SUBSTANCE: trainer allows modeling real conditions of doing adjusting works of valve mechanism, which skills are necessary for preparing specialists who repair and maintain the internal combustion engines. Trainer for forming skills of doing adjusting works of internal combustion engine's valve mechanism has table, rattle head with rotating tip, support plate, arm-pieces on support plane. Rotation transmitted from handle of drive of main shaft, disposed inside table in supports of rotation, is passed through drive gear to distribution shaft, disposed inside table in supports of rotation. Head of arm-pieces in assembly is attached to top part of support plate by means of arm-pieces. Axes of pushers are fastened to lower part of support plate onto arm-pieces. Support plate is fastened to table for rotation and fixation. Axis of rotation of rotary plate is shifted relatively axis of pushers. Re-adjustment of space in valve mechanism is provided.

The invention relates to educational devices and allows you to simulate the real conditions of adjusting operations of the valve mechanism, necessary for preparation of specialists in the repair and operation of internal combustion engines.

The closest in technical essence is a simulator for imparting practical skills in removing and installing elastic elements containing the support plate, the brackets on the base plate [2].

However, this device does not provide a reality perform adjustment operations in the preparation of specialists in the repair and operation of internal combustion engines.

The objective of the invention is to simulate real conditions, adjusting operations of the valve mechanism and reduction of time for the changeover of the valve clearances.

The problem is solved due to the fact that in the simulator to provide skills to perform adjustment operations of the valve mechanism of internal combustion engines, containing a table, adjusting the head with a rotating tip, a base plate, a bracket on the base plate, according to the invention, the rotation transmitted from the handle actuator main shaft, raspolozhennosti table supports rotation, through the pinion gear is transmitted to the camshaft, located inside the table supports rotation, through the driven gear, cylinder head complete with brackets fixed to the upper part of the base plate and to the bottom of the base plate on the brackets through the support secures the axis of the plungers, whereby the base plate is fixed to the table can be rotated and fixed, while the axis of rotation of the base plate offset from the axis of the plungers.

The simulator works as follows.

The learner is given the task to adjust the valve mechanism of internal combustion engine with a vertical position of the cylinder head, provided that spent the previous adjustment of the valve mechanism with the inclined position of the cylinder head. Releasing hole 21 of the retainer 20, the rotary plate is transferred to a horizontal position and fixed by the clamp 20. When this happens changeover job due to the fact that the axis of rotation of the base plate located at the poles of rotation 11 is offset from the axis of the plungers 17. By rotation of the main shaft 3 by the handle of the actuator 4 are making the necessary provisions of the valve mechanism in the cylinder head 14 and hold the adjustment. While the position of the main shaft is fixed by means of adjusting mechanism, presented in the form of ratcheting head 5 and the rotating tip 6.

Simulation of real conditions, adjusting operations of the valve mechanism and reducing the time for adjustment of the clearance in the valve mechanism is direct, that the base plate is located on the cylinder head is rotated, and the flexibility of the job is due to the fact that the axis of rotation of the base plate located at the poles of rotation that is offset from the axis pushers.

Method comes to determining spectrum of noise damping by muffler by delivering acoustic noise to muffler input under laboratory conditions. Noise inside automobile exhaust system in area of its joint with muffler, when automobile runs along measured section under conditions corresponding to maximum level of external noise, is measured additionally, and then spectrum of noise inside exhaust system is determined, and spectrum of noise damping by muffler obtained under laboratory conditions is extracted from noise spectrum inside exhaust system. Then, basing on obtained difference, integral level of noise is calculated and correction corresponding to noise damping at desired distance is subtracted from integral noise level.

Internal combustion engine system operation analyzer has starter current detector, moment of ignition pulse oscillator, comparator, frequency multiplier, coincidence unit, current average value indicator, inverter, starter's current minimal and maximal current amplitude peak detectors, voltage difference indicator, dc voltmeter and ammeter provided with current detector. First output of starter's current detector is connected with inputs of comparator directly and through inverter and first and second outputs of ignition moment pulse oscillator. Frequency multiplier is connected between second output of starter's current detector and input of coincidence unit. The other input of coincidence unit is connected with output of comparator. Peak detectors are connected between second output of starters current detector and voltage difference indicator. Average current indicator is connected to third outputs of starter's current detector and of ignition moment pulse oscillator. Voltmeter is connected in parallel to input of starter's current detector. Current detector is mounted onto wire, which connects, plus output of battery with starter of engine to embrace wire with its clamps. Second and third current detectors, amplifier-former, first and second counters, sample-store circuit, memorizing capacitors, ignition plug state indicator and control switch are introduced into device additionally. Second current detector is mounted onto high-voltage wire, which goes from ignition distributor to plug of first cylinder. Third current detector is mounted onto high-voltage wire, which connects ignition coil with distributor. Output of second current detector is connected with rejection input of first counter through amplifier-former. Output of third current detector is connected with its count input and with sample-store circuit, to which circuit the memorizing capacitors are connected; number of capacitors corresponds to number of cylinders of engine. Output of sample-store circuit is connected with input of ignition plug state indicator. Counting input of indicator is connected with case through control switch. Outputs of indicator are connected with inputs of sample-store circuit.

EFFECT: widened number of parameters of system to be diagnosed without starting the engine.
