SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trailers of trailer-trains and can be used to increase maneuverability of trailer-train by increasing length of draft pole at considerable angles of jack-knifing. Proposed adjustable-length draw-and-coupler gear has draft pole consisting of separate links hinge-connected to each other, gear rim secured on frame of trailer, gear wheel installed on subframe being in meshing with gear rim, accelerating mechanism made in form of two gear racks in meshing with gear wheels, each being rigidly connected with crank hinge-coupled with one of links of draft pole. Device is furnished additionally with connecting rod, one end of which is hinge-coupled with racks of accelerating mechanism, and the other, with gear wheel installed on subframe.

EFFECT: increased speed of action of accelerating mechanism, improved reliability and simplified design of device.

The invention relates to a device for connection of trailer parts vehicles, such as trucks, and can be used to improve the maneuverability of the trailer by increasing the length of the drawbar at considerable angles of folding.

Closest to the claimed invention is a trailer hitch (hitch) variable-length [USSR Author's certificate No. 1703497 A1, IPC 60 D 1/145, 1989], which contains the shaft, consisting of separate links connected pivotally between a and by means of cranks connected with the additional toothed wheel which engages with a toothed rails, rigidly connected with the rod actuating hydraulic cylinder hydraulically connected to the master cylinder, which is the case hinged to the frame of the trailer, and the rod with the crank gear being in constant mesh with a ring gear connected to the frame of the trailer.

The disadvantages of this device are a significant expenditure of time for actuation of the accelerator mechanism, the complexity of the structure of the device due to the presence in the hitch cylinders.

The technical result is to increase the speed of operation of the accelerator mechanism, reliability, and simplify the design of the device.

The technical result of dostigaetsya, what TSU variable length containing the shaft, consisting of separate links connected pivotally between crown gear fixed to the frame of the trailer, a gear wheel mounted on the frame and held in mesh with a ring gear, the accelerator mechanism, made in the form of two gear racks being in mesh with the gear wheels, each of which is rigidly connected with the crank, pivotally connected with one of the link shafts, the device is further provided with a connecting rod, one end of which is pivotally connected with the rails of the accelerator mechanism and the second gear wheel mounted on the subframe.

Distinctive features of the prototype is that the device is further provided with a connecting rod, one end of which is pivotally connected with the rails of the accelerator mechanism and the second gear wheel mounted on the frame.

Figure 1 presents the proposed TSU variable-length straight-line trains, figure 2 presents TSU variable-length when turning the vehicle. It contains the shaft 1, which consists of individual links connected pivotally between crown gear 2 fixed to the frame of the trailer 3, the gear wheel 4 mounted on the frame 5 and which is in mesh with a ring gear 2, the accelerator mechanism, vypolnennym two gear racks 6, being in mesh with the gear wheels 7, each of which is rigidly connected with the crank, pivotally connected with one of the link shafts, the connecting rod 8, one end of which is pivotally connected with the rails of the accelerator mechanism and the second gear wheel 4.

The device operates as follows.

Straight-line combination (figure 1) drawbar 1 trailer 3 has the minimum length. In this case, the axis of the links drawbar 1 intersects the axis of rotation of the gear wheels 7, which allows to obtain kinematically rigid structure shorter shafts. When the movement of trains on the turn (figure 2) gear 4 starts in our teams serrated crown 2. At this end of the connecting rod (8) connected with the toothed wheel 4, is rotated by an angle proportional to the angle of folding. The connecting rod 8, in turn, carries a toothed rack 6, which bring into force an additional toothed wheel 7, extending the hitch in proportion to the angle of folding of parts of the vehicle. When the output of the rotation angle of folding decreases, the toothed wheel 4 rolls on the toothed crown 2 in the opposite direction, the rod 8 is in its initial position and moves the toothed rack 6, and turning this toothed wheel 7 and the parts of the drawbar 1 result in shortening.

When the angle of folding of zero, the length of the drawbar is minimal. The system is and control is in its original position.

In the exceptions to the design of the hitch hydraulic actuator accelerator mechanism increases the rapidity of recent, reliable operation and simple design of the device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coupling gears of trailer-trains for use in cases when large vehicles are to be coupled for operation off road and on heavy terrain. Proposed coupling gear of trailer-train consisting of prime mover and trailer contains semi-frames for fastening coupling gear members, front one installed in bushing rigidly connected with semi-frame of prime mover and rear one installed in cylindrical cup and rigidly connected with semi-frame of trailer, and tie-rods interconnected by connecting link. Said connecting link is made in form of cross with displacement relatively perpendicular axles whose vertical diametrically arranged pins are coupled with rear tie-rod, and diametrically arranged horizontal ones, with front tie-rod. Said bushing is furnished with pilot-controlled check valve for fixing extreme points of horizontal displacement of front tie-rod. Hydraulic shock absorbers are hinge-secured on semi-frames of prime mover and trailer, being coupled with pilot-controlled check valve and located higher than upper point of hinge turning of tie-rods. Moving part of hydraulic shock absorber exceeds value of longitudinal displacement of front tie-rod.

EFFECT: improved reliability, increased service life and maneuverability when negotiating heavy obstacles, increased angle of turning of coupling gear.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, namely to trailers hitch mechanisms. Multifunctional trailer hitch mechanism comprises coupling element, rigidly coupled with crossbar provided with thrusts and locking device, symmetrically arranged relative to tie-rod longitudinal axis, each of which is made in form of hydraulic cylinder. Tie-rods first ends are articulated with crossbar, and second are with trailer front axle. Device is additionally equipped with electronic control unit, hydraulic cylinders piston and rod cavities electric windings, hydraulic cylinders windings control busbar, hydraulic cylinders piston and rod cavities shielding. In device hydraulic system magnetorheological fluid is used as working liquid instead of oil.

EFFECT: enabling increase in trailer train flotation ability due to its components separate starting and matching of truck wheels tracks and trailer at curvilinear motion, increase in trailer train road-holding ability during braking, hitching element reduced wear, device higher automation and faster operation.
