SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mechanized unloading of dumpcars and other vehicles. Proposed dumpcar body tilter has body 3 mounted on lower frame 2 for turning in vertical plane and hinge-coupled with power cylinder 4. Rod 5 of power cylinder is hinge-connected with one end of tie-rod 6 whose other end is hinge-connected to lower frame 2. Said tie-rod has two slots 10 for movement relative to joints fastening to lower frame and to rod. Joint of power cylinder rod and tie-rod is attached to body through slot in body.

EFFECT: increased angle of tilting of body, reduced force acting onto body from side of power cylinder rod.

The present invention relates to a device for mechanized unloading of bulk cargo hoppers and is intended for use in car, can be used in other types of vehicles, in which the discharge is produced by the tilting of the body (platform).

Known hoppers contain a body, a bottom frame, a power cylinder for unloading (tilt) of the body. The piston rod of the power cylinder pivotally connected directly with the body. Such car-truck has a significant disadvantage in that the offset in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the body at the point of application of the thrust cylinder is transmitted through the rack, for the implementation of the slope (rise) body, especially in the beginning of the process of tilt and up to the beginning of crumble cargo, you need much more force on the cylinder rod than cars, in which the cylinder rod is pivotally connected directly with the body. This (increased effort) can be achieved by increasing the pressure of the working medium of the power cylinder or by increasing their number. In addition, the overturning moment generated by the power cylinder remains constant from beginning to end of body tilt, because the distance from the axis of rotation of the body to the point of connection of the rack body and the force developed in the power cylinder, remain unchanged.

The main task you have set themselves the authors of the present invention is to increase the tilt angle of the body during the unloading of the car and the reduction in force action on the part of the stem(s) power cylinder(s) on the body without increasing the efforts and progress of the stock(s) of the power cylinder.

The proposed device comprises a trolley 1, the lower frame 2, a body 3, the power cylinder 4 with the rod 5, the rod 6. The operation of the device is as follows.

When the movement of the rod 5 of the power cylinder 4 is transmitted force from the rod 5 of the cylinder 4 via a hinge 7 directly on the body 3. This ensures maximum overturning moment generated by the power cylinder, which is necessary from the beginning of the slope (rise) body up to a certain angle, which starts pouring of cargo. When pouring cargo maximum overturning moment generated by the power cylinder is not required, since the discharge is due to the inertia of the rotation body and expansion of the air in the cylinder. On the concurrently with the movement of the rod 5 moves slotted holes 8 thrust 6 relative to the hinge 7 and 9. At the same time decreases the distance from the cylinder 4 to the point of application of force of the slotted hole 10 through the hinge 7 in comparison with the classical scheme of dump cars, which at full output shaft 5 of the cylinder 4 body 3 is rotated an additional angle without increasing the length of the power cylinder.

Thus, the proposed device for dump cars allows you to increase the angle of the body during unloading without changing the geometric dimensions of the power cylinder and develop their efforts to reduce the force action on the part of the rod of the power cylinder to the body and to renounce the use of vozduhonagrevatelja.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, in particular to dumper platform lifting devices. The proposed dumper platform lifting device incorporates pump (1), oil tank (4), control valve (7), adjusting valve (8) and hydraulic cylinder (9). Bode (10) of adjusting valve (8) represents an adapter (13) attached on hydraulic cylinder (9). Control valve (7) communicates with radial channels (12) in body (10) and stepwise axial channel (11) accommodating plunger (15) that features preset diametre central bore (16), the said plunger being pressed to end face (21) of the said stepwise channel by spring (17) entering central channels (18, 19) of plunger (15) and plug (20) screwed in body (10). The compression force of spring (17) can be adjusted. There are adjusting shims (24) fitted between plug (20) and the body.
