SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of fill0in heads for mass transfer apparatuses and it car be used in heat-mass transfer processes in liquid-vapor(gas) systems, for instance at rectification, absorption, desorption, distillation a dn other processes. Proposed head member for mass transfer apparatuses has cut elements curved to circle of side surface. According to invention, head member is made in form of parallel cylinders formed by cut elements arranged in rod height, curved to circle in turn, inside and outside. Cylinders are connected by bridges and are arranged relative to each other so that their diametral planes from side surface of regular polygonal prism.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat-mass transfer by increasing surface of phase contact owing to reduction of drop formation and uniform distribution of phase surface in volume of heat-mass transfer apparatus.

The invention relates to the design of bulk packings for mass transfer devices and can be used in chemical, oil refining, petrochemical and other industries in the implementation of heat and mass transfer processes in systems of liquid-vapor(gas), such as distillation, absorption, desorption, distillation, etc.

Well known element of nozzles for mass-transfer apparatus, made in the form of a cylinder on the lateral surface of which is made rectangular notching, located in rows height staggered and bent along the transverse forming inside cylinder in the form of petals, while the trailing edge of each petal is at an angle to the transverse root edge of a petal (see RU Patent No. 2230607, IPC 7 B 01 J 19/30, 2004).

The closest in technical essence is the element of nozzles for mass-transfer apparatus, made in the form of thin-walled flanged cylinder on the lateral surface which is made from expanded metal elements in the form of deflected into the cylinder petals that curved around the circumference and are arranged in a row along the perimeter and in the form of a counter located right-angled triangles, the bases of which are located in a row, while the surface of the nozzle is made of a perforated (see RU Patent No. 2027504, IPC 7 B 01 J 19/30, 2004).

Object of the invention is the creation of a design element of the nozzle, in order to enhance the heat transfer by increasing the interfacial surface contact by reducing drop and uniform distribution of the interfacial surface volume of heat and mass transfer apparatus.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that the item nozzles for mass-transfer apparatus, on the side surface which is made from expanded metal elements, curved around the circumference, according to the invention made in the form of parallel cylinders, which are formed by cutting elements located on height, curved circumferentially alternately inward and outward, while the cylinders are connected by bridges and are located relative to each other so that their median plane to form a side surface of the right multi-faceted prism.

Technical solution allows to increase the efficiency of heat transfer is ay increase the interfacial surface contact by reducing drop and uniform distribution of the interfacial surface volume of heat and mass transfer apparatus.

The invention offers a supplementary item to the unordered download nozzles in the column on the side surface which is made from expanded metal elements 1 and 1', which are located in a number of height and curved circumferentially alternately inside 1 outside and 1′, a series of annular elements on top form parallel cylinders 2 cylinders are connected by bridges 3, the cylinders relative to each other are placed so that their center plane 4 form the surface of the right multi-faceted prism.

The nozzle element is made by stamping from sheet steel. When using resistance spot welding at the junction of the edges on one of the bridges increases the mechanical strength of the stamped element nozzle, which enables to produce it from a thin sheet of material and to increase the depth of backfill without disturbing the shape of the nozzle.

The nozzle operates as follows. To process the required volume of the apparatus to fill the elements of the nozzle. At a certain temperature and pressure from the top of the device is liquid, and the bottom rises up steam (gas) phase. While on the elements of the nozzle is formed downstream of the liquid film on the surface of which is heat and mass transfer.

Form elements nozzles prevents the formation of localized areas of uneven pressure and thereby the variation of operational characteristics due to the ordered distribution in the bulk of the nozzles in different parts of the column, which leads to a relatively uniform density of the nozzle and provides an increase in the interfacial surface of contact liquid-vapor(gas).

Large specific contact surface of the nozzle, uniformly distributed over the volume of the device, and no dripping promotes intensive interphase interaction of vapor(gas) and liquid, which is flowing down the surface of the nozzle in the form of a film, it allows you to continuously update the interface.

Industrial tests of the inventive nozzle exchanging apparatus showed high heat and mass transfer characteristics.
