The invention relates to a device for screwing and unscrewing the casing OCTG pipes in the process tripping in the development of oil and gas well casing and conductorcise columns.

Known pipe wrenches for screwing-unscrewing the threaded connections of oil country tubular goods, comprising a housing with hinged doors, a rotary clamping device located in the housing and consisting of a rotor and jaws, while the rotor consists of three sectors with the ability to close and open simultaneously with the movement of the valves, and the locking mechanism of the valves (see U.S. patent No. 3023651, No. 3147652).

In the description of the patent No. 3023651 USA shows the operation of the power roller, resulting in movement of the jaws to grip the pipe, and managed plunger, closing the sector of the rotor at the beginning of the rotation of the latter. In the case of nezahat pipe jaws at the beginning of the movement during the passage of the rotor through the original position will occur inadvertent unlocking of sectors, the offset of the holes of the plunger relative to each other and further development of an emergency in the course of rotation of the rotor.

In the description of the patent No. 3147652 USA shows the performance of the magnetic gripping device (braking device for jaws, ensuring the capture of a pipe). The emergence of the Casa mechanism (break) contributes to unreliable performance of the magnetic gripping device, i.e. the simple destruction of permanent magnets.

Also known hydromechanical pipe wrench for screwing-unscrewing the threaded connection, comprising a housing with a disclosed shutters, locking mechanism, the rotor comprising a Central and lateral sector, the brake unit, hydraulic motor, gear system with satellites, mechanical lever control device plunger (see U.S. patent No. 4442736 - prototype).

Although known technical solution partially addresses these shortcomings by introducing a mechanical lever device control plunger, but does not consider that the mutual displacement of the sectors of the rotor may also occur already at the initial closing of the valves. In this situation, the plunger under the action of the Cam will not be included in the guide bushing sectors of the rotor, and the castle is closed.

A disadvantage of the known technical solutions, as well as the above solutions is their low reliability.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is improving the reliability universal hydraulic suspension pipe wrench by changing the kinematic scheme of the mechanism.

Universal hydraulic suspension pipe wrench includes a housing 1 (Fig 1) with deployable wings 2 with the locking mechanism with the latch 3, the disclosed rotating the rotor 4 with the jaws to grip the pipe, the brake device 5 to automatically grip the pipe, the hydraulic motor 6 and the gear transmission 7 satellites (figure 3).

On the other hand, the rotor 4 is the last link of the cylindrical gear reducer, the transmitting torque of the motor 6 on the strand or decoupling pipe. As can be seen from the diagram (figure 3), the main parameter of cylindrical gears is the center distance "A" between the rotor 4 and the satellite gears 7. The layout possibilities of the rotor 4 is very limited and restricted to ensure the convergence of the geometric axis of the rotor 4 with a geometric center of rotation of the pipe. Otherwise happen uneven distribution of loads in the toothed gearing of the rotor 4 with the satellite gears 7 and subsequent damage to the teeth is the most dangerous malfunction of the mechanism.

Universal hydraulic suspension pipe wrench works as follows:

the Rotor 4 is in the closed state with a cylindrical plunger 18, which is omitted in the down position and locked technological pin is installed in the housing 1 of the key pre-allocated from Central guide rollers 20. Into the threaded hole 17 of the housing 1 and wings 2 in the closed state of the key are screwed three cylindrical finger 16 with the conical guide (figure 5), which interact with the underlying surface "B" of the rotor 4, combine the geometric axis of the rotor 4 with the center "O", providing a center distance "A" between the rotor 4 and the satellite gears 7. - doors must be opened and closed together with the sectors of the rotor smoothly, without jamming with minimal and stable shock force;

the rotor should smoothly hand off the gearbox.

Thus, the proposed solution will allow to increase the operational reliability universal hydraulic suspension pipe wrench due to the introduction of the regulator relative position of sectors and device for exhibition center distances between the rotor and the satellites, which eliminates dangerous malfunction of the key.
