The invention relates to the manufacture of building products plants construction industry.

A known method of manufacturing a two-layer wall panels by laying on svezheotformovannykh concrete base insulating concrete layer on the vibrating plate and the subsequent heat treatment [1].

The disadvantage of this method is that it is only possible to manufacture flat designs and provides the location of the light insulating layer on top of heavy structural concrete.

The closest is a method of manufacturing a two-layer concrete products in A.S. No. 697475 [2]. This method produces a two-layer concrete products by successive molding of structural and insulating layers of concrete and heat treatment by contact heating. The application of the insulating layer with low water content of 0.02 to 0.7 carried out by pressing under a pressure of 10 to 70 kgf/cm2on sizeofarray structural layer. The heat treatment is carried out one-sided heating from the side of the structural concrete. The moisture in the structural concrete layer in the form of steam penetrates into the insulating layer to accelerate its hardening and hardening.

The disadvantages of this method are significant inputs to the molding fluid the frame layer, and a limited range of manufactured products. Furthermore, the method involves the application of the insulating layer on a heavy structural layer.

However, there is a need to manufacture large-double-layer, including spatial structures at the location of the bottom insulating layer, for example, when applying a fire-retardant insulating coatings.

The aim of the invention is to reduce energy costs, increase quality, and increase the range of products.

This objective is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing a two-layer concrete products, including sequential molding of insulating and structural layers of concrete and heat treated heat-insulating layer of vermiculations mixture of mobility 3-5 cm shape vibroballs with simultaneous reinforcement wire woven mesh in the upper level. The mixture was kept up to a set of plastic strength of 0.015-0.025 MPa before forming the structural layer to prevent mixing of concrete layers and provide high adhesion layer, and heat treatment is carried out by contact of the warm side of insulation layer.

The method is realized in the following way.

First insulating layer formed from vermiculation with an average density of 450-500 kg/m3simultaneously what armirovanie woven mesh in the upper level of a mixture of mobility 3-5 cm immersion cone Strasznie. The thickness and height of the grid are fixed by the height of the bottom surface vibrolance over form. After the release of woven mesh at the rear face vibrolance it is fixed in a compressed concrete, not subject to vibration. Neoplasia concrete mix on inclined surfaces is achieved through the use of stabilizing the forms, which is a continuation vibroballs. The grid allows to mould vibroballs thin insulating layer with a thickness of 15-25 mm structures of complex geometric shape, such a need arises when applying fire-retardant insulating coatings on concrete structures. The insulating layer can withstand up kit plastic strength in the range of 0.015-0.025 MPa, the exposure time vermiculations mixture can be reduced by heating to a temperature of 40-50°contact method of heating after molding. Then formed structural layer of heavy concrete with a hardness of 10 to 40 C. the Presence of fine mesh at the top level of the insulating layer and the preliminary exposure vermiculations mixture to set the plastic strength of 0.015-0.025 MPa exclude mixing of the concrete layers in forming the structural layer.

Forming a two-layer products vibroballs produced under the following couples who fuck vibration: the vibration amplitude 0.12 mm; the oscillation frequency is 100 Hz; speed forming - 0.5-1.0 m/min

Heat treated double-layer products is carried out by way of the contact of the warm-side heat-insulating layer according to the mode (2)+3+4+3 hours at a temperature of isothermal aging 80-85°C. This provides a more uniform heat on the area and thickness of the structural layer, favorable moisture conditions for the hydration of the binder when the transfer of moisture from the insulation layer of concrete in the form of steam in a constructive layer, contributing to the improvement of physico-mechanical characteristics of structural concrete. The time for thermal processing of a two-layer products can be reduced to 2-3,5 h compared with a single-layer structures without compromising the technical properties of structural concrete.

The application of this method allows the manufacture of large-size class, including thin-walled, two-layer construction of high quality, reduced power consumption by reducing the time for heat treatment and application of vibrolance for molding.
