FIELD: paint and varnish industry, anti-corrosive agents.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion modifying agents used for covering metallic surfaces without their preliminary cleansing from corrosion products. The corrosion modifying agent comprises the following components, wt.-%: hydrolysis lignin, 19-23; oil as by-side product in caprolactam manufacturing, 5-10; thermic ortho-phosphoric acid in the concentration 70%, 17-26, and water, balance. Invention provides preparing a composition transforming rust corrosion with layer thickness up to 160 mcm that provides enhancing adhesion of applied paint and varnish materials after treatment with the proposed modifying agent significantly.

The invention relates to coatings industry, namely, modifiers, corrosion, used for surface coating of metal products without prior cleaning them from corrosion products.

Known modifier of corrosion, including lignin, soap stock, phosphoric acid, aalamin, natural drying oil and water (see USSR Author's certificate No. 1595864, class C 09 D 5/12).

Known modifier has a complex composition and methods of cooking and can be used only for the processing of ferrous metals.

Known modifier PSR-2, including ammoniaand lignin 45-50%, orthophosphoric acid (85%) - 10-13%, water 37-40% (see Modifier rust PSR-2 TU 6-15-913-75).

Known modifier does not provide effective protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.

The closest is the modifier rust (see patent RU 2055847, C 09 D 19 7/02, C 09 D 5/12), including, wt.%: lignin hydrolysis 21-25, thermal phosphoric acid 70% - 17-26, water the rest.

The prototype has the following disadvantages: insufficient thickness processing of corroded metal, shattering the protective coating during drying and low adhesion to damage further coatings on the treated surface.

The instability of the composition of the hydrolyzed lignin, stipulated by the tion dependence on the type and quality of wood, and ways of cooking leads to instability of the qualities of a modifier based on it and leads to deterioration of the resulting modifier. In particular, the increase of mineral substances and/or sugar content, and the predominance of low molecular weight fractions leads to a decrease in adhesion with a modified surface. The instability properties of hydrolytic lignin may be due to instability of the system, the acid-lignin, manifesting in coagulation of particles and loss over time sediment.

The aim of the invention is the creation of durable waterproof protective complex on the surface of ferrous and non-ferrous metals without prior Stripping it from rust, increasing the thickness of the processing prokorrodirovavshego metal, reducing the shedding of the protective coating and increase the adhesion of paints and varnishes, applied to the treated surface.

Thermal phosphoric 70%acid according to GOST 10678-76 contains 0.2% distributed regenerating substances in terms of H3PO4.

Basic properties of hydrolytic lignin: the ash content of from 0.5 to 9.3%; acidity in terms of sulphuric acid of 0.6 to 1.3%; netmite reducing agents 0.1 to 8.5 per cent, insoluble polysaccharides 3,0-45,0%, the actual lignin - 38,9-87,3. When the humidity of the composition of 83%.

If the oil is taken UNDER less than 5%, it does not achieve the desired effect of plasticity, it is not possible to produce a homogeneous composition.

increases the adhesion of the applied paint materials after processing rusty surface modifier rust due to the intensive and deeper penetration into the cavities and pores of the mother of the La;

Proof of compliance of the claimed invention to the requirement of industrial applicability should be following.

The modifier is applied to the metal with crude from the layer of rust thickness of 160 μm.

The proposed modifier in its manufacture and use can achieve a technical result, which is expressed in obtaining a composition that converts the rust layer thickness of 160 μm.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and specifically to obtaining composite anticorrosion coating materials meant for protecting rusty metal surfaces from corrosion, applied directly onto the rusty metal surface, and obtaining a base - sorption materials from products of processing natural organic compounds of plant origin. The method of obtaining a base for composite anticorrosion coating material involves using cut high density wood as raw material which undergoes hydrolysis with 0.5-0.8% sulphuric acid solution, washing and pressing the hydrolysate, its ammonolysis which is carried out with a mixture containing ammounium hydroxide, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, citric acid sodium, water, repeated washing and pressing the ammoniated product, separation into fractions, drying the product to 5-15% moisture content. The product is activated in the presence of ammonium hydroxide, amine additives, catalyst and water, followed by grinding and activation with a composition containing ammonium hydroxide, amine additives, catalysts and water at normal pressure and temperature of 100-150°C until achieving 5-15% moisture content of the product and particle size of 1-10 mcm. The method of obtaining composite anticorrosion coating material involves preparation of a mixture of binding substance and a base for composite anticorrosion coating material, mechanical activation and dispersion of the composition with filler pigments, treatment in the chamber of an apparatus with a vortex layer of ferromagnetic particles, colouring and dilution with diluents-solvents. The material is taken for bottling and packaging.

Ink or varnish contain nitrated lignin as at least one binding component. Method of producing ink or varnish includes production of nitrated lignin in the form of a solution and mixing the solution of nitrated lignin with other components. Use of nitrated lignin as a binding component in printing ink, in particular, in flexographic printing ink, or in overprint varnish using the disclosed method.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the method or the ink or the varnish according to the inventions is to provide sufficient heat resistance using the binding agent at least partially consisting of renewable raw material.
