The invention relates to methods of manufacture and design of tubes for flexible pipelines, both General and special purpose, and is intended for use in various technical fields that require transportation for flexible pipelines in a wide temperature range from minus 60 to plus 150-250° (C) when exposed to high pressure in gaseous and liquid environments, including during transportation of drinking water in the medico-technical devices that meet sanitary and hygienic requirements.

Known tube PVC reinforced. The disadvantage of this solution is relatively narrow temperature range of operation (from minus to plus 30-40 70-90° (C), and lack of sanitary-hygienic safety with long-term use of medico-technical devices.

Similar to the proposed solution is a tube of silicone reinforced and method of its manufacture [1]. The tube contains similar inner and outer tubular layers of silicone rubber round cross-section and an intermediate sleeve of the technical threads.

The disadvantage of this solution is the manufacture of the reinforced tube separate pieces with complicated method of obtaining these segments at the stage of creation of the outer tubular layer comprising, as the description is in [1], the following:

- putting pre-made famous by the methods of the inner tubular layer on a special pre-produkowany Dorn;

- braid this layer technical yarns;

- the imposition of the braid by extrusion unvulcanized outer tubular layer;

the overlay on the layer of pre-impregnated textile bandage;

- vulcanization of the received workpiece in an autoclave under pressure;

- removing the bandage and removing the mandrel.

However, it is widely known that the outer tubular layers (shell) of silicone rubber, for example in cable technology, mainly produced by blending (extrusion) of the rubber mixture in a rectangular or oblique head of the extruder for preparation of the inner layer, followed by continuous vulcanization by heating in a conveyor pipe in the air when the external atmospheric pressure [2].

We can assume that one of the reasons for the adopted technology similar [1] is the prevention of the formation of blisters (bubbles) on the outer surface of the tube under the influence of air, inevitably present in the braid of the technical threads and under the influence of volatile products of vulcanization of the outer tubular layer. Accumulating between the inner and outer tubular when oami total gaseous products, having no outlet in the longitudinal direction, lead to the formation of these defects (bubbles, bubbles) in the heating and expansion with external atmospheric pressure.

The problem solved by the invention is improved method of manufacturing a reinforced silicone tube and its construction by creating opportunities tube lengths great lengths when using the simple method of manufacture of the outer tubular layer.

The task for the method is solved due to the fact that the method includes the first step of extrusion, in which the silicone rubber mixture with continuous extrusion is made of the inner tubular layer with longitudinal recesses of his on the outer surface formed in the extrusion process, then the inner tubular layer (tube) vulcanizers and entwine technical threads, followed by the second stage of extrusion, with braided inner tubular layer by continuous extrusion apply the outer tubular layer, and then vulcanized heating in air when the external atmospheric pressure.

As a technical yarn for braiding can be used Dacron, or nylon, or aramids. To force the removal of gases using a vacuum pump.

Longitudinal grooves on the outer surface and the tube inner tubular layer formed in the extrusion apparatus, containing a cylindrical mandrel and a matrix with the tabs on the forming cylindrical surface. In a preferred embodiment, the forming of the cylindrical surface of the die is made evenly spaced on a circle ledges rectangular shape.

The vulcanization as tube for the inner tubular layer and finished reinforced tube is produced by heating in a conveyor pipe in the air when the external atmospheric pressure.

Tube to the inner tubular layer, as well as all the product as a whole may be subjected to secondary heat treatment at a typical silicone rubber modes.

The task for the device - tube is solved due to the fact that the tube is reinforced silicone contains inner and outer tubular layers and the intermediate braid of technical yarns, while the inner tubular layer is made on its outer surface with longitudinal grooves, and the outer tubular layer formed by continuous extrusion and vulcanization by heating in air when the external atmospheric pressure.

The technical result, which can only be achieved by carrying out the invention is the simplification of the method of manufacturing a reinforced tubes and enable the production of long lengths due to the presence on the outer surface inside nego tubular layer of longitudinal grooves, which provide spontaneous or forced removal of these recesses total gaseous products, thereby avoiding the formation under their influence blisters (bubbles) on the outer surface of the tube and, accordingly, it is possible to manufacture reinforced silicone tubing large lengths with a simple method of obtaining the outer tubular layer.

Longitudinal grooves on the outer surface of the inner tubular scrapping easily formed during extrusion of the layer with the help of special projections on the forming surface of the die (Spinneret) head of the extruder. Forced removal of the gaseous products of longitudinal recesses is provided by equipping head extruder vacuum pump.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, which depict:

Figure 1 is a longitudinal section of a tube of silicone reinforced;

Figure 2 - cross-section tube of silicone reinforced.

Tube silicone reinforced consists of an inner tubular layer 1 with longitudinal grooves 2 on the outer cylindrical surface of the intermediate braid of technical yarns 3 and the outer tubular layer 4.

An example of the method.

From the selected silicone rubber compound known by continuous extrusion and the volcano is ment by heating in a conveyor pipe in the air when the external atmospheric pressure is produced tube to the inner tubular layer reinforced tube. For the extrusion of a cylindrical mandrel (diameter 12 mm) and a matrix with the forming of the cylindrical surface (the inner diameter of the cylinder 14 mm) 12 evenly spaced on a circle of rectangular protrusions (the width of the protrusion is 0.5 mm, length 0.7 mm).

The result is a tube for the inner tubular layer (inner diameter 12.3 mm, outer diameter 15 mm), the outer surface of which has 12 of longitudinal grooves (width deepening 4.5 mm, depth 6.5 mm). Tube to the inner tubular layer may be subjected to secondary heat treatment at a typical silicone rubber modes.

Next, the tube is braided known technical yarns (polyester, nylon, aramids, and others), after which the above-described known method using a standard mandrel and fabric braided tube to the inner tubular layer is continuously extruded and vulcanized outer tubular layer.

Received reinforced silicone tube has an internal diameter of 12 mm, an outer diameter of 18 mm, a length of 20-40 m (depending on requirements). When the test tube was kept internal pressure water for at least 10 ATM for at least 5 hours.

According to the described technology can be manufactured reinforced silicone tubing of different geometrical dimensions.
