SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the environmental protection, in particular, to the decontamination of the solid domestic and industrial wastes and may be used for collecting and withdrawing of the biogas formed in the depth of the domestic and industrial wastes (DIW) polygon. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the technological capabilities at degassing of the DIW and decreasing of the harmful effect on the environment due to reduction of the harmful biogas outbursts in the air and withdrawal of the biogas for utilization at the DIW polygon operation simultaneously with allocation of the scrap. For this purpose on the polygon of the solid domestic and industrial wastes perform the preparation of the foundation, mounting of the system of the vertical gaseous drain from the net of the located on the polygon area wells with the perforated walls and the external filtrating earth-bank formed with the help of the sliding sheathing, the layer-by-layer placing of the wastes with the intermediate insulating layers, raising the wells in height of each layer of scrap; withdrawal of the biogas from the wells of the vertical gaseous drain is realized using the tubular drains of the horizontal drainage in the foundation of the DIW polygon. At that the lower links of the tubes of the wells of the of the vertical gaseous drain connect with the drainage wells of the horizontal tubular drains, and the upper ends of the wells of the vertical gaseous drainage shut by the plugs, which are installed after each cycle of the raise on the upper end of the sliding sheathing.

EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the technological capabilities at degassing of the domestic and industrial wastes (DIW), decreasing of the harmful effect on the environment, reduction of the harmful biogas outbursts into the air and withdrawal of the biogas for utilization at the DIW polygon operation simultaneously with allocation of the scrap.

The invention relates to the disposal of municipal solid waste (MSW) and admitted for placement of industrial wastes, namely the method of collection and removal of biogas at the landfill.

The known method of collection and removal of biogas using vertical gas drainage system in the form of wells, equipped with the surface of the formed polygon and supplemented by a system of horizontal gas drainage in the form of a developed network of horizontal drains laid under the insulating coating in the upper layer of waste (the Federal Republic of Germany Patent No. 3425785, MKI 09 In 1/00, 1986).

The disadvantage of this method is that the organized withdrawal of biogas is carried out only after reaching a thickness of waste design height, resulting in a low efficiency of gas extraction from deep-lying layers of waste and lack of funds degassing array of waste as it is formed.

The known method of collection and removal of biogas, which includes preparation of Foundation, erection of vertical gas drainage layer laying waste Peresypkin insulating layers, the installation of horizontal gas drainage, the device insulating surface coating formed of a polygon, with biogas collection and leachate produced from the well, the upper end of which is equipped with a cover with holes for the of truboprovodov using the gas collector and airlift installed inside the well (Patent RU № 2242299, MKI: 09 In 1/00, 3/00, publ. 20.12.2004).

The disadvantages of this method are the limited technological capabilities, the probability of violation of the joints at the junctions of horizontal drains to the vertical due to uneven sludge waste, unfit for construction of polygons a large area.

Closest to the proposed invention is a method of collection and removal of biogas and leachate at the landfill, which includes preparation of Foundation, erection of vertical gas drainage system from wells with perforated walls, distributed over the area of the polygon, the formation of horizontal gas drainage in the form of drains located on the surface of each completed layer of waste and adjacent to the outer drain cover wells, capacity wells to the level exceeding the height of the next layer of waste and then the cycle is repeated until reaching the full height of the polygon set by the project, and in the last cycle well increase above the surface of the formed polygon and equip them with removable baffle (Patent RU No. 2198745, MKI 09 In 1/00, bull. No. 5, 2003).

The disadvantage of this method is the lack of extraction and disposal of bio-gas for recycling to the formation of an array of waste, and so is e environmental degradation in the emission of biogas into the atmosphere.

The technical result of the proposed invention consists in the expansion of technological capabilities by degassing of the solid waste and the reduction of harmful impact on the environment by reducing emissions and exhaust gas recycling in the operation of the landfill along with placement of the waste.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of collection and removal of gas municipal solid waste and industrial waste, including ground preparation, installation of vertical gas drainage system from the network distributed over the area of the polygon wells with perforated walls and outer filtering coating formed using sliding formwork, layer-by-layer stacking of waste Peresypkin insulating layers, the capacity of the wells on the height of each layer of waste, biogas collection of vertical gas wells drainage is performed in a tubular drains horizontal drains at the base of the landfill, while the lower parts of the tubes of the vertical gas wells drainage attach to drainage wells horizontal tubular drains and the upper ends of the vertical gas wells drainage block plugs, which are mounted on the upper end of the sliding formwork after each cycle of the building.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the environmental protection, in particular, to the decontamination of the solid domestic and industrial wastes and may be used for collecting and withdrawing of the biogas formed in the depth of the domestic and industrial wastes (DIW) polygon. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the technological capabilities at degassing of the DIW and decreasing of the harmful effect on the environment due to reduction of the harmful biogas outbursts in the air and withdrawal of the biogas for utilization at the DIW polygon operation simultaneously with allocation of the scrap. For this purpose on the polygon of the solid domestic and industrial wastes perform the preparation of the foundation, mounting of the system of the vertical gaseous drain from the net of the located on the polygon area wells with the perforated walls and the external filtrating earth-bank formed with the help of the sliding sheathing, the layer-by-layer placing of the wastes with the intermediate insulating layers, raising the wells in height of each layer of scrap; withdrawal of the biogas from the wells of the vertical gaseous drain is realized using the tubular drains of the horizontal drainage in the foundation of the DIW polygon. At that the lower links of the tubes of the wells of the of the vertical gaseous drain connect with the drainage wells of the horizontal tubular drains, and the upper ends of the wells of the vertical gaseous drainage shut by the plugs, which are installed after each cycle of the raise on the upper end of the sliding sheathing.

EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the technological capabilities at degassing of the domestic and industrial wastes (DIW), decreasing of the harmful effect on the environment, reduction of the harmful biogas outbursts into the air and withdrawal of the biogas for utilization at the DIW polygon operation simultaneously with allocation of the scrap.
