FIELD: construction, particularly to erect building and building structure walls of separate hollow blocks.

SUBSTANCE: wall panel consists of blocks laid in rows and reinforcement. Each block comprises longitudinal sides and X-shaped partitions, which define cavities filled with structural material in staggered order. Blocks are connected with each other in horizontal plane with at least one reinforcement frame having reinforcement bars connected with each other by means of structural material in crossing points thereof.

EFFECT: increased wall panel quality, improved labor productivity, decreased construction time and enhanced conditions of work.

The invention relates to the construction of buildings and structures and can be used in the construction of wall structures of the individual hollow blocks.

The famous wall that includes stacked rows of end-to-end hollow blocks with longitudinal walls and transverse walls with the formation of cavities filled with structural and/or thermal insulation, and accessories (see patent No. 2179217, IPC7E. 04 2/16, publ. 10.02.2002,).

The disadvantages of this are the counterpart of the wall Assembly at the construction site, in winter worsens working conditions, the quality of the wall structure, reduces its reliability, durability and stability, increases the complexity.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the wall construction, consisting of blocks, laid in rows, made in the form of longitudinal walls and X-shaped walls forming a cavity filled with staggered structural material, and the valve (see patent No. 2220262, IPC7E. 04 2/02, publ. 27.12.2003,).

The disadvantages of the prototype is that when assembling the wall structure at the construction site during the winter period, the quality of the wall panel, increase the construction time and worsen working conditions.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the producer the particular quality wall panels, reducing construction time and improve working conditions.

This technical problem is achieved by the fact that in the known wall panel, consisting of blocks, laid in rows, made in the form of longitudinal walls and X-shaped walls forming a cavity filled with staggered structural material, and the valve according to the invention, the blocks in the horizontal plane are connected, at least one reinforcing cage, the bars of which are in areas of mutual intersection of the fixed structural material.

This design will help to improve the quality of wall panels, productivity, reduce construction time and improve working conditions.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a fragment of the connection blocks in the horizontal plane, figure 2 - General view of the wall panel in a perspective view.

Wall panel consists of stacked rows of blocks, made in the form of longitudinal walls 1, X-shaped partition walls 2 forming a hollow cavity filled with structural material 3, the reinforcing frame 4, the rods which in their intersections 5 fixed structural material.

Wall panel is collected as follows.

The Assembly of the panel carry out contractor laying the components is on a horizontal surface. At the same time establish the reinforcing frame 4 between two adjacent rows of blocks and at the intersection of the rods 5 fill the cavity formed by the longitudinal walls 1 and X-shaped partitions 2, structural material 3 in a checkerboard pattern, after which the finished panel is directed to a construction site.

The use of the proposed wall panel compared to the prototype will help to improve the quality of wall panels, productivity, reduce construction time and improve working conditions.

SUBSTANCE: constructional member comprises reinforcing frame 1 defined by profile walls 5, 6. Profile walls 5, 6 are connected with each other by bridges 7, 8 so that at least one longitudinal cavity 9 and four interconnecting elements are created. The interconnecting elements are adapted for profile walls assemblage in different planes. The first interconnecting elements have female contact surfaces 12, 13, the second ones have male contact surfaces 16, 17. The male contact surface dimensions are equal to that of the contact surfaces 12, 13. The contact surfaces are provided with longitudinally directed fixing parts 19, 20 and 21, 22 having profiles formed so that profile outlines mate each other in pairs. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the sandwich panels with the filler made out of the cellular sheet material and can be used in production of aircrafts and in the other branches of mechanical engineering. The sandwich panel contains the sheathings, the cellular sheet material filler. The cells of the filler are made in the form of the perforated many-plane truncated pyramids interleaving among themselves as "the top - the base" with the angle of iconicity of 5-50°. FIELD: building members, particularly heat-insulated building unit used as filler structures, facings and building structures.

SUBSTANCE: heat-insulated building member comprises outer layers, metal foil screen layers, cellular packing layers made of bent paper strips and adhered one to another. Cells of one packing layer are displaced with respect to that of another packing layer. Outer layers are made of metal foil and are used as screens and load-bearing layers. Cellular packing layers are connected with each other by means of flat paper sheets. Planes of adjacent packing layer connection areas are turned one relative another through angle equal or less than 90°. Packing layer thickness, namely cell height, and cell dimensions are reduced towards outer layers. Flat paper sheet thickness increases towards outer layers. Packing layer cells adjoining outer load-bearing layer facing heat-dissipation surface are filled with foaming composition. The foaming composition includes components, which sublimate under the action of high temperature with water vapor or carbonic oxide gas emission. Adjacent packing layers adjoining opposite outer load-bearing layers are filled with ecologically-safe cotton wool. Ratio between flat paper sheets and packing layer thickness (cell height) is 1:1 - 1:250. Ratio between cell height and cell face dimensions is 1:2-1:5. Ratio between bent paper strip thickness used for cell production and packing layer thickness (cell height) is 1:50-1:300. Ratio between mean packing layer thickness (mean 9-th cell height) and heat-insulation layer thickness is 1:2-1:60.

EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity, strength and fire-resistance along with retention of good heat-insulation properties.
