SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trailing vehicles and it can be used to improve draw and coupled properties of vehicle and to reduce dynamic loads on its running gear and transmission at unsteady running by killing longitudinal resonance oscillations of trailer. Proposed trailer draw-and-coupler gear has draw link with rod passed through hole made in front part of pole. Cross-member is installed on pole, being furnished with lock member in places of connection with pole, and provided with central longitudinal hole. Cross-member is adjustable in length of rod in brackets secured on pole. Device is furnished additionally with spring with outer diameter of coiling changeable in length. Spring is coupled by one end through support plates with front part of pole, and by other end, with cross-member through rubber buffer installed on rod and pressed by two cups, body of one cup being nested in body of other cup. Support plates are made for shifting tight to cups and acting onto rubber buffer through cups to dissipate absorbed energy. Rod consists of two parts, one of which is fitted into the other, being fixed through plate by nut and safety pin with cotter pin.

EFFECT: provision of easy taking off from halt, simplified design of device, increased service life and improved draw-and-coupling characteristics of vehicle, reduced dynamic loads on running gear and transmission at unsteady running by killing longitudinal resonance oscillations of trailer.

The invention relates to vehicles, namely the trailer rolling stock, and can be used to improve towing qualities of the vehicle and reduce the dynamic loads on its chassis and drivetrain under the unstable modes of movement by longitudinal damping of resonance oscillations of the trailer.

Closest to the claimed invention is a trailer hitch trailer [USSR Author's certificate No. 1220933, IPC 60 D 1/14, 62 D 63/08, 1986], which contains the traction element with the rod, passed into the hole made in the front of the tiller, and two springs with emphasis between them, one ends connected with the rod, and the other through the thrust washers with drawbar, drawbar mounted cross member, provided in the connection to the drawbar by means of fixing and has a Central longitudinal bore, and between the specified reference washers installed elastic elements placed in the inner cone cups from the wheel hub, one of which is inserted in the front of the tiller and the other into the hole of the cross member, while the diameters of the holes in the elastic elements is larger than the diameter of the rod at loads smaller than resonance, the cross member is made adjustable along the length of the rod in the brackets, which are fixed on the shaft, this emphasis is installed in what zmoznostjo be moved along rod.

The disadvantages of this device are: the presence of two springs and two elastic elements, which complicates its design; constant series-parallel operation of springs and elastic elements, and the friction of the inner surface of a metal rod contributes to more rapid wear and failure of the rubber components.

The technical result is aimed at ensuring easy hill start assist trailer, simplifying the design of the device, increase durability and traction qualities of the vehicle and reduce the dynamic loads on its chassis and drivetrain under the unstable modes of movement by longitudinal damping of resonance oscillations of the trailer.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the trailer hitch of the trailer containing the traction element with the rod, passed into the hole made in the front of the drawbar, the drawbar mounted cross member, provided in the connection to the drawbar by means of fixing and has a Central longitudinal bore, the cross member is made adjustable along the length of the rod in the brackets, which are fixed on the shaft, the device is further provided with a spring with varying along its length outer diameter winding connected via the thrust washers one con is om the front of the drawbar, and the other strut, rubber buffer, mounted on the rod and between its two glasses, one case of which is included in the body of another, with the thrust washers are designed to move close to the glasses and use them to influence the rubber buffer to dissipate the absorbed energy, and the rod consists of two parts, one of which is inserted into the second and fixed through the nut and washer safety your finger with a pin.

Distinctive features of the prototype is that the device is further provided with a spring with varying along its length outer diameter winding connected via the thrust washers at one end with the front part of the tiller and the other strut, rubber buffer, mounted on the rod and between its two glasses, one case of which is included in the body of another, with the thrust washers are designed to move close to the glasses and use them to influence the rubber buffer to dissipate the absorbed energy, and the rod consists of two parts, one of which is inserted into the second and fixed through the nut and washer safety finger with a pin.

The device comprises a traction element 1 with terminal 2, passed into the hole, vypolnennoi the front of the drawbar 3, drawbar installed cross member 4, is provided in the connection to the shaft 3 by means of fixing 5 and has a Central longitudinal bore, the cross member 4 is made adjustable along the length of the rod 2 in the brackets 6, which are fixed on the shaft 3, the spring 7 with changing the length outer diameter winding connected through the thrust washers 8 at one end with the front part of the tongue 3 and the other with the cross member 4, the rubber buffer 9, mounted on the rod 2 and a preloaded two cups 10, housing one of which is included in the body of another, with the thrust washers 8 made with the possibility of moving close to the cups 10 and use them to influence the rubber buffer 9 to dissipate the absorbed energy, and the rod 2 consists of two parts, one of which is inserted into the second and fixed through the washer 11 and nut 12 and the safety finger 13 with the pin 14.

The device operates as follows.

When starting the vehicle rigidly connected to the tractor terminal 2 with the rear thrust washer 8 begin to move in the direction of its movement, compressing the spring 7. At the beginning of the compression spring 7 requires negligible effort, which increases with further deformation. When this tractor overcomes the resistance to movement at the moment when the force of the compression spring is not yet significantly and touches the I, overcoming the inertia of its own rest mass before reaching efforts on the hook of the truck is equal to the force required to exit from quiescence of the trailer. Therefore, the starting and initial acceleration of the trailer is increased by this time built by the effort of the tractor and supply of inertia of the moving mass. Spring 7 due to deformation allows to separate in time the moments of driving a tractor and trailer and thereby creates the possibility alternately move the rest mass of the constituent parts of the combination.

