SUBSTANCE: running-track and playing ground coverings are manufactured by depositing mixture of rubber crumb and isocyanate prepolymer-based composition, in which process rubber crumb is preliminarily mixed with water and further isocyanate prepolymer-based composition is added, said composition being made up of, wt parts: isocyanate prepolymer 100, polymethylene-polyphenylisocyanate 25-46, glycerol 8-11, catalyst 0.01-0.10, and water 0.6-1.5.

EFFECT: simplified technology and improved sports and technical characteristics of covering.

The invention relates to polymer industry building materials and can be used for the manufacture of coatings, running tracks and playgrounds.

A method of obtaining a composition for coating playgrounds, including a mixture of 1/2 parts α-methacrylate-ω-carboxylmethylcellulose with the urethane prepolymer and a curing catalyst, a mixture of the other half of olygoesteracrylate with mineral filler, followed by dispersion of the obtained mixtures and the introduction into the composition of crumb rubber (SU 1680744, E 01, 1991).

The disadvantage of this method is the need for separation of the composition into two components, which increases labor costs, as well as high rigidity and traumatic coating due to the presence of oligoadenylate.

A method of obtaining a composition for polyurethane coatings by mixing the urethane prepolymer with a mineral filler, a catalyst, a polyol, chloroparaffins and ester plasticizer, and filler are pre-mixed in a ball mill with chloroparaffins and plasticizer (EN 2151160, 09 D, 2000) for at least 4 hours.

The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of the technological process and unsatisfactory technical sporting its the STV produced coatings.

The disadvantages of the prototype should include the complexity, duration and intensity of the process. The high content of amine hardener, forming the structure of the material highly polar urea and biuret cross connection, results in coatings with high dynamic module. This negatively affects the risk of injury coverage due to advance in time the support reaction over the period of the reference loading during running [1].

The task of the invention is to simplify the technological process of manufacturing of the coating and improve its sports-technical properties.

This object is achieved in that way manufactured by Garrett, Borg is of coatings, running tracks and playgrounds including the application on a rigid base mixture of rubber crumb and composition based on the isocyanate prepolymer, pre-rubber crumb is mixed with water in a ratio of 100:(0.6 to 1.5) and then injected composition based on the isocyanate prepolymer containing, in parts by weight:

The technical result in the implementation of the proposed method is expressed in fewer operations in the manufacture of coatings and the production of a material with a value of dynamic modulus in the range of 4.0 to 6.0 MPa, and the ratio of the relaxation time of the coating to the reference period of loading in the range of 0.9 to 1.1.

The essence of the proposed sequence of technical operations and the composition of the composition is as follows.

With the introduction of water into rubber crumb its surface is activated by filling microinhomogeneities and defects in the surface structure of the granules. Moist crumb mixes well with components isocyanate composition with the formation of a plastic mass that can be easily moldable. The components of the composition are conditionally compatible with individual mixing, however, in the presence of the rubber crumb is their intensive vzaimovospriyatiya. The water adsorbed on the surface of the elastic filler is as glycerin, hardener isocyanatomethyl components of the composition. The system ORGANOTIN catalyst aligns reactivity of water and hydroxyl groups of glycerol relative to the isocyanate groups of the prepolymer and polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate. This ensures the regularity of the structure of the cured binders containing urea fragments associated with the surface of the granules of crumb rubber, and urethane sites of cross-linking in the material volume. In addition, the application of the prepolymer in a certain combination with polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate provides high-strain-strength properties and the level of the adhesive interaction between the binder and rubber crumb. Due to this, when denom loading is an optimum reactive ability of the coating.

In the proposed method uses the following components. Crumb rubber obtained by crushing vulcanized belectronic rubbers (TU 38-108015-85. Rubber is crushed for athletic tracks; THE 2511-002-34702590-00. The rubber granulate colour) with a particle size of 1-5 mm

As the isocyanate prepolymer is used, the interaction products of polyols with 2,4-diisocyanate or diphenylmethanediisocyanate, for example: ADV-17 (TU 2226-023-22-73-69-60-96), SKU-BCP-4503 (TU 38.403708-91), SKU-PFL-100 (TU 38.103137-87), Krasol NN-22 (L9K017, Czech Republic). As polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate use vosganian condensation products of aniline with formaldehyde: PIZ D (TU 113-03-7822270-1-92), Desmodur (manufactured by Bayer), Voranate ("Du Pont"). As catalyst, use salt tin: dibutylthiourea tin (TU 6-02-818-78), Irgastab 17MOL, Thermolight (Ciba).

Method of obtaining is as follows. In a paddle mixer download rubber crumb. Next, add the calculated amount of water. The duration of mixing 8-10 minutes Then enter polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate, the isocyanate prepolymer (IFP), glycerol and catalyst. Example 2 (the claimed object): the isocyanate prepolymer ADV-17, polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate brand Desmodure, catalyst - Thermolight.

Example 3 (the claimed object): the isocyanate prepolymer of the SSI-PFL-100, polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate brand Voranate, catalyst - Irgastab 17 MOL.

Example 4 (according to the declared object): the isocyanate prepolymer Krasol NN-22, polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate brand Desmodure, catalyst - dibutylthiourea tin.

Examples 5 and 6 (control): the isocyanate prepolymer ADV-17, polymethylenepolyphenylisocyanate Desmodure, catalyst - Thermolight.

From the table it is evident that the implementation of the proposed method is possible when a certain sequence of technological operations and the fixed component of the composition. The method is simple, economical and productive. The coatings obtained according to the method of examples 1-4 are optimal dynamic and elastic hysteresis characteristics. Superior sports-technical indicators coatings provide safety and comfortable conditions for the functioning of the musculoskeletal and the preparations of the athletes.

SUBSTANCE: racetrack coating of specified sports objects contains elastic layer placed on prepared base on which a loose material is distributed. For stability preservation of coating condition elastic layer is executed in a form of spatial cellular design, closed structure cells of which are preliminary strained and filled by a loose material at saving of specified pre-stressing in walls of cellular structure, thus sealed prepared base is preliminary overlapped by flexible panels of nonwoven synthetic material (NSM). Cellular structure of specified design is fixed to its base by flexible panels of NSM.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a coating includes preparation of a mixture by means of mixing of a filler from rubber crumb and a binder based on polyurethane. Simultaneously and separately from each other mixtures are produced for basic and upper layers, at the same time in the mixture for the basic layer they use a filler from rubber crumb with fraction of 2-12 mm, and in the mixture for the upper layer they use a filler from rubber crumb with fraction of 1-3 mm and a pigment dye. In process of mixture mixing for its upper layer it is compacted, afterwards the mixture for the upper layer is serially discharged into a die mould, then the mixture for the basic layer is discharged, and pressed under pressure with the help of a press, then maintained until full hardening, and the produced coating is discharged from the die mould.

EFFECT: high efficiency of coating manufacturing, higher reliability and durability of a coating, possibility to manufacture a double-layer coating with damping properties.
