The invention relates to the field of mining and can be used in the excavation, transportation and warehousing unproductive rocks and minerals in alluvial, marine (coastal) and reservoir deposits.

Known devices used in underground mining for ore is delivered mainly to the ore chutes (1). Known devices are used on the basis of two drum and three drum scraper winches three schemes schreberiana: straight, angle and radial. All these schemes are based on stationary placement winches and are designed to deliver ore to the same point - to ore passes. They are unsuitable for the development of breeds and their storage without the involvement of other equipment.

A device used to organize scraper warehouses, coal, gravel and sand pits (2). In the known device the coal from the primary cone, in which he served conveyor is distributed on the main stack of the scraper. Scraper winch mounted on a trolley which can be moved in a circular rails.

The disadvantages of the known device are as follows. The zone of action of the scraper is limited to the sector from cone unloading coal to track. The scraper can be used only for the transportation of previously processed by the od. To develop breeds require significant efforts, the application of which will reset with the rails of the truck on which is mounted a winch.

Known scraper installation for production and transportation of oil and bitumen breeds (3). The known device consists of two chassis platform with masts installed on railway tracks that are routed on two sides of the developed area. Through the mast ropes attached two bucket that using the winch moved along the surface of rocks and filled, then detached from the surface and move to the bunker, installed on one of the platforms, and unloaded.

The disadvantages of the known device are as follows. Due to their weight, these two chassis platform with the masts of equal to or more than two cable excavators performing similar work. In order to compensate for greater efforts in the development of breeds, on platforms installed counterweights, which, in addition to weighting the design of the facility, making it unstable due to the displacement of the center of gravity. In addition, this device requires expensive landfilling tracks and laying the tracks, and the bunker, in which unload the buckets has a small capacity, therefore, this device does not solve the problem of storing the mined rocks.

Known anato-scraper installation, adopted for the prototype, consisting of two movable supporting towers, bucket with traction rope and anchors with flexible stretch marks, which are attached rigidly to the anchors and using blocks to support the towers. Rope is connected with the front wall of the bucket and through the drive pulley and around the block towers closed on the rear wall of the bucket, forming an endless rope (4).

The disadvantages of the known installation are as follows. The design, consisting of two supporting towers, seems to be quite complex, has a large mass, the movement of the two support towers at the front of the work is labour intensive. In many cases, the design with two supporting towers cannot be implemented in practice, for example, in swampy floodplains or in the development of the coastal and marine fields.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is reducing the cost of manufacture of the device, increasing its performance and reducing the cost of development of breeds. The task can be solved through achieving a technical result, which is to simplify the device, increase reliability, the expansion of applications in mining method the most simple and easy equipment instead of the currently used bulldozers, wheeled scrapers and cable excavators, and t is the train known cable-scraper installations. They are often ineffective, especially in the development of species with low bearing capacity, in flooded conditions, viscous clay soils.

Bulldozers and wheel scrapers, heavy equipment, moving of its own weight takes a lot of energy and are attracted considerable material costs for maintenance.

More efficient cable excavators have also a disadvantage in that the radius is decreased and the discharge is limited by the length of the boom, and with its increasing complexity and weigh the design of the excavator and its cost rises sharply.

Compared with the prototype, you can also extend the scope of the scraper installations, to reduce their cost and operating costs.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device for developing, carrying and stacking rocks of the cable scraper comprising a scraper mounted between the cable stretch marks with mobile units mobile rack, placed on the movable rack winch scraper with the head and tail ropes, according to the invention, the scraper winch is made double-drum, drums hosts envelopes, fixed above mobile racks, pulleys, head and tail to the Nata, and on the mobile rack installed tension winch with around the pulley tensioning rope, the other end of which is mounted on a mobile rack, with the tail rope scraping and stretching the rope tensioning winches are connected respectively to cable stretch marks by blocks connected with movable blocks guy cable through the clip.

Installation of scraper winch and tension winches on the platform of mobile racks with their transfer efforts through the pulleys increases the stability of the rack. The application of the mechanism of a tension of the winch allows you to easily adjust the position of the rack in vertical and horizontal planes and to absorb the dynamic loads transmitted from the scraper. All this improves the reliability, mobility and device performance.

Comparative analysis shows that the proposed device is different from the prototype. This allows to make a conclusion on the compliance of the claimed invention, the criterion of "novelty".

To prove compliance of the claimed invention, the criterion of "inventive step" was compared with other technical solutions known from the prior art".

The inventive device for developing, carrying and stacking rocks of the cable scrapers meets the criterion of "inventive step"as owls is the synergy of its essential features can increase the technical capabilities of the cable scrapers, to expand the scope of their application, which, in turn, will simplify the technology of mining operations and reduce the cost of their production, which is not obvious from the prior art.

The device, which is developing, moving and storage breeds cable scraper includes pier 1 platform 2 and the mechanism of its movement, double-drum scraper winch 3 and the scraper 4, two cable stretch marks 5 with movable blocks 6 and the tensioning winch 7.

To the drum tensioning winch 7 is attached a tension rope 16, which encircles the pulley tension of the rope 10 and the block 14 in the cable stretch marks 5 and secured at the top of the rack 1 from the opposite side. Unit 14 from the cable stretch marks 5 and the movable block 6 is also connected to a common yoke 15, as with the opposite side of the trestle 1.

The device operates as follows.

On the work area outside of the developed strip of rocks 17 and the planned pile of rocks 18 is installed a mobile rack 1. The design of the trestle 1 must be rigid and collapsible.

Cable stretch marks 5 are fixed outside of the work area with its two sides. Cable stretch marks 5 can be attached to the piles, submerged in the ground by driving or drilling, as well as to the "undead" or anchors. Length of cable stretch marks 5 must be greater than the distance between the points of attachment. "Slack" guy cable 5 should be such that the movable units 6 can freely sync is about to move during the movement of the rack 1. Moveable blocks 6 must be closed, and to ensure diligence rope to the groove of the block.

Before starting work, the scraper winch ropes 3 are passed through the respective pulleys and block and are connected to the scraper 4. The rope tensioning winches 7 also passes through the corresponding pulley and block and secured to the second end of the rack 1.

The device is controlled remotely. After mounting all the ropes devices are tightened, and are developing, moving and storage breeds in the blade 18 of the rocks scraper 4. In the process, all cables should be taut. The tension of the head rope 11 moves the scraper 4 on the surface of the developing band rocks 17. Thus the scraper 4 is filled with rock, moves to the pile of rocks 18 and is discharged. The tension of the tail of the rope 13 scraper returns to develop a rock band 17. The tension of the tail of the rope 13 is regulated by the angle of the scraper to the horizon as it moves with the developed strip of rocks 17 on the blade 18 breeds. Work is carried out by the benches. As work is completed on the benches and trestle 1 is gradually moved from one side of the work area to another. This scraper 4 synchronously moves along the strip of rocks 17 together with the trestle 1.
