SUBSTANCE: water spillway device adapted to discharge water from upper pool of contour-ditch comprises partition with delivery outlet to be closed with inclined gate arranged from lower pool side and supported by horizontal pivot pin, control chamber and elastic sealed vessel located in control chamber. Control chamber includes delivery pipe having inlet orifice provided with valve, which is connected with upper pool float through rod. Elastic sealed vessel comprises discharge orifice having diameter smaller than that of delivery pipe and acts on piston cooperating with gate through rod and hinge. The gate has side partitions and sealing means.

EFFECT: possibility to use natural atmospheric precipitations for irrigation purposes, prevention of crop losses due to increased accuracy of necessary water level maintenance in rice contour-ditches and provision of optimal rice irrigation regime along with decreased labor inputs.

The invention relates to the field of hydraulic engineering, namely, devices for maintaining a given level checks in rice irrigation systems.

A device for regulating the level (USSR author's certificate No. 607113, CL. G015D 9/04, 1978), containing the Executive bodies of the submission and selection process fluid, power amplifier, inverter "the nozzle-valve and bell level sensor, a tube of small diameter, a remote camera with a movable wall.

The disadvantage of this device lies in the complexity of design and operation.

A device for regulating the level of the upstream (USSR author's certificate No. 648683, CL EV 7/42, 1979), contains a partition with feed hole closed with a tilting bolt, in the form of a shield, installed from the downstream of the horizontal axis of rotation, a control chamber and a flexible sealed container, collection chamber with valve and thermosensitive element.

The disadvantage of this device lies in the fact that the sensing element does not provide regulation to reflect changes in it during the precipitation.

The technical solution of the present invention is concerned with extending the functionality of the device in the form of regulation of the water level regime and conserve the natural and the atmospheric precipitation for irrigation. The solution of the stated problem is achieved by the fact that automated checking the outlet of the upstream contains a partition with feed hole closed with a tilting bolt installed from the downstream of the horizontal axis of rotation, the control chamber sealed with elastic capacity, feeding tube, which has an inlet valve connected by a rod with a float of the upstream and elastic tight tank has a drain hole with a diameter less than the diameter of the nutrient tube, and acts on the piston is provided with a valve through the piston rod and the hinge, the shutter has side walls and seal.

The novelty of the claimed technical solution due to the fact that due to the design features of automated cheque outlet of the upstream provides increased functionality of the device in the form of regulation of the water level regime and the conservation of natural rainfall for irrigation.

According to scientific-technical and patent literature authors unknown similar to the claimed combination of features, aimed at the achievement of the task, and this decision does not follow clearly from the prior art, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the decision level of invention.

The proposed solution is industrially applicable.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which depicts the proposed discharge.

Automated water outlet of the upstream contains the partition 1 with feed hole 2, overlapped slanted shutter 3 with side walls 4 and 5 seal, which is installed from the downstream of the horizontal axis of rotation 6. With the bolt 3 through the hinge 7 and the rod 8 is connected to the piston 9. The control chamber 10 and a flexible sealed container 11 with a drain hole 12, a feeding tube 13 with the inlet hole 14, a valve 15 by means of a rod 16 connected to the float 17, waste pipe 18.

Inclusion in the outlet control chamber 10 with an elastic airtight container 11 acting on the piston 9, communicated through the rod 8 and the hinge 7 with a sloped shutter 3 and the float 17, the stem 16 and valve 15 to maintain the desired water level checks, ensuring optimum irrigation regime.

Automated cheque outlet works as follows.

At normal water level upstream of the float 17 via the shaft 16 acts on the valve 15 so that the opening 14 is open, the water flows through the feeding tube 13 in flexible sealed container 11 and flows through the drain opening 12. For with the et that a feeding tube 13 has a larger diameter than the drain hole 12, an elastic air-tight container 11 creates excess pressure, so it is in a filled condition. When the piston 9 is in its upper position, acts through rod 8 via a hinge 7 on the inclined stopper 3 with side walls 4, which thus occupies the position I pressed the side walls 4 to 5 seal. Through the expenditure hole 1 no water enters the downstream water level of the upstream supported in a predetermined position.

When raising the water level upstream of the float 17 via the shaft 16 acts on the valve 15 so that the aperture 14 is closed, thus stops the flow of water in an elastic airtight container 11. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a distributing channel 5, an intake pipe cap 2 and a drain pipe. The device comprises a diffuser from composite pipe sections of a conic section, designed in the form of a lock 1.
