Invention provides possibility for accumulating large-size rolled products and tubes, semi-cylindrical tube blanks of large diameter and also small-size rolled pieces and for delivering such rolled products.

EFFECT: reduced size, simplified maintenance of apparatus, lowered metal consumption for making apparatus.

The invention relates to the field of rolling equipment, and more specifically to a device for the accumulation and delivery of rental with treatment before subsequent processing operation.

Most often rolled and welded tube production for the accumulation of round steel bars and tubes are a series of inclined stelloh with dispensers or special conveyors (see the Federal Republic of Germany patent No. 2900445, CL 65G 1/00, publ. 8.01.79,; RF patent №2057697, CL 65G 47/02, publ. 10.04.96 year). These drives require large production areas, which negatively affects the production cost. Due to the lack of relevant areas of this kind of drives cannot be used for reconstruction of units.

The known device comprises a feeding mechanism, an inclined storage, means for placing pipes, each of which is equipped with a mechanism for single-piece issue with the selectors, and the transport roller. Means for placing the tubes are arranged vertically in the form of a closed hydraulic system including a flexible hose and a vertical process tube, which are connected in the lower part by means of a device for controlling the flow of fluid. This device for the accumulation and delivery of rental contains two columns, in which are mounted the means piece of rental accommodation, installed with the possibility of vertical movement of the actuator, and the transport roller. A disadvantage of the known device for the accumulation and delivery of the car is that it has a significant size and metal with minimal technological capabilities and minimal the nom volume accumulation. The present invention is to create a device for the accumulation and delivery of the car, allowing to expand the technological capabilities by increasing the range and volume cumulative rental, as well as to reduce the size, intensity and cost of manufacture and operation.
