SUBSTANCE: filtering material has tubular knitted fabric with porous rubber tubes having diameter of 12-20 mm and uniformly distributed within said fabric. Said tubes comprise 0.2-1.6 mm sized rubber crumbs. Rubber tube has additional outer layer formed as tubular knitted fabric made from non-stretchable and stretchable threads containing lining filaments.

EFFECT: wider range of usage, improved quality of filtering in the process of purifying liquids and gasses, and improved extent of removal of oil products from torrential and industrial sewage water.

The invention relates to the purification of liquids and gases from solid particles and can be used in chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, automotive, and other industries that use filters in the main and auxiliary production, ecological processes of wastewater treatment and flue gas, while oil spills from tankers, pipelines and tank farms, as well as to collect oil from the surface of the water.

Known filter materials from polymer filaments in the form of knitwear loop which is formed by the through pores weave eraser 1+1, in which one of the elastomeric filaments and between the loops of the front and the reverse sides are at least two weft threads, the thickness of the weft yarn 1.1-1.3 times the diameter of the through pores.

(Patent of Russia №1438826, 01 D 39/08, B. I. No. 43, 1988).

However, such filter materials do not provide the necessary level of cleaning and have insufficient absorption of oil from the water surface, and when the pressure of a moving fluid are easily damaged.

Known means for cleaning the surface of the water from oil and oil-containing layer of a porous sorbent in the form of a two-layer plate, consisting of a layer of porous material based on the composition of crumb rubber size from 0.2 to 2.5 mm poroshkoobraznogo polyethylene at a ratio of mass parts: crumb rubber - 100, polyethylene 5-20, and polyethylene film, combined with a porous material when heated.

However, the drawback of such tools is the low degree of absorption of oil and oil products, as well as the complexity and fabrication.

Known means for cleaning the surface of the water from oil and oil products in the form of a plate based on the composition of crumb rubber and powdered polyethylene composition further comprises shredded fibrous cellulosic material in the following ratio of components (parts by weight): crumb rubber 100, polyethylene 15-25, shredded fibrous cellulosic material 10-30.

The disadvantage of such tools is the difficulty of manufacturing, lack of absorption, a great complexity in the collection of the sorbent with the surface of the water.

Known filter material consisting of synthetic fibers in the form of a tubular knitted fabric, inside of which is placed the rubber crumb size of 0.4-0.75 mm, and the Jersey is made of polymer filaments, one of which is elastomeric, and loops of elastomeric yarn form inside the filter material of the elastic skeleton and the pore size of the tubular knitted 1.2-1.5 times smaller than crumbs.

The closest filter material to the declared object in the set of features selected for the prototype is the filter material in the form of a tubular knitted fabric of the extensible and inextensible filaments, which is made of a multilayer of synthetic fibres, inside of which is placed a hollow vessel, and in the gap between the container and the inner layer is placed crumb rubber size 0,2 - threads, and the outer layer consists of a tubular knitted fabric of inextensible and extensible threads.

However, such filter materials are of low quality filtration in the process of purification of liquids and gases, and can not withstand the pressure and temperature of a moving fluid.

The objective of the invention is to create a new filter material that is capable of filtering liquids and gases, as well as purification of water from petroleum products under pressure.

Using the proposed filter material receive the following technical result: increased quality of filtration in the process of purification of liquids and gases, as well as improve the degree of purification from oil products stormwater and industrial wastewater.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that inside truncatedtiller evenly spaced porous rubber tube with a diameter of 12-20 mm, containing rubber crumb with a size of 0.2-1.6 mm, and the rubber tube has an additional outer layer in the form of a tubular knitted fabric of inextensible and extensible filaments containing shternie thread.

Performing a filtering material in the form of a tubular knitted fabric allows to obtain a uniform filter surface without joints, which improves the quality of the filter and allows you to create a shell to hold the rubber tubes filled with rubber crumbs, in addition, the porous structure of the knitted fabric provides a capillary effect in the collection of petroleum products in the industrial effluents.

The use of porous rubber tubing allows you to create, in addition to the filter surface with variable pore structure, a uniform distribution of rubber crumb in the whole volume of the tubes.

The presence of crumb rubber within the rubber tube helps to keep the oil inside the structure by swelling of rubber crumb. When the swelling of the rubber crumb, increasing in size, stretches the rubber tube and thereby further increases the pores. This increases the degree of filtering.

The use of porous rubber tube with a diameter less than 12 mm complicates the manufacture of the filter material and does not provide proper treatment of industrial effluents and gases.

And the use of porous rubber tube with a diameter more than 20 mm reduces the amount of filter material and does not provide proper treatment of industrial effluents and gases.

The use of crumb rubber size less than 0.2 mm leads to a rapid swelling of rubber crumb and rapid failure of the filter material. In addition, when injected into a moving stream of fluid she washed out from the rubber tube, which reduces its quantity and thereby reduces the quality of the filtering.

The rubber crumb is larger than 1.6 mm affects the quality of the filter, since the purification of water from petroleum products is very slow swelling of the particles and thereby increases the time filtering.

The use of an additional layer in the form of a Jersey allows you to prevent the filling of pores in the rubber tube mechanical particles of large size.
