FIELD: tool-and-die industry; production of the disk cutters. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the work tools production and may be used for manufacture of the disc shears. The disk cuter has two cutting edges and the base with two seats for them. The base is manufactured out of the structural steel, and the cutting edges are made by the alloy 110Х5М8В2С2ТЮ battering. The invention allows to increase the disk cutter service life, to reduce the prime cost of the disk cutter manufacture. Rotation drive 2 of device is made for alternating setting in one of two positions: for surfacing parts of big and small diameters. Distance between positions 4 and 5 of axis of shaft of drive 2 corresponds to difference in radii of parts of big and small diameter to be surfaced. Additional sliding bearings 7 are secured on bed frame 3 at distance corresponding to positions of drive 2. Crossmember can be secured in additional sliding bearings 7 being installed on axle and made up of two relatively fastened perpendicular beams.
