The invention relates to refrigeration equipment used to store products, namely, refrigerators, and can be used in the construction and reconstruction of refrigerators for food.

Known refrigerator for storing food products containing the refrigerating chamber formed by the outer and inner enclosures, equipped with removable screens of flexible material arranged along the internal surfaces of external walls, and cooling equipment [SU # 579507, CL F 25 D 13/00, 05.11.77].

However, a refrigerator with removable screens of flexible material does not provide enough to effectively reduce shrinkage food because of the low reflectivity of the flexible material.

Known refrigerator for food products containing the refrigerating chamber formed by the outer and inner rails and provided with a screen of flexible material arranged along the internal surfaces of external walls, while the flexible material of the removable screens contains bonded together layers of a fibrous base, a layer of metallized polymer films, the screens are designed to fit to the inner surface of the walls and advanced to the ceiling all the refrigerators and cooling equipment [RU No. 2149327, CL F 25 D 13/00, 05.10.99].

However, in the process e is decommission the possible wetting of the fibrous basis of natural organic fibers, the increase of thermal conductivity, which leads to a decrease of efficiency of application of these screens.

The closest to this invention is in the technical nature of a refrigerator for storing food products containing the refrigerating chamber formed by the outer and inner enclosures, equipped with removable screens of flexible material placed on the inner surface of the walls and the ceiling of the refrigeration chamber, and cooling equipment, while the flexible material of the removable screens contains firmly bonded together internal vlagopronitsaemym layer in the form of a polymeric film, the intermediate insulating reinforcing layer made of hollow or porous fibers, and drawn into the chamber of the outer heat-reflective water resistant layer in the form of a metallized polymer film, all the layers are firmly bonded together [RU # 2160878, CL F 25 D 13/00, 25.04.2000].

However, when placing a heat-reflecting coating, facing into the chamber, the partial pressure of water vapor (in the insulating layer becomes higher than the pressure of saturated water vapor (), resulting in condensation of water vapor in the building envelope, including one or more layers of insulating material. This leads to a temperature increase in Oh is aggiemom room and disturbance relative humidity, what causes the increase in the shrinkage of the product and intensive inebration cooling equipment, and this, in turn, leads to an increase in thermal resistance.

The proposed invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem consisting in the creation of conditions for storing food in the refrigerator, allowing to reduce the influence flows radiation of heat to the product and virtually eliminate shrinkage of the frozen products (meat).

The technical result consists in the elimination of these shortcomings in the refrigerator to store food products containing the refrigerating chamber, equipped with outer and inner fence and features a removable screens placed along the walls and ceiling of the refrigerating chambers and cooling equipment, is achieved by the fact that it has a heat-reflective coating placed over the entire surface of the walls and ceiling of the refrigerating chamber, and a screen rigidly mounted at some distance from the inner surface of walls and ceiling, fastened with wooden beams and are thin-walled mounting plate, covered with a heat-reflecting coating on the inner surfaces of the walls and ceiling of the refrigerator.

Refrigerator equipped with an additional screens that are installed with the option of creating an air gap between the screens, and heat-reflecting coating faces to the outer fence.

Treatment of heat-reflecting coating to the outer side of the fence reduces the radiant component of convective heat transfer and work with him to resolve the dose of condensation, i.e. to exclude moisture teleprocessing layer.

Heat-reflecting screens walls and ceilings of the chambers are double protection for unpackaged frozen products such as carcasses of meat from the flow of thermal radiation, which mainly contributes to the shrinkage of the product, by reducing the radiant component of the coefficient of heat output from the external and internal barriers of walls and ceiling to the air chamber, which is formed from heat convection and heat radiation.

Radiant heat exchange between the surfaces is determined by the formula

εn- the degree of blackness of a system consisting of two surfaces;

Withabout- emissivity;

T1and T2- temperature of the enclosing surface and the surface of the product;

F - the product surface.

Walling has a degree of blackness ε=0,8, and each heat-reflecting coating ε=0,06.

