SUBSTANCE: proposed articulated vehicle consists of prime mover with fifth wheel coupled made in from of turnable with hinge mounted grips and lock engaging with pivot of semitrailer furnished with support device mounted on its frame. Vertically arranged and rigidly fastened plates changing into horizontal intersections are mounted on each grip on its end face surface pointed to head to head of prime movable. Half-bushings mounted on said sections form conical hole in joint whose vertical axis coincides with longitudinal axis of symmetry of rod rigidly arranged for movement in hollow pivot. Said rod is hinge-secured on one of arms of spring-loaded bellcrank installed on frame of semitrailer for angular turning. Other arm of bellcrank is in contact with support post of semitrailer support device.

The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of trains, consisting of a semi-truck and car trailers.

Known design articulated vehicle combination described and shown in the book Musci and other "Automobile and tractor trailers". - M: Motor Cycle". 1962 on p.93-94, Fig. This rig consists of a truck tractor MAZ-V and semitrailer MAZ-G, equipped with a fifth wheel hitch (see this book str Fig), a saddle pivotally interconnected with the lower plate rigidly mounted on the frame of the towing vehicle. Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of coupling and rascepa links of trains in service.

For the purposes of the aim is achieved by on each one of the grippers on their end surfaces facing in the head part of the towing vehicle, is rigidly fixed to a vertical plate moving in a horizontal criss-crossing the land, bearing at their ends poluchulki forming in conjunction with each other tapered bore, the longitudinal vertical axis of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the rod, movably accommodated in the hollow bolt, and the said rod pivotally mounted on one of the shoulders of a spring-loaded two shoulders of the lever that is installed with the possibility of angular bends on the frame of the trailer, the other shoulder which is in contact with base support device of the trailer.

Articulated vehicle consists of the towing vehicle 1 equipped on its frame 2 bottom plate 3, which by means of the hinge 4 is connected with the saddle 5. On the saddle 5 fingers 6, bearing on itself, with the possibility of angular bends, clamps 7, which is connected is between a spring tension 8, with a rigidly attached thereto a vertical plates 9 that extend into horizontal sections 10. Another lever arm 19 is interconnected with the bracket 21 fixed on the pedestal 22 of the support device 23 of the trailer 15. Hollow bolt 16 is made of a cylindrical part 24 and collar 25.

Proposed automatic device to decrease course drift of trailer has operating members in for of hydraulic cylinders mounted on trailer chassis, electromagnetically controlled hydraulic system, hydraulic pump and distributor with bypass valve. Device is furnished with additional independent operation distributors controlled by solenoids arranged on trailer chassis, transistors forming power circuit including solenoids and lamps showing direction of trailer drift arranged in driver's cab and control circuit including contact group which controls operation of operating members and being essentially sealed contacts controlled by permanent magnet and arranged on chassis of trailer between trailer slewing circle and load platform. Placed in control circuit is sealed contact operated by permanent magnet and located on steering column which controls operation of automatic device reducing drift of trailer at cornering.

EFFECT: increased speed of train and capacity, reduced tendency to jack-knifing when negotiating slopes, simplified design.
