yomi sensors 1 pressure, close to zero, is formed team "RELEASED".

when determining IBA 7 one or more faulty sensors 1 team "RETARDED" and "RELEASED" is generated.

In addition to solving the problem to determine the condition of the brakes of the car and supply corresponding signals on the display 9, the proposed system allows using IBA 7 to perform internal diagnostics of the system and transmit the necessary signals to the display SOUND 8, as well as to implement additional functions such as data transfer on the status of the brakes through the train system LIDS" on the computer of the head of the train and then the communication systems in the turnover points of compositions, additional alarm audible alarm when starting a train with neohumanism brakes.

Thus, the proposed brake passenger car with an electronic alarm about the condition of the brakes will provide the technical result consists in increasing the sensitivity of the pressure regulation of compressed air in the brake cylinders and increasing the safe operation of cars, and will implement additional functions when performing tasks accurately determine the status of the brake.

The claimed technical solution is implemented on manufactured JSC "Kryukovsky railway car building works" passenger cars of the new generation, about adowanych disc brakes and antiskid device.

SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic mechanical lock of brake cylinder rod contains clamping device, two pneumatic drives of stop clamps. Two racks with gear cut are attached to rod of brake cylinder from two side diametrically opposite relative to longitudinal axis. Each pressure shaft of stop wedge clamps consists of two halves arranged in housing and engaging along inclined plane. One half of pressure shaft is provided with gear cut similar to that of rod rack for displacement under pressure of pneumatic drive piston rod at locking along axis of brake cylinder rod getting into complete engagement with teeth of rack of brake cylinder, thus reliably holding it in brake-applied position. Other half of pressure shaft plays the part of wedge at locking the brake cylinder rod in brake-applied position holding gear half of pressure shaft in engagement with rod rack.

EFFECT: improved reliability of locking of brake cylinder rod, simplified design and reduced overall dimensions of lock.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains derailment detector unit whose output is connected with input of brake cut-in unit connected to braking device. Derailment detector unit consists of two chambers, one nest in the other. Outer chamber is provided with discharge hole communicating with atmosphere and hole communicating with train brake main line. Inner chamber is provided with discharge hole communicating inner chamber with atmosphere and intake hole communicating inner and outer chambers and overlapped by inertia mass limited in displacement by guide rod and pressed to intake hole by its weight and spring. Upper wall of inner chamber is made in form of diaphragm rigid center of which is connected with brake cut-in unit through spring-loaded valve closing discharge hole of outer chamber communicating with atmosphere.

EFFECT: improved reliability of device owing to introduction of additional symptom of derailment-increased of frequency of displacements of inertia mass at beginning of car derailment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brakes of rolling stock, namely, to high-speed passenger cars operating on main lines and equipped with antiskid devices. Proposed brake of main line passenger car equipped with antiskid device has brake main line and supply main line with connecting intercar hoses and angle cocks supplied with compressed air from master air reservoir of locomotive either directly or through driver's brake valve, air distributor, out pipelines from brake main line and supply main line, pressure relay, throttle and check valve, disconnecting two-way cock, brake cylinders with antislip valves. Brake system contains also additional pipeline and disconnecting three-way cock. Additional pipeline connects let out pipelines from brake main line to air distributor and from supply main line to supply reservoir, and disconnecting three-way cock is installed in place of connection of additional pipeline with let out pipe line of supply main line.

EFFECT: provision of quick action and reliability of brake at frequent application of brake with use of antiskid devices, preservation of serviceability of brake if passenger car is included into train containing cars not equipped with supply main lines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed parking brake with adjustable brake pressure and remote manual control is provided with locking device in form of rubberized-metal air chamber of brake cylinder and shutoff valve for holding brake leverage in brake applied position, change-over valve to change air delivery from brake cylinder to rubberized-metal air chamber through shutoff valve and brake valve for manual application of brakes. Housing of change-over valve and brake valve are made in form of double-acting pneumatic cylinders with spool-type pistons having two extreme, namely, upper and lower, stable fixed position. Two brake valves are manually remote controlled through pneumatic circuit of parking brake. Similar valve-type pressure regulators are installed on change-over valve and shutoff valve. Seats of valve in lower part of housing are provided with inlet air channel and four outlet axial air channels. One three-way and four disconnecting air cocks are designed for functional changing over of parking brake.

Stop clamping device is made in from of two clamps of self-braking multistep drives-motion converters to prevent separation of clamp under action of elastic forces of brake leverage and release spring of piston of brake cylinder in fixed position. Body is installed on bogies, each consisting of cast side frames resting on axle boxes installed by means of bearings on necks of wheelset axles. Conical recess engaging with pin of like shape is made on end face surface of neck of wheelset axle in axial direction. Pin is provided with thread and toothed sector on its cylindrical portion. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressed air supply system of locomotive pneumatic equipment. Proposed adsorption plant contains compressor 1 with drive motor 2, controlled by pressure relay 3, two absorbers 6, 7, with blower and upper vertical branch pipes and lower and upper side horizontal branch pipes. Pressure main line 5 connects compressor 1 with absorbers 6, 7 through cutoff valves 8, 10. Feed main line 12 connects absorbers 6, 7 with group of reservoirs 13 furnished with separator-accumulator 14 with purge valve 15. Dry air main line 21 is connected through other cutoff valves 17, 19 to absorbers 6, 7. Control unit 22 regulates delivery of hot air from compressor 1 to one of absorbers at each cycle of plant operation. Dry air main line 21 is connected to absorbers 6, 7 through check valves 26, 27. Purge valves 29, 31 with electromagnetic valves 34, 35 are connected to lower vertical branch pipes of absorbers 6, 7 through moistures traps 28, 30. Second pressure relay 32 with normally closed contact 33 is connected to dry air main line 21. Electromagnetic valves 34, 35 of purge valves 29, 31 of absorbers 6, 7 are energized from supply source 24 through normally-closed contact 22 of pressure relay 32.
