The invention relates to the production technology products for baby food.

A method of producing a dry mix for baby food, providing the flash cereals in drinking water, add the fruit and vegetable purees, homogenization and drying to obtain the target product (EN 2013066 C1, 30.05.1994).

The disadvantages of this method are the long duration of the technological cycle and obtaining the target product, are prone to clumping.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the duration of the technological cycle and improve the quality of the target product.

This result is achieved by a method of production of a dry mix for baby food provides for the preparation of recipe components, cutting of fruits and/or vegetables, cooking cereals in the pectin extract containing pectin 0.5 to 1.5% to achieve a solids content in the grain to about 25%, the introduction of a mixture of fruits and/or vegetables for 5 minutes before end of cooking, homogenization, drying the introduction of vitamin supplements and packing with obtaining the target product.

The method is implemented as follows.
