SUBSTANCE: cutoff mechanism comprises collar, overflow pipe, body with water drain orifices, with overflow pipe support and with collar seat, collar retaining unit, which fixes the collar during water discharge, and collar lifting unit provided with push button means. The push button means has working member with variable stroke. Cutoff mechanism also has double-arm lever secured to axis of overflow pipe support. The collar is connected to overflow pipe. The overflow pipe has radial shoulder in upper part thereof to connect overflow pipe with one arm of double-arm lever. Collar retaining unit comprises vessel with perforated bottom part. The vessel is telescopically installed on overflow pipe so that the vessel may be displaced along overflow pipe by means of control rod fastened to the second arm of lever. The collar retaining unit also comprises valve, which closes part of vessel orifice areas during water drainage. The valve is formed as control rod passing through one above vessel orifice and connected with radial flange of overflow pipe. The control rod has cylindrical extension closing the orifice when overflow pipe is lifted to its upper position. The working member may cooperate with lever arm, which is connected to the vessel by means of control rod. Vessel may be of annular shape.

The present invention relates to the field of sanitary-hygienic devices, namely locking mechanisms downstream flushing of toilets.

Currently, despite the many new, advanced from the point of view of ecology, water saving and material directions in the field of creation of mechanisms to regulate the discharge of water from a water tank of the toilet, shut-off devices, collar type to date are the most common and are constantly being improved.

One of the problems of improving the locking mechanisms of the sleeve type is the creation of a simple and reliable means of restraint cuffs and regulation of water flow at the sink.

Known locking mechanism for draining the water from the tank [1], in which the regulation of the amount of drained water is carried out by moving the drain height.

The disadvantage of this design is the complexity of its construction and the instability of his work.

Known locking mechanism [2] to the drain tank with push-button drive unit lifting cuffs and throttling lander water with one click by changing the position of the cuff height.

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of its design and lack of stability.

Known design device d is I a flush tank of the toilet with push button actuator descent of water [3], in which the throttling lander water is due to the discrete adjustment of the height of the cuff over the drain hole of the tank. This shut-off mechanism for a water tank of the toilet with the regulation of water flow contains the cuff, the overflow tube, the body with holes to drain the water from the stand pipe overflow and saddle to the cuff, the node holding the cuff at the sink and the node raising the cuff pressure push-button device with a different stroke of the working element.

The disadvantage of this design is its complexity.

The above design are taken by the author as a prototype of the proposed design as the closest in technical essence and the achieved effect during manufacture and use.

The task that the author gave in the development of this invention was to reduce the weight and overall dimensions of the device while improving the stability of operation of the device and adjust your dose lander water.

This capacity can be made circular.

New the essential features of the device are:

- placing the work item push button device node raising cuff contact with the shoulder of the two shoulders of the lever;

- installation of two shoulders of the lever on the axis of the rack;

connection of the shoulder, two shoulders of the lever in contact with pressure push-button device, with perforated is Anna movable container;

connection of the second arm two shoulders of the lever with the overflow tube with the cuff.

New essential features in versions of the locking mechanism are:

- implementation of a perforated vessel ring, with the possibility of longitudinal movement along the tube overflow;

- supply of perforated capacity of the node holding the cuff of the valve overlap of the square holes of the discharge capacity;

- performing the valve overlap of the square holes of the discharge capacity in the form of, for example, passing through a blocked hole and connected to the overflow tube thrust cylindrical protrusion overlapping the hole at full lift tube overflow.

Despite the generally known two shoulders arms, perforated containers, I do not know the use of the proposed design to hold the moving system of the locking mechanism when draining water, as well as to regulate the amount of drained water.

The proposed structure is depicted in the accompanying drawing, where:

The proposed device consists of a fixed, through a sealing gasket 20 in bottom hole 18 of the drain tank body 1 with 2 holes for water drainage, the seat 3 to the cuff 5 and vertical stand 4 for accommodating the movable tube overflow 6.

At the top of the rack 4 of the housing 1 on the axis 9 has two shoulders lever 8.

The overflow tube 6 is made detachable and can be adjusted along the length (height of tank) due to, for example, cap screw nut extension 21, for which the corresponding ends of the tube, the overflow must be provided with threaded sections 22.

In the upper part of the overflow tube 6 is provided with radial protrusion 7 to connect the overflow tube 6 with the shoulder of the two shoulders of the lever 8 through the rod 10.

By means of the rod 13, is bonded with the second shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 8, the overflow tube 6 telescopically mounted mobile, perfo is new at the bottom of the annular container 11.

