FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power takeoff for vehicle auxiliaries. Proposed power takeoff has case, hollow drive shaft, drive gear made integral with drive shaft or secured on said shaft, idler gear, driven shaft and driven gear made integral with driven shaft or secured on said shaft, and engagement mechanism. Front end of drive shaft is connected with engine flywheel by means of splined and flexible disk. Clutch mechanism is installed on rear end of drive shaft, said mechanism being installed in power takeoff case.

EFFECT: provision of reliable and simple design power takeoff, simplified of gearbox and clutch.

The invention relates to transport machinery, namely, devices for power to drive additional units.

Known the PTO from the engine having a friction disc clutch for the drive train and the additional friction disk for drive PTO, mounted on the splines of the hollow shaft, and a special spacer is disposed between the friction disks and connected to the flywheel of the engine (see patent DE No. 10149700 A1, IPC 7 60 To 17/02, publ. 10.04.2003).

Known the PTO from the engine located between the engine and the gearbox, containing respectively, a hollow drive shaft with pinion, an intermediate gear, a driven shaft, a control mechanism with a leading and driven friction elements, and a driven element made in the form of switchable master disk dry friction and installed movably in the axial direction on the splines of the hollow drive shaft, and a leading friction element attached to the flywheel of the engine, moreover, the drive control mechanism made in the form of pnevmostartery installed coaxially on the drive shaft of the PTO (see the testimony of the Russian Federation No. 25466, IPC 7 60 To 17/28).

A disadvantage of the known technical solutions is the complexity of their design.

Closest to tawlae the WMD technical solution of the essential features and achieved technical result is the PTO (PTO) from the engine, located between the engine and gearbox of the vehicle and containing respectively, a hollow drive shaft made integral with the pinion and connected with a lead disk, provided with a damper. Leading the drive attached to the clutch cover connected to the flywheel of the crankshaft of the engine. The driving shaft is mounted on two bearings mounted in the crankcase OHM, and the leading gear meshed with the intermediate gear, which is in turn meshed with a driven gear. Switching on and off of the power take-off is carried out using a managed claw couplings with pneumatic actuator (see the testimony of the Russian Federation No. 24974, IPC 7, 60 To 17/28).

The disadvantages of the known technical solutions due to the fact that the primary shaft of the gearbox (gearbox), attachable to WHOM is extended in the axial dimensions of OHMS, which requires special modification of CP with the use of a number of complex parts, resulting in reduced reliability of the unit, it also requires special design of the clutch as the torque to drive the LUMP is removed from the clutch cover.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is the creation of a robust and simple design of the box of selection of power that enables the use of simplified construction, transmission and clutch.

Technical rez is ltat is achieved by what's in the box of selection of power from the engine is located between the engine and gearbox, containing respectively, a hollow drive shaft with pinion, an intermediate gear, driven gear, driven shaft, and mechanism of activation, the front end of the drive shaft through a splined sleeve and the floppy disk is connected to the flywheel of the engine and at the other end of the drive shaft is fixed a leading element of the clutch mechanism, the clutch mechanism is installed in the crankcase PTO.

Distinctive features, namely, that the front end of the drive shaft gearbox PTO through the slotted sleeve and the floppy disk is connected to the flywheel of the engine and at the other end of the drive shaft is fixed a leading element of the clutch mechanism, the clutch mechanism is installed in the crankcase PTO allow you to use a compact shaft of the gearbox, resulting in increased reliability of the box PTO, and also simplifies the design of the gearbox and the clutch mechanism.

The presence of a floppy disk reduces the dynamic loads and eliminates vibration from the engine.

Analysis of the known technical solutions in this field of technology has shown that the claimed technical solution has features that are missing in the analogs, and their use in the inventive Kosovo is upnote essential features allows you to get a new technical result. Therefore, the proposed solution meets the patentability requirements of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The drawing shows a PTO from the engine, in the context.

PTO (PTO) from the engine includes a crankcase 1, a hollow drive shaft 2 made integral or fixed pinion 3. The driving shaft 2 is mounted on two bearings 4.