When the movement of trains on a flat supporting surface when the resistance to movement consistently and at a constant speed, the spring 7 is in the initial state defined its preliminary preload and Kryukov force required for movement of the trailer.

When the unsteady motion (shifting, acceleration, braking, driving over bumps, vibrations links - transverse and longitudinal) spring 7 allows the use of tractor power to overcome the increased resistance to its movement, then the trailer. Spring 7 receives and stores the energy transferred by the trailer, which after some time, the rational distribution which is between the links of a combination. At the time of the resonant oscillations of the load on the spring 7 increases, which causes an increase in its deformation. The thrust washers 8 come close to the cups 10 and through them have an impact on the rubber buffer 9, which, sensing the resonant load due to internal friction, dissipates the absorbed energy.

The split design of the core allows the rapid Assembly of the component parts of the device to adjust the preliminary preload its elastic elements by increasing the mass transported by the trailer load, to achieve the necessary increase of the stiffness of the elastic elements from the initial point of entry into work. This is due to the fact that the nut 12 is wrapped around a threaded front end portion of the rod 2, pulling it inside the second half, creating a pre-compression of the rubber buffer 9 and the spring 7, the cross member 4 is able to move through the brackets 6 and secured in their holes fixing means 5, creating a tight seal rear bearing washer 8 to the crossbar 4, providing bumpless operation.

The result is a more easy hill start assist trailer, simplifying the design of the device, increase durability and traction qualities of the vehicle and reducing the dynamic on Rusak on its chassis and drivetrain under the unstable modes of movement by longitudinal damping of resonance oscillations of the trailer.

Proposed adjustable-length draw-and-coupler gear has draft pole consisting of separate links hinge-connected to each other, gear rim secured on frame of trailer, gear wheel installed on subframe being in meshing with gear rim, accelerating mechanism made in form of two gear racks in meshing with gear wheels, each being rigidly connected with crank hinge-coupled with one of links of draft pole. Device is furnished additionally with connecting rod, one end of which is hinge-coupled with racks of accelerating mechanism, and the other, with gear wheel installed on subframe.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. Proposed automatic device to decrease course drift of trailer has operating members in for of hydraulic cylinders mounted on trailer chassis, electromagnetically controlled hydraulic system, hydraulic pump and distributor with bypass valve. Device is furnished with additional independent operation distributors controlled by solenoids arranged on trailer chassis, transistors forming power circuit including solenoids and lamps showing direction of trailer drift arranged in driver's cab and control circuit including contact group which controls operation of operating members and being essentially sealed contacts controlled by permanent magnet and arranged on chassis of trailer between trailer slewing circle and load platform. Placed in control circuit is sealed contact operated by permanent magnet and located on steering column which controls operation of automatic device reducing drift of trailer at cornering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises tractive levers and hydraulic cylinder. Tractive levers represent two load-bearing fork levers (4, 5) with upper parts of their bases pivoted with weight-bearing joint (6) and between themselves. Lower part of every lever represents bosses (7) accommodating flexible elements (8). The ends of load-bearing levers feature mounting holes for cotter-pinned axles to pass through, the said axles being hinged, in their central part, by one-way hydraulic cylinder (11). Aforesaid axles feature balls (12) arranged in the slots of guides (14) bolted to side-members (16) of truck tractor frame. The said guides are furnished with wedge-like movable elements (17, 18) fitted in the guide slot open side and held in place with the help of adjusting screws (19). SUBSTANCE: towing coupler of articulated truck comprises two forks (7, 8), which are connected to each other by axis (6), one of which is fixed to tractor truck, two hydraulic cylinders (11 12), installed in horizontal plane on both sides from axis, some ends of which are connected to trailer, and the other ones - with tractor truck, extensible pipe (18), having fixed link (19), which is rigidly fastened to tractor truck, and extensible link (20), which is rigidly connected to fork. The latter is connected by means of tension spring (21) with tractor truck. Pressure source (24) communicated with hydraulic tank (25) and hydraulic distributor are installed on articulated truck. Stem cavities of each hydraulic cylinder are pairwise communicated with piston cavities of opposite hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic distributor is arranged with the possibility of pressure source communication with all cavities (13, 14, 15, 16) of hydraulic cylinders at the same time.

Forced control to control the trailer connected to the tow truck contains first place of hinge joint fixed relatively to the tow truck, and second place of the hinged joint fixed relatively to the trailer. The first control element contains the first pivoting device to act on the first place of the hinge joint. The first control element is connected with the second control element at the first permanent distance from the first pivoting device with possibility of rotation with creation of the rotation centre. The second control element contains on the second permanent distance from the centre of rotation the second pivoting device to act on the second place of the hinge joint. The cylinder-sensor by one end acts in the action point of the second control element, and by another end is permanently fixed relatively to the trailer. The cylinder-sensor for turning of the trailer wheels is functionally connected with work cylinders.
