The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of diesel engines and the preparation of fuel mixes.

Known internal combustion engine with a fuel system, which further comprises an engine block heater [1]. A disadvantage of the known device is incomplete combustion at high costs and forced modes, as well as the difficulty of starting the engine at low temperatures.

Closest to the claimed solution is known fuel system of diesel engine [2], which contains the fuel tank, filter, pump, piping, engine block heater engine nozzle, which is fixed to the cylinder head, and activators of diesel fuel, the fuel line to the bypass line valve on the front of the nozzle, with an additional bypass line containing a check valve, and insert the high-voltage electrodes, and the internal geometry of the profiled insert in the form of a paraboloid of revolution.

A disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of heating the fuel mixture when starting the diesel engine.

The present invention is the provision of the guaranteed starting of a diesel engine at low ambient temperatures due to now what about heating the fuel mixture during injection at run time.

The problem is solved as follows: the fuel system of a diesel engine that includes a fuel tank, filter, pump, engine block heater engine nozzle, which is fixed to the cylinder head, activators of diesel fuel of the fuel lines with the bypass line, an additional bypass line with the insert having an internal geometry in the form of a paraboloid of revolution, containing a high-voltage electrodes, and a control valve on the front of the nozzle, additional bypass line includes metering valve, made in conjunction with the insert, which is mounted on the cylinder head, and on the outer side of the valve placed the device is designed as a sealed shell divided by a partition into two sections, one section is placed a metal hydride, and in another section - pump for supplying hydrogen to the area of injection, and the partition wall has a window from a palladium alloy, in the first section of the metal hydride and the window in the partition posted by heaters, the second is the pump which is provided with a pipe for supplying hydrogen, ending at the zone of injection metering valve and pressurized in the intervals between the injection of diesel fuel needle having a kinematic connection with a pump for supplying hydrogen to the area of injection.

The technical result achieved is th the invention, is guaranteed run the diesel engine at low ambient temperatures due to the formation by electrical explosion in the fuel mixture of atomic hydrogen, which when recombination and the formation of molecular hydrogen provides efficient heating of the diesel fuel vapor in the entire working volume of the cylinder by the equation:

2N→N2+22×105kJ/kg

When recombination of atomic hydrogen is released in 17 times more heat than the combustion of molecular hydrogen [3, p.88]

Figure 1 shows the fuel system of diesel engine, figure 2 presents the metering valve.

The proposed fuel system of a diesel engine includes a fuel tank, filter, pump, engine block heater engine, activators of diesel fuel, which figures 1 and 2 is not shown. In addition, the system includes a nozzle 1, which is fixed on the cylinder block 2, cylinder, activator 3, the fuel supply line 4, which is supplied on the front of the main nozzle in the bypass line 5 and an additional bypass line 6, in place incorporated in the fuel supply line 4 has a control valve 7. Additional bypass line 6 includes a box with a high-voltage electrode 19, which is fixed on the cylinder block 2 of the cylinder adjacent to the combustion chamber 9, will complement the optimum bypass line of integrated metering valve 10, coupled with insert 8 sequentially. On the outer side of the metering valve 10 is placed a device that is designed as a sealed shell 11, separated by a partition 12 into two sections, the first section is placed a metal hydride 13, and the second section of the pump 14 for supplying hydrogen to the area of injection, and the partition wall 12 has a window 15 is closed by a plate made of palladium alloy for operation in the shell 11 are the heaters 16, one is in the area of the metal hydride 13, the other in the area of the plates of the window 15. In the second section posted by pump 14 with the pipe 17 for supplying hydrogen, ending at the zone of injection metering valve 10 and resealable needle 18 in the intervals between the injection of diesel fuel. The needle 18 has a kinematic connection with a pump 14 for supplying hydrogen to the area of injection. The insert 8 is equipped with a high-voltage electrode 19 (Fig 1).

