SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, concerns treatment of sea animal fells. Fell is subjected to tanning and treated in aqueous solution of enzyme preparation exhibiting proteolytic andelastolytic activities, its consumption being 0.1-5.0 g/L at pH 3-8. The technical objective of the proposed method is to improve the strength and elastic-plastic properties of the leather fur semi-finished product from the skins of marine mammals, improving the technology of skins of marine mammals by reducing the number of treatments, and, consequently, the duration of the technological cycle, reduce the consumption of fattening substances, eliminate the use of the organic solvents.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of treating skins of marine mammals, including tanning, drying, greasing, hauling-potrjahivanie, rasprava-bracing, chipping, hauling, stretching, in accordance with the invention after tanning spend processing of semi-finished product in an aqueous solution of enzyme preparation at pH 3-8, possessing proteolytic and alactolyticus activity at the concentration of 0.1-5.0 g/l

The technical result is that produced by the claimed method, the semi-finished product has the best strength and elastic-plastic properties compared with the semi-finished product produced by known techniques, reducing the number of technological operations, the duration of the technological cycle, reducing the consumption of fattening substances, the elimination of the use of organic solvents by excluding from the technological cycle of operations stretching-rasprave, Matia, 2nd fatliquoring and dry cleaning.

The obviousness of achieving a qualitatively new technical result follows from the fact that enzymes belonging to the class of hydrolases that catalyze the cleavage of the structural elements of the leather (Issacharoff, Luvisi, Traberhof. Enzymes in leather and fur production. M: Legprombytizdat, 1990), however, compliance statement the aqueous method provides improved strength properties of the leather along with the improvement of her elastic-plastic properties.

As the enzyme preparation can be used enzymes with proteolytic and alactolyticus activities, selected, for example, from strains of Aspergillus oryzae, Streptomyces griseus, Streptomyces Spp. and others.

Variants of the enzyme consumption of the drug and the pH of the enzymatic processing of the proposed method are given in table 1.

The method according to examples 1-5 is as follows. As follows from table 2, the proposed method allows to obtain fur semi-finished product, characterized is the action scene in comparison with the semi-finished product, dressed in closest analogue, the increase of the tensile strength of the leather under tension by 12%elongation at a voltage of 4.9 MPa to 13%, the ductility of 10% on average, which allows to increase the utilization of this type of fur.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing polymeric products that are used in processes for dressing leather or fur, in treatment and disinfection of natural and sewage waters. Method for preparing polymeric products involves the hydroxymethylation reaction of polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride with formaldehyde and arylation reaction of prepared product with aromatic compound comprising o-amino- or o-hydroxy-groups. Apparatus is further equipped with fur skin feeding device made in the form of prism having corner wherein hair cover at fur skin twisting site is discharged and raised. Fur skin feeding device is positioned for movement in horizontal plane in order to provide feeding of fur skin from charging zone into cutting zone, with skin cloth side of fur skin being oriented downward and hair cover being oriented upward. Pressing and transportation of fur skin is enabled by means of shaft equipped with stakes, said shaft being mounted above fur skin feeding means, in front of shaft equipped with card belt.