The front end of the drive shaft 2 is made with slots and it has a slotted sleeve 5, the slots which are connected with the spline shaft 2. The sleeve 5 has a flange 6 to which is attached a flexible disc 7. The floppy disk 7 is connected with the flywheel 8 engine. The other end of the drive shaft 2 is connected with the leading elements of the clutch 9, and the clutch mechanism is located in the crankcase COM.

Leading gear 3 meshed with the intermediate gear 10 fixed on the axis 11 on two bearings 12.

The intermediate gear 10 meshed with the driven gear 13 is made integral with the driven shaft 14 mounted in bearings 15 and 16. On the splined end of the driven shaft 14 is stationary installed slotted sleeve 17, which is movable in the axial direction is set coupling 18. Moving the coupling 18 is a pneumatic mechanism 19. Driven gear sleeve 20 is fixed on the driven shaft of the working body 21, on which the production is carried out the PTO. To WHOM Carter is attached gearbox 22.

PTO from the engine operates as follows.

Torque from the crankshaft of the engine is continuously transmitted to the flywheel 8, attached to the flexible disk 7, further slotted sleeve 5 and the driving shaft 2 with a fixed gear 3, which is engaged with the intermediate gear 10, meshed with the driven gear 13. The drive of the working body is made from slotted sleeve 17, which is connected with the driven gear sleeve 20 with the managed toothed clutch 18. The PTO is made directly from the running engine, regardless of transmission.

The claimed technical solution is reliable and simple design that enables the use of simplified construction, transmission and clutch.

The claimed technical solution to meet the requirement of industrial applicability and possible to implement on standard manufacturing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in proposed coaxial shaft-and-planetary transmission gear 10 on primary shaft 2 is secured and is in meshing with gear 7 provided with rim of increased width and freely fitted on intermediate shaft 6. Gear 11 of secondary shaft 3 has also rim of increased width near gear rim of gear 10 of primary shaft 2. shifter sleeve member 24 fitted on said gear rims is coupled with other sleeve member 25 by shifter fork 26, sleeve member 25 being installed on gear rims of gears 7 and 8 of intermediate shaft 6. Gear rim 19 of output shaft of carrier 15 is two-position one. Gear rim 20 of output shaft of set 5 is three-position one, and shifter sleeve 28 on said rim is provided with three internal gear rims. Gear rim 31 with internal and external meshing is teeth rigidly secured on slider 30 of shifter sleeve 28, external meshing teeth being coupled with three-position gear rim 23 of housing of set 1.

EFFECT: increased range of gear ratios of shaft reduction gear at reduced overall dimensions and metal usage, improved gear shift mechanism of planetary mechanism.

Additional simple three-members planetary mechanism has two gear rims, gear rim 22 of partition of housing of set 1 and shifter sleeve 23. Main planetary mechanism has gear rims 31, 32 of carrier 25 and housing of epicyclic gear 26 opposite to gear rim of set housing. The input of the power differential (1) is connected with the drive and input of control differential (2). Central wheels (17) and (18) of the power differential are secured to driven links (15) and (16) of the self-braking mechanisms and connected with central wheels (32) and (33) of the comparing differential so that the central wheels of the comparing differential rotate in opposite directions. Driving links (13) and (14) of the self-braking mechanisms are connected with central wheels (19) and (20) of the adjusting differential and central wheels (42) and (43) of the control differential so that the central wheels of the control differential rotate in opposite directions.

SUBSTANCE: proposed drive has unadjustable electric motor, adjustable electric motors, input shaft 1 and output shaft 2, gear trains, differential gear trains formed by two wave gear trains with common wave generator 3 and worm transmissions and differential gear. Worm shafts 11 and 12 are set in rotation from adjustable electric motors. External gear wheels 6 and 7 of wave gear trains are coupled with worms 11 and 12. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to driving axle with suspension and agricultural tractor with such axle which has central housing with build-in final drives and left-hand and right-hand axle housings suspended by means of upper and lower adjusting arms, with axle-shafts projecting from axle on which wheel-and-tire units are installed. Constant-velocity universal joint is installed between fitted-in final drives and axle-shafts. Coupling plate has radial lobes and it is arranged between diaphragm spring and pressure plate, being connected by ends of lobs with cover plate.