Fuel system diesel engine works in the following way. In place include additional bypass line 6 to the main fuel line 4 is the control valve 7, which is installed in the "open" position for additional bypass line 6 and "closed" for all other highways (fuel line 4 and the main bypass line 5). Then the heater 16 a sealed volume with the metal hydride 13 and the window 15 with a plate of palladium alloy and the VA is heated to a temperature of 400-420° With, in which there is effective hydrogen gas and transport it from a sealed volume 11 with the metal hydride 13 (first section) in a sealed envelope (second section) with a pump 14 for supplying hydrogen to the area of injection. When the pressure difference of hydrogen shall be not less than 0.13 MPa for the effective diffusion of hydrogen through the plate from palladium alloy [3, str]. Before starting the diesel engine, the pressure in the partition, a pump 14 for supplying hydrogen should be about 0.15 MPa, as at lower pressure at a flow rate of hydrogen at the start is the diffusion saturation of the hermetic shell (section 2) pairs of diesel fuel. Through a pipeline 17, ending at the zone of injection metering valve 10, is supplied with hydrogen at an open needle 18 of the metering valve 10 in the zone of injection, which also eliminates diffusion saturation of the hermetic shell (section 2) pairs of diesel fuel. However, achievement of working pressure in diesel fuel needle 18 of the metering valve 10 rethermalized the area of injection, while diesel fuel injection, its mixing with hydrogen and the feed gas mixture to a paste with a high voltage electrode 8. Continue to serve a constant high voltage on the high voltage electrodes 19 of the insert 8 synchronously with itry the com diesel fuel. According to the insertion device 8 on the basis (in the electric explosion) Yutkin effect, in the place of connection of the fuel line 4 with bypass lines 5 and 6 immediately before the nozzle creates an adjustable electro-shock, sharply increasing the pressure in the fuel. On this part of the fuel line is formed of a cumulative jet due to the internal geometry of the insert 8 (paraboloid of revolution), providing effective atomization of diesel fuel. For efficient operation of the insert 8 function check valve performs the metering valve 10, which provides effective supply of diesel fuel and sealing the internal cavity of the insert 8 with electrohydraulic shock. After engine start control valve 7 is placed in the "open" position for the fuel line 4 and "closed" for bypass lines 5 and 6.

The magnitude of electro-shock can be regulated and depends, in particular, from the area of the electrodes, the distance between them, magnitude and duration of the pulse shape of the supplied voltage to them, etc. In a real design, it is advisable to vary the magnitude of the duration and waveform of the supplied voltage to them. Oscillator 1 is conventionally not shown and may be performed, for example, in the form of various typical electronic device that converts at the time of starting the engine in the La DC voltage to the desired size and shape.

According to the proposed device is ready starting of the diesel engine at low ambient temperatures carried out at the expense of education under electrical explosion of the fuel mixture of atomic hydrogen by dissociation of molecular hydrogen into atomic and heating products injection of recombination of atomic hydrogen to molecular equation

2H→H2+22×105kJ/kg

This allows us to conclude that the claimed devicemeets the criteria of novelty and inventive step.

Note that metal hydrides are efficient accumulators of hydrogen. In particular, lithium hydride, 1 cm which contains 6100 cm3hydrogen [3], which allows to use it when running diesel engines with the ability to periodically replace the volume of the metal hydride to the new.

A significant advantage of the claimed device is a box closed by a plate made of palladium alloy, which is located on the dividing wall between the first and second sections of the pressurized volume. Plate of palladium alloy provides a supply of hydrogen from the first section the second section of the sealed volume without impurities (e.g. oxygen), while improving the fire safety of the device and preventing diffusio the resultant saturation pairs of diesel fuel metal hydride.

The technical possibility of using metal hydride as a source of hydrogen as a fuel for internal combustion engines are well known [3, str]. The disadvantage however is the weighting structure of the car by about 200 kg In the claimed technical solution is proposed to use hydrogen only when the engine is running, it is sufficient to use 200-250 g of lithium hydride to run the diesel engine at low temperatures environment.
