FIELD: drying technique.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and reduced time for assembling of lock unit.

The device according to the present invention relates to shut-off site Assembly which is simply and quickly, and drying machine with this node.

Typically, each tumble dryer and washing machine are a box with window, made on its front surface; and a door installed on the front surface of the door frame for opening and closing the window, so that the clothes can be put in a box or remove it from her through the window with the open door. In addition, as well as a dryer or a washing machine, a dishwasher has a box with the front with the window surface and the door installed on the front surface of the box to put the dishes in the box or remove the dishes from it at an open door.

In the tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, which features a design with a locking device mounted on the box, and a hook mounted on the door, when the door goes to the front surface of the housing, the hook is in the stop node, resulting in a door closes a window box. If the door pull with some force, the hook is separated from the device, then the door opens the case.

Gate node according to the present invention contains the main body of the lock to engage and extract bolt mounted in the door; and the cover of constipation, which closes the main body of the lock; and the main body of the bolt has at least one projection, and the cover lock includes at least one host ledge hole in which the protrusion is fixed, resulting in the Assembly of the main body of the lock and caps lock is carried out in a single operation.

The main body of constipation may contain a carrier portion and a working portion which passes perpendicularly from the surface of the supporting part; and a cover constipation can with erati flat part and the protruding part, which passes perpendicularly from the edge of the flat part, resulting in the protruding part of the cover latch closes the working part of the main body of constipation.

The inner space of the operable part of the main body of constipation can be divided into the first space, the second space and the third space that communicates with the first and second spaces; and the first spring and the first latch can be installed in the first space; and a second spring and a second latch can be installed in the second space, resulting in a hook bodyshapes and unhooked under the action of the first and second springs and the first and second retainers.

First and second latches may include a guide protrusion protruding toward the flat part of the lid constipation; and a pair of guide holes for placement and direction of the guides may be formed in the flat part of the lid constipation, resulting in the first and second retainers have the possibility of stable moving back and forth.

First and second latches may include a latch protruding into the third space, resulting in the first and second latches are heading into the third space through the first and second springs, causing the engagement and the engagement of both side surfaces of the hook latches.

Drying machine according to the present invention contains a front panel with a window; a door pivotally mounted on the front panel, and the opening and closing of the window; a hook mounted on the frame; and a stop node, installed in the front panel to engage and extract bolt; and the stop node contains the main body of the latch having at least one projection, and the cover latch having at least one hole, placing the protrusion and which is captured by the projection, resulting in the Assembly of the main body of the lock and caps lock is performed in a single operation.

Screw holes can be made in the supporting part stop the evil, resulting gate node is connected to the front panel screws.

These and other aspects and advantages of the invention will become apparent and better understood from the following description of examples of variants of its implementation in conjunction with the attached drawings, on which:

The following is the detailed description given as an example of a variant of implementation of the present invention, an example of which is illustrated by the attached drawings, in which similar reference positions indicated similar items. Describe an implementation option explains the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As can be seen from Fig. 1, the dryer 10 includes a box 11 having an open front surface; a front panel 12, mounted on the open front surface of the box 11; and a door 14 for opening and closing all the Windows 13, available in the Central part of the front panel 12.

The door 14 pivotally attached to the front panel 12 of the hinge element 15, on one side of the window 13, and thereby mounted on the front panel 12, with the possibility of rotation. The hook 16 protrudes from one side of the rear surface of the door 14, opposite the hinge element 15, to the front panel 12.

Hole 17 formed on the other side of the window 13 in the front panel 12 opposite the hinge element 15; and the stop node 20 according to the present invention is installed in the hole 17. That is, when the stop node 20 is introduced into the hole 17 and is screwed into the hole 17, according to Fig. 2, the gate node 20 passes through the hole 17 and protrudes toward the inner surface of the front panel 12, and therefore can hook or unhook the hook 16, which is made on the door 14 so that the door 14 opened and closed the window 13 formed in the front panel 12.

Next is detailed on isana structures and functions of the device 20 according to the present invention, with reference to Fig. 3-5.

Fig. 3 and 4 are, respectively, the images in perspective disassembled and assembled device 20 according to the present invention; and Fig. 5 is a longitudinal cross-section along the line V-V shown in Fig. 4.

The tabs 33 are on opposite side surfaces of the operating part 32 of the main body 30 of the latch; and a fixing hole 34 located directly under the tabs 33 current part 32 formed in the opposite lateral surfaces of the bearing part 31 of the main body 30 of the lock (Fig. 5).