In one of the holes 12 of the ring tank 11, parallel to the axis of the rod 4 posted by rod 14, is fastened at one end with the tab 7 of the overflow tube 6, and the other having a cylindrical protrusion 15 for blocking one of the holes 12 in the complete lifting of the overflow tube 6 (valve overlap of the square holes of the tank 11).

The holes 17 in the lid of the toilet tank is installed the control button unit 16 with different stroke work item (for example, two buttons).

Push-button device 16 is installed with the possibility of interaction of the working element with two shoulders shoulder of the lever 8, which is fixed to the annular container 11.

From the above it is evident that the stop-node - kind of scales based on the two shoulders of the lever 8, one side of which is placed a node raising cuff 5 (8, 10, 7, 6, 5), as with the other elements of the site retention cuff 5 (8, 13, 11, 14, 15) when draining water.

The operation of the device is as follows.

When filled with water tank seal 5 is attached to the seat 3 of the housing 1, overlapping the 2 holes for draining water.

Shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 8 through node elements of the rise of the cuff 10, 7 and 6 associated with the sleeve, omitted.

Thus, the surplus water, if they occur, spill over the upper edge of the overflow tube 6 and then through the gap between the overflow tube 6 and the rack 4 in the bowl h is cut the holes 2 in the housing 1.

When pressing on the push-button device 16 in the regime of small movement of the working element (mode a small amount of lander water) stress from work item button device 16 through the two shoulders of the lever 8, the rod 10, the protrusion 7 is transferred to the overflow tube 6 with the sleeve 5 and the latter moves upward, opening holes 2 for draining the water in the body 1, causing the water from the tank begins to merge.

This perforated container 11 mounted on the opposite thrust 10 shoulder two shoulders of the lever 8, is lowered under the influence of the efforts of the push button device 16 by a certain amount and keeps the cuff 5 from lowering during the period when the container 11 is under water.

When the top edge of the tank 11 will be above the water level in the tank, water will begin to flow through the holes 12, and while the weight of the tank 11 with water more weight elements associated with the opposite shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 8, the container 11 will hold the cuff 5 from lowering.

As soon as the weight of the tank 11 with water becomes less than the weight of the elements of the opposite shoulder, two shoulders of the lever 8, the sleeve 5 will descend to the saddle 3 and block drain water through the holes 2.

The tank with the remaining portion of water is then again filled with water, and the mechanism is then again ready for operation.

In the regime of large amount of lander water user per which comprises a work item button of the adjusting device 16 to a higher level and through the elements of the node lifting cuff last 5 also rises above than in the first case.

This perforated container 11 is lowered lower than in the first case, to the level, when the cylindrical protrusion 15 of the valve will block one of the holes 12 in which the rod 12 is installed.

This will offset part of the square holes 12 through which water flows from the tank 11, when the water level in the tank 11 above the water level in the drain tank.

The tank will again be filled with water, and after filling the device is again ready for operation.

It should be noted that in the above example, the implementation of the locking mechanism presents top mount valve overlap of the square holes of the tank 11 on the ledge 7 of the overflow tube 6, although it is possible and it is a mirror placement, during placement of the protrusion 7 at the bottom of the overflow tube 6.

The author constructed a prototype of the locking mechanism of the traditional materials for this product using known manufacturing techniques and Assembly and tested in real conditions with a positive effect, ukazannymi materials of the application.

Currently, work is being carried out by the industrial implementation of the device in one of Moscow enterprises.

SUBSTANCE: shutoff device comprises body with perforated orifices made in lower body part, lid, neck and seat made in bottom part and adapted for annular discharge valve receiving, discharge valve and movable overflow pipe provided with retaining unit, which fixes the overflow pipe during discharge operation. The retaining unit is installed in neck and lid so that annular gaps are created in-between. Discharge valve is provided with orifices located out of neck closure zone, which permit water passage inside the body during flushing tank filling with water and is connected to compensating guiding bush along larger diameter thereof. The compensating guiding bush is installed inside the body and has height providing necessary clearance for water discharge from flushing tank into neck through above perforation body orifices. Dividing pipe is secured to inner lid surface and spaced from overflow pipe and from neck. The dividing pipe is provided with perforation orifices located in upper part thereof and is adapted to fill the body with water during flushing tank filling. Overflow pipe has annular extension to close the gap between lid and overflow pipe at the end of working overflow pipe travel. SUBSTANCE: drain fittings comprises body with central guiding means arranged inside flush tank and connected with discharge orifice thereof. The fittings also has discharge unit with shutoff valve made as two coaxial pipes. Shutoff valve is connected to lower end of one pipe. The fittings also comprises lever discharge unit lifting mechanism, lever mechanism drive pusher, double triggering button and discharge unit lowering mechanism. Discharge unit lowering mechanism provides smooth discharge unit movement and is made as vertical shell arranged on the body and enclosing discharge unit and cup with central orifice made in cup bottom installed on the shell. The discharge unit lowering mechanism is provided with orifices formed in side surface thereof. The cup orifice is adapted for discharge unit reciprocation. Outer tubular cup part has disc integrally formed with the tubular part and provided with through orifices. The disc is located inside the cup and spaced from cup walls. Check valve is arranged between disc and cup bottom. The check valve is made as flat ring with L-shaped limiters, which limit check valve opening and pass through orifices made in tubular part disc.

