SUBSTANCE: proposed hitch for connecting wheeled tractor and trailer has rigid draft connecting trailer pole with hydraulic hook of tractor and flexible draft bar connecting crossmember of lower longitudinal links of tractor mounting with front axle of trailer. Device is furnished with additional flexible draft bar including spring fixed on crossmember and connected through connecting link and feedback with draft control connected with hydraulic cylinder. Crossmember is mechanically connected with sensor coupled through feedback with position control.

EFFECT: improved cross country capacity and steerability of tractor, increased load carrying capacity of tractor.

The invention relates to a wheeled tractor, equipped with position-force control sample, and in particular to coupling devices for connecting the tractor with two-axle trailer.

A device that allows you to improve cross-wheeled transport units. It contains a spreader mounted on the lifting arms of the hinge mechanism of the tractor, a spring-actuated rod connected with the flexible element. The ends of the flexible element is mounted on the front axle of the trailer, equipped with thrust roller, and a flexible element passed through the specified clip. The technical result is achieved in that the coupling device for connecting a wheeled tractor with a trailer containing hard power connection connecting the trailer drawbar with hydrocream tractor, and flexible power connection connecting the crossmember lower longitudinal rods of the support frame of the tractor with the front axle of the trailer, equipped with an additional elastic power connection comprising a spring fixed to the cross member and connected through a connecting link and a reverse link with a power regulator connected to the cylinder, and the cross member is kinematically connected with the sensor connected through a feedback position controller.

Coupling device comprises a hard power connection between the shaft 1 trailer 2 hydrocream 3 tractors 4 and flexible power connection connecting the cross member 5 of the lower longitudinal rods 6 of the support frame of the tractor 4 with the front axle of the trailer 2. Flexible power connection cross member 5 with the front axle of the trailer 2 is formed by a cable 7, passed through the roller 8. The roller 8 is fixed on the deadlift 9 associated with the cross member 5 through a spring 10, which is meet the thrust washer 11 and fixed to the cross member 5 by a nut 12. Spring 10 through the connecting link 13 and feedback 14 is connected with the power controller 15, which is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 16. The controller 15 performs the handle 17 of its settings. Cross 5 kinematically connected to the sensor 18 connected through feedback 19 with position regulator 15. Feedback 14 and 19 can be mechanical or electrical type, depending on the type of position-force controller.

The device operates as follows.

Depending on road conditions choose power or position control mode. Proposed towing gear has cylindrical housing with bases to installed on vehicle and rod fitted in bases for axial displacement and spring-loaded relative to bases and also drum with guide strips and towing wire rope installed inside housing. Guide strip is rigidly secured on inner surface, and towing wire rope is arranged on outer surface of drum. It has two stops coupled with rod and three bushings fitted on rod. Projection is made in middle part of each bushing with end of pull-back spring secured on projection. Disks rigidly coupled with strip are installed at both sides of pull-back spring. Two cam are installed for engagement with corresponding disks on ends of first bushing. One cam is installed for each end of second and third bushing. Free ends of pull-back springs are secured on guide strip. Bushings are provided with splined slots and are made for displacement together with drum along rod whose stops can engages with splined slots of bushings. Each cam is installed on bracket rigidly coupled with bushing, being partially arranged in through slot aligned with splined slot of bushing, is provided with tooth designed for engagement with mating slots of corresponding disk. Rod is made in form of torsion shaft whose stops are installed for engagement with cams spring-loaded relative to brackets. Bracket can be made in form of frame with support surfaces designed for engagement with cam tooth. Stops of rod are provided with riffles designed for engagement with mating riffles of cams. Seat holes in frame for axle of cam are made in form of slots exceeding in height diameter of cam axle.