Holes 53, once exousia protrusions 33 and the corresponding, formed in the opposite side surfaces of the protruding part 52 of the cover 50 constipation; and the locking tabs 54, corresponding to the fixing holes 34 of the main body 30 of constipation, protrude from the ends of the opposite side surfaces of the intermediate part 52 having openings 53, placing the tabs.

Accordingly, when the protruding portion 52 of the cover 50 of the latch is operable part 32 of the main body 30 of constipation and then pressed against the existing part 32 minor effort, according to Fig. 5, the operating portion 32 is in the protruding portion 52. The first spring 36 and the first latch 38 is installed in the first space 43, and therefore, the first spring 36 and the first latch 38 can be moved back and forth; and a second spring 37 and the second latch 39 is installed in the second space 44, and therefore, the second spring 37 and the second latch 39 can be moved back and forth.

As can be seen in Fig. 5, and the first latch 38, and the second latch 39 have guide 40, which acts to the flat portion 51 of the cover 50 of the latch; and a latch 41, protruding from the guide 40 to the third space 45. The cover 50 of the latch has a pair of guide holes 55, performed in the longitudinal direction in the first and second spaces 43 and 44.

Accordingly, when the cover 50 constipation is introduced into the main body 30 of the lock according to Fig. 4 and 5, the guides 40 of the first and second retainers 38 and 39 are directed into the third space 45 of the first and second springs 36 and 37, respectively, are included in the guide holes 55 formed in the flat is the first part 51 of the cover 50 constipation, causing constant motion back and forth of the first and second retainers 38 and 39 in the first and second spaces 43 and 44. From the above description it is apparent that according to the present invention was created off site in which the main body of the lock and cap lock firmly together in a single operation, and a drying machine with such a stop node. So there is a quick and simple Assembly of the device and solid fixation of the lid lock and the device even in the event of an impact off site impact or vibration, or in the case of thermal deformation of the device.

2. Stop the node according to claim 1, in which the inner space of the current part of the main body of constipation is divided into the first space, the second space and the third space that communicates with the first and second spaces, the first spring and the first latch is installed in the first space and the second spring and the second latch is installed in the second space, resulting in moving the third space of the hook engages and down action of the first and second springs and the first and second retainers.

3. Stop the node according to claim 2, in which the first and second clamps include a guide protrusion protruding to the flat part of the lid constipation, and in the flat part of the lid latch formed by a pair of guide holes which receive and guide the protrusions, thereby providing the first and second latches the possibility of stable moving back and forth.

4. Stop the node according to claim 2, in which the first and second latches contain the latch protruding into the third space, resulting in the first and second latches are pushed into the third space of the first and second springs, thereby causing the engagement and azepine both side surfaces of the hook latches.

5. Drying machine, comprising a housing tumble dryer and a drum rotatably installed in the housing of the drying machine and designed to accommodate sheets to be dried, and the housing of the drying machine includes a front panel having a window, a door pivotally mounted on the front panel for opening and closing the window, on which is mounted a hook, and a stop node, installed in the front panel to engage and extract bolt, thus locking the node contains the main body of constipation, made with the possibility of snagging or extract bolt mounted on the frame, and having a carrier portion and a valid part of the perpendicular from the surface of the supporting part, the cover covering the main body of constipation and containing the flat part and the protruding part of the perpendicular from the edge of the flat part, with the protruding part of the cover latch closes the working part of the main body of constipation in which the pair of protrusions formed on the outer surface of the operable part of the main body of the lock so that the tabs are opposite to each other, and a pair of holes, placing the tabs and corresponding projections formed on two sides of the protruding part of the cover constipation, resulting in a hole, placing the tabs are each h is against each other, at the ends of the opposite sides of the protruding part of the cover bolt, with hole, placing the tabs formed by the locking protrusions and the supporting portion of the main body of constipation formed fixing holes, which include fixing protrusions, thereby providing the Assembly of the main body of the lock and caps lock together in a single operation and durable fixing of the cover latch on the main body of the lock.

6. Drying machine according to claim 5, in which the inner space of the current part of the main body of constipation is divided into the first space, the second space and the third space that communicates with the first and second spaces, the first spring and the first latch is installed in the first space and the second spring and the second latch is installed in the second space, resulting in the hook engages and down under the action of the first and second springs and the first and second retainers.

7. Drying machine according to claim 6, in which the first and second latches contain guides, protruding in the direction of the flat part of the lid constipation, and in the flat part of the lid latch formed by a pair of guide holes which accommodate and guide the protrusions, thereby providing the first and second latches the possibility of stable moving back and fixing the.

8. Drying machine according to claim 6, in which the first and second latches contain the latch protruding into the third space, resulting in the first and second latches are heading into the third space of the first and second springs, causing the engagement and the engagement of both side surfaces of the hook latches.
