Herbicide agent, method for control of weed plants

FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture, herbicides.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a herbicide agent containing the effective amount of a mixture of active substances and comprising: (a) substituted arylsulfonylaminocarbonyl-triazolinone of the formula (I): wherein R1 means alkyl comprising up to 6 carbon atoms; R2 means alkoxy-group comprising up to 6 carbon atoms; R3 means alkoxycarbonyl or alkoxy-group substituted with halogen atom and each comprising up to 6 carbon atoms; R4 means hydrogen atom, and also salts formed by compound of the general formula (I) with basic compounds (compound of the group 1), and (b) compound improving the tolerance of crop plants to herbicides effect and chosen from the following group of compound of the general formula (II): wherein m = 1; n = 0; X means alkoxy-group comprising up to 6 carbon atoms; Z means a group , wherein R5 means hydrogen atom; R6 means alkyl comprising from 1 to 6 carbon atom and substituted with (C1-C4)-alkoxy-group (compounds of the group 2) in the weight ratio of compound of the group 1 to compound of the group 2 = (1:12.5)-(1:50), and a method for control of weed plants using the proposed herbicide agent. Invention provides good tolerance of crop plants in their treatment with the proposed herbicide agent.

The invention relates to new selective herbicide means containing substituted allconvertertoiphone and/or their salts in a mixture with at least one compound that improves the tolerance of cultivated plants of herbicides that can be most successfully used for selective weed control in various crops of useful plants.

Substituted allconvertertoiphone known as an effective herbicides (see EP-A-341489, EP-A-422469, EP-A-425948, EP-A-431291, EP-A-507171, EP-A-534266, WO-A-96/11188, WO-A-96/27590, WO-A-96/27591, WO-A-97/03056). However, the action of these compounds and/or portability of their cultural plants under all conditions quite satisfactory.

Later became known songs from famous substituted arilsulfonilglitsinov and other herbicide active compounds, leading to a synergistic effect (see WO-A-98/12923). Also known compositions of substituted arilsulfonilglitsinov and protective substances (see DE-A-19940859, DE-A-19940860, US-A-6162762). However, in the case of these composite products of their properties when applied under all conditions reasonably satisfactory. In addition, the known compositions of substituted arilsulfonilglitsinov and other herbicide existing connection is on, if necessary, additionally including a protective substances that are the subject of the preceding, but not pre-published patent application (see DE-A-10031825 from 30.06.2000).

It has been unexpectedly discovered that certain substituted allconvertertoiphone in a joint application with the following describes compounds that improve the portability of cultural plants of herbicides (protective substances antidotes), clearly well prevent damage to cultivated plants and can be particularly preferably used as partners in compositions with a wide step for selective weed control in crops of useful plants, such as cereals, maize and rice.

The subject of the invention are selective herbicide means, characterized in that they contain an effective amount of a mixture of active substances, which includes

where m denotes an integer from 0 to 5,

n means an integer from 0 to 4,

X is nitro-, cyano-, carboxypropyl, carbarnoyl, formyl, sulfamoyl, hydroxy-, amino group, halogen or means unsubstituted or substituted by cyano, halogen or (C1-C4-alkoxygroup alkyl, alkoxygroup, alkoxycarbonyl, allylthiourea, alkylsulfanyl, alkylsulfonyl, alkylamino or alkylaminocarbonyl, each of which contains from 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, or means dialkylamino, dialkylaminoalkyl or dialkylaminoalkyl, each of which contains from 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl group,

It has been unexpectedly found that the above composition of active substances consisting of substituted arilsulfonilglitsinov General formula (I) and protective substances (antidotes) of General formula (II) are in very good tolerability of useful plants is very high herbicide efficiency and can be used in various crops, in particular cereals (mainly barley and wheat), but also in maize and rice, for the selective control of weeds.

It should be considered unexpected that a large number of known protective substances or antidotes which are capable of eliminating the damaging effect of a herbicide on the crop plants, it is above the compounds of formula (II) can almost completely eliminate the damaging effect of substituted arilsulfonilglitsinov on plants, but should not affect herbicide efficacy against weed plants.

However, the use of formulations of active substances according to the invention in any case is not limited to these types, but applies equally to other plants. And cultivated plants according to the invention include all plants and plant varieties, including transgenic rasteniya and plant varieties, and in the case of a transgenic rastenii varieties of plants may occur also synergetic effects.

The preferred effect of endurance cultivated plants of the composition of active substances according to the invention is particularly apparent under certain concentration conditions. However, the weight ratios of the active compounds in the compositions of the active substances can vary within relatively wide limits.
