FIELD: mining industry, possible use in mining machines with cutting working tools (worms, crowns, drums), in particular in drilling combines and complexes for driving mines of rectangular cross-section.

SUBSTANCE: working tool contains frame, on which motor is held with cutting tool. Motor is made in form of two independent reducers with engines. Cutting tool is made in form of four separate drums. On output shaft of each reducer two drums are mounted. Each reducer is held on frame with possible transverse movement relatively to the latter.

EFFECT: high productiveness during work with hard rock, expanded area of possible use depending on width of mine being driven, possible destruction of rectangular face using simple plan, not requiring high combiner skills.

The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in mining machines with rescueme Executive bodies (augers, bits, drums), and especially in the tunneling harvesters and complexes, passing rectangular.

Known Executive body of the digging machine efficiency (see log for "Coal of Ukraine", №2, 2003, Titus. sheet), consisting of a frame, within which is located a gear drive, and the two assemblies crowns with the transverse horizontal axis of rotation, mounted on the output shaft with different sides of the gearbox. This Executive body has the ability to rotate left and right and up and down by hydraulic cylinders. It can be elaborate not only the arch, but also of rectangular cross-section.

However, the design of the analogue has the drawback with the passage openings of rectangular cross-section. Processing of slaughter by such a body has low productivity because cutting crowns have a small width, and the combiner is required to make frequent and long travel authority over the whole cross section generation, frequent idle runs.

Closest to the proposed invention is the Executive body of the digging machine JOY (see brochure of the firm "JOY", ed. 2001, bul. No. CM-1M-1101), adopted for the prototype. It consists of the frame, fixed on the drive containing the motor and gearbox. On the gearbox shaft cutting drum with a transverse horizontal axis of rotation. The Executive body can swing in a vertical plane. This body has a fixed width to the full width of output.

The disadvantage of such a body is that due to the large width increased the number of incisors, and this leads to the reduction of the cutting forces on the cutter. So be elaborate with high performance is possible only by coal and weak rocks. For a more hard rock requires an increase in the installed power of the Executive body, and this leads to the strengthening of all load-bearing frame of the harvester, and, consequently, increase its size and weight. In addition, the fixed width of such Executive authority allows the passage of produce only one specific width. If you want to change the width of the formulation should be changed by the Executive body. All this greatly reduces the scope of mining machines with the design of the Executive body.

The basis of the invention is the task of the Executive body of the mining machine, by changing its design, to reduce the width of the grip, which will increase the cutting force on the cutting tool and to improve the performance of IP is anitelea body when working on hard rock, as well as to provide adjustment of the width passable production that will allow us to expand the scope of Executive authority.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the Executive authority, with a frame on which is fixed a drive Reztsova body according to the invention, the actuator is designed as two independent gearboxes, cutting the body in the form of four separate drums, while on the output shafts of each gear mounted on two drums, and each gear is attached to the chassis with the possibility of lateral movement relative to the latter.

The possibility of lateral movement of the gears can be realized the fact that the frame is rigidly fixed transverse guide beam in the lower part of the body of each gear with holes, through which the threaded beam, the frame also has two hydraulic cylinders, one ends connected with the frame and other frame reducers.

This design reduces the overall width rescueme drums, that reduction of the total number of cutters will increase the cutting force on the cutter, providing higher performance hard rock compared to the prototype. Due to the possibility of transverse movement of the independent gearboxes width passable production may change.

The Executive body consists of a frame 1 on which is fixed the drive, representing two independent motors gearbox 4, 5, and cutting the body in the form of four separate drums 6. On the output shafts of each gear 4, 5 mounted on two drums 6. Each reducer 4, 5 are fastened to the frame 1 with the possibility of lateral movement relative to the latter. To move the gears in the frame 1 is rigidly fixed transverse guide beam 3, is threaded through the holes made in the lower part of the body of each of the gear 4, and 5, the frame 1 has two hydraulic cylinders 2, one ends connected with the frame 1, and other related buildings of the gears 4, 5.

The achievement of the technical result is as follows. The initial position of the Executive body are presented in figure 3. Thus, the running gear in the form of two independent gearboxes with motors and sharing one cutting drum into four smaller width has reduced the number of incisors, thereby increasing the cutting force on the cutter with the same installed power of the body, and, consequently, to destroy a stronger breed. And the presence of transverse movement of the gears is possible to provide adjustment of the body to the width of the cross-country output.

SUBSTANCE: method to change over cutter-loader with auger actuators to new mining strip with location of face conveyor drive in longwall face and single-sided pattern of extraction, includes movement of cutter-loader with mineral extraction from cutting zone. At the same time at the end section of longwall face, at the distance equal to the distance between axes of cutter-loader augers, two wells are drilled, to the depth equal to one width of cutter-loader grip. Then cutter-loader moves as idle-running to the end of longwall face, afterwards cutter-loader augers are installed along axis of wells, where at frontal feed of cutter-loader, auger hubs enter wells, and auger blades destroy massif and produce mineral to conveyor with subsequent movement of cutter-loader and formation of new mining strip. In another version of method, cutter-loader changeover is proposed with shuttle method of extraction.
