Force traverse bar is mounted with possibility of fixing it to columns.

The present invention relates to railway engineering in the repair of track machines and can be used in other sectors of the economy.

Known press for the dismantling of wheel pairs containing symmetrically mounted on the frame of the power cylinders with plungers and mechanisms of installation and clamping of the disassembled parts (Ed. mon 565803 on CL 23 P 19/027, 1976).

A disadvantage of the known press is that it cannot be used for the dissolution and formation driving wheelset track machines, rail cars, rail cars and motor units, as in the opening of his jacket, it is impossible to place such elements wheelset, as, for example, drive gear.

In addition, this press has a fairly complex structure, because it contains additional hydraulic return of the plungers of the power cylinder to its original position, and the hydraulic claws with independent hydraulic actuators to hold the wheels in repressive.

The closest technical solution to the present invention is a press for the dissolution and the formation of wheelsets mainly track machines containing the load frame in the form of a base and two uprights interconnected by two columns, and the slave cylinder mounted on one of the racks, and power traverse rollers located between the uprights of the press and mounted for movement on rollers on columns and fixation (Ed. mon 468758 on CL 23 P 19/02, 1976).

The disadvantage of this press is that it is not possible to carry out the dissolution of the wheelset due to the lack of the reference block, which is a bearing for the hub raspasovyvalis wheel.

Furthermore, the presence of returnable cylinders, ensuring the return of the piston of the working cylinder to its original position through the intermediate yoke, significantly complicates the design of the press.

The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities, improve the quality of formation of the wheelset and the simplification of the structure of the press.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the press for the dissolution and formation of wheel pairs, mostly track machines containing the load frame, consisting of a base, two uprights interconnected by two columns, and the slave cylinder mounted on one of the poles, supplied with power and the support arms and rollers, and the head plate are located between the press racks, mounted for movement on rollers on the columns of the power frame and is made in the form of rectangular triangles with through holes in their sharp corners and in the middle of the hypotenuse of each beam is made of coaxial grooves to place the axis of the wheel pair.

The press operates as follows.

In the mode of dissolution of the wheel pair 13 is installed in the grooves 32 and 33 power 16 and the base 17 of the traverse. Power yoke 16 is fixed on the columns 4 and 5 using your fingers 34 and 35 mounted in aligned holes of the bar and the holes 36 and 37 columns 4 and 5.

The press design provides the opportunity to accelerate the supply of stock the product, while the beginning of the transition to the working stroke at a given speed and a fast reverse motion can be specified either by the path travelled and the change of pressure in the hydraulic system.

The use of the proposed design allows the press to carry out the dissolution and formation driving wheelset track machines, rail cars, rail cars and motor units, thus expanding the technological capabilities of the press, and no additional hydraulic return of the rod of the working cylinder to its original position simplifies its design.