EFFECT: possibility to arrange fittings in flushing tanks having different height and configuration, simplified structure, assemblage and adjustment.

SUBSTANCE: cutoff mechanism comprises collar, overflow pipe, body with water drain orifices, with overflow pipe support and with collar seat, collar retaining unit, which fixes the collar during water discharge, and collar lifting unit provided with push button means. The push button means has working member with variable stroke. Cutoff mechanism also has double-arm lever secured to axis of overflow pipe support. The collar is connected to overflow pipe. The overflow pipe has radial shoulder in upper part thereof to connect overflow pipe with one arm of double-arm lever. Collar retaining unit comprises vessel with perforated bottom part. The vessel is telescopically installed on overflow pipe so that the vessel may be displaced along overflow pipe by means of control rod fastened to the second arm of lever. The collar retaining unit also comprises valve, which closes part of vessel orifice areas during water drainage. The valve is formed as control rod passing through one above vessel orifice and connected with radial flange of overflow pipe. The control rod has cylindrical extension closing the orifice when overflow pipe is lifted to its upper position. The working member may cooperate with lever arm, which is connected to the vessel by means of control rod. Vessel may be of annular shape.

SUBSTANCE: double-wash-off valve comprises seat, spillover assembly and shut-off element-lifting mechanism. The seat is fixed at flush tank bottom and incorporates cylindrical shell. The shell bottom is furnished with openings, their upper part communicating with rectangular slots made in the shell wall. The shell accommodates cover enveloping, with a gap, outer pipe and representing barrel. The aforesaid gap makes 0.06 to 0.012 of cover hole diameter. X-bar passes through the inner pipe. The bar lower part rests upon the ledges made inside the aforesaid seat and on the flush hole cylindrical surface. There are hooks on one of the bar walls. The bar is coupled with an extension arm furnished with rectangular holes for the arm to be fitted on aforesaid hooks. Two upper hooks have flanges for the extension arm to be fixed relative to the X-bar. The extension arm upper part has a support bracket with two cylindrical pins mounted one above the other. The aforesaid lifting mechanism represents parallel active and passive levers fitted onto said pins. The active lever represents rocker, its one end being articulated with a radial bracket arranged on the cap nut jointing the spillover assembly pipes. The rocker other end and the passive lever end are articulated with the vertical pushrod, its upper end being sharpened. The major wash-off push button is spring-loaded towards the thrust sleeve with the help of C-like spring and connected with the hollow foot receiving the screw furnished with thrust disk on its lower end. The said disk features corrugated lower surface and circular collar arranged along the disk edges on the corrugated side. The disk rests upon the vertical pushrod sharpened end in its top position before flushing liquid from the flush tank. There are ledges limiting the travel of the major wash-off push button arranged on the lower part of the thrust sleeve. The foot inner surface has radial flexible ribs resting upon the screw screwed into the foot to lock the screw relative to the foot.

Flushing mechanism for flushing tank comprises support structure, valve controlled by slider arranged with the possibility of displacement along (A) axis that passes inside the structure, and actuating mechanism for slider drive. Slider comprises two tubular elements, one inserted in the other. Device also comprises connecting element for connection of tubular elements to each other, which is fixed in axial direction, when slider is lifted by actuating mechanism. At that the first tubular element comprises intermediate section limited by according annular protrusions that are inverted to each other. Connecting element is fixed on the second tubular element and has lower edge and protrusion installed along circumference and interacting with appropriate protrusions in axial direction, to limit axial displacement between tubular elements to the specified value of travel limited by distance between protrusions.

SUBSTANCE: tank comprises a vessel with devices of its filling and drain. The body is arranged in the form of a toroidal chamber 1 with a rigidly mounted partition 10 and a piston 9 installed in it with the possibility of reciprocal motion, which in extreme positions interacts by one of two opposite mutually spring-loaded valves 24 of counterpressure to its displacement, with a slide valve 17 of a hydraulic distributor, installed in the partition and connecting two cavities formed by walls of the partition and the piston, alternately - with inlet and outlet holes.

EFFECT: reduced volume of water due the possibility to control its flow and using its flow during wastes direction into a toilet sink, but not afterwards.