When installing screens between the outer rails and the product of the heat transfer decreases twice, and when installing two pair of the behaviour of screens three times, and the installation of three screens - four times compared to the unshielded camera. To increase the number of screens more impractical due to the reduction of the volume of the chamber of the refrigerator and the increase in additional costs for their installation, including the cost of heat-reflecting shields.

The air gap formed by the screens, should be considered as an additional thermal resistance

Taking into account the presence of layers of air thermal resistance of the walls is increased to 3,05-3,15 (m2K)/W, whereas thermal resistance of walls of existing refrigerators SNiP (construction norms and rules) is equal to:

Rcm=2,95 (m2K)/W.

Figure 1 presents the incision chamber of the refrigerator;

in figure 2, 3 shows a section of the wall of the refrigerator with the screens.

Offer a refrigerator includes a refrigerating chamber 1 is equipped with a standard outer and inner enclosures 2, 3, the inner surface of the wall 4 and the ceiling 5 is covered with a heat-reflecting coating 6 and provided with screens 7, placed and fixed at a distance (about 50 mm) from the inner surfaces 4, 5 and fastened with wooden beams 8, the screens 7 are made of thin-walled mounting plates 9 with heat-reflective coating facing the inner surface of who she is 4, 5, and the cooling devices 10.

When a refrigerator is a heat inflows coming into the volume of the chamber 1 refrigerator, partially localized insulated outer and inner enclosures 2, 3 and heat-reflecting coating 6. Heat-reflecting coating 6 is only partially reflects the radiation. The main part of the radiant heat (50%) goes to the screen 7, it is also equipped with heat-reflective coating, and transforming, comes to products placed inside the chamber 1. Because heat does not fall directly on the product, which reduces its impact, and the product temperature is not increased, the shrinkage decreases. Heat balance in the refrigerator is maintained cooling devices 10.

As a concrete example of the application of heat-reflecting coating 6 can be used rolled material DMPT (duplicated metalized film, cotton fabrics). The cover 6 is placed along the walls and ceiling cameras fit, and the screens 7, consisting of a thin mounting plates 8 attached to them DMPT, set at some distance from the walls and ceilings are covered DMPT.

In the present invention by performing three heat-reflecting shields the flow radiation heat falling on the product, is reduced at least twice. This allows to reduce the energy consumption for cooling by 2025% and to reduce shrinkage by 0.3 to 0.5%.

Thus, the use of screens to reduce teplopostochanya in the camera by 30-40%, and the savings from reduced shrinkage product (meat) for a camera with a capacity of 500 tons will be 2.5-2.7 tonnes/year.

FIELD: food industry, particularly food freezing.

SUBSTANCE: method involves loading food products in heat-insulated chamber divided into sections; cooling food products with coolant supplied from cooling machine to provide continuous food product cooling; unloading cooled food products from the chamber. The coolant is directed into the first section via pipeline in bottom-top direction and into the second section in top-bottom direction through orifice formed in intermediate partition. Then coolant passes through all sections in zigzag manner, wherein coolant in fed in bottom-top direction via pipeline and in top-bottom direction through orifices created in partitions. The coolant is heated by heat exchange with food products to be cooled. Coolant temperature at chamber exit is close to that of loaded food product. After food product cooling inside the first and the second chambers up to predetermined temperature sectional inner device shell is moved forward towards coolant flow direction to align the first and the second sections with loading-unloading chamber and coolant flow into loading-unloading chamber is blocked. After that coolant flow is directed to discharge pipeline before food product loading-unloading operation termination. Device for above method realization comprises inner shell, which may rotate about vertical axis. Device is provided with sections defined by vertical partitions fixed to inner shell between inner and outer shells so that the partitions may move for equal distances along with inner shell. The partitions are provided with guiding means for tray installation. Each second partition is separated from inner surfaces of lower and upper closures and from outer shell by elastic members so that section pairs are created.
