FIELD: water-dispersion coating used for application onto internal and external stone, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces used in non-aggressive, weakly aggressive acidic industrial gas-air environments or averagely aggressive salty natural soil environments, for following application of mastic hydro-insulating cover, and also for coating wooden surfaces prior to application of mastic hydro-insulating cover or any water-dispersion paints.

SUBSTANCE: to provide for anti-corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete structures during operation, coating includes latex and thickening agent in form of liquid sodium glass. As latex, coating contains latex of triple copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinyliden chloride and maleinic acid of specified brand.

The invention relates to aqueous dispersion of the primers used for application to interior and exterior stone, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces, used in non-aggressive, slightly aggressive acidic industrial gas environments or mid-aggressive salt natural soil environments, under the subsequent application of mastic waterproofing coating, and priming wood surfaces for the subsequent application of mastic waterproofing or any water-based paint designed for painting wooden surfaces.

Known primer, including latex and thickener in the form of a glass liquid sodium (see the description of the invention to the patent of Russian Federation №2017776 from 09.01.1992,, IPC 09 D 109/08, 5/12// (09 D 109/08, 109/00, 107/02, 115/02, 161/24, 131/04).

A known multi-component primer that increases its value, it also has a low level of adhesion.

An object of the invention is the provision of corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete structures during the operation by improving the mechanical and sealing properties of the primer.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that she as latex contains latex ternary copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinylidenechloride and maleic acid In Wdmk-E-VDK with the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The proposed composition of the primer has high adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces, low permeability.

The composition is environmentally friendly because it contains no organic solvents and toxic substances, and therefore, easier processing and application.

As the latex in the primer used latex ternary copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinylidenechloride and maleic acid Uhvdc-E-VDK with chemical resistance to most natural aggressive environments and good processing properties.

Film materials based on the latex does not require further incorporating antiseptics. Latex Uhvdc-E-VDK factory delivery contains in its composition and antioxidants (BHT), and emulsifiers, which increases the shelf life primer.

Example.

The primer is prepared by the following method.

First prepare an aqueous solution glass liquid sodium, for which the glass factory dispenser fed into the mixer and diluted with tap water to a density of p=1.3 g/cm3and then the calculated amount of an aqueous solution of glass sodium liquid slowly (small portions) are loaded into the mixer anchor or frame type with a stirring speed of 40-60 rpm, where the pre is satisfactory, pour the water and the estimated amount of the latex and the mixture is stirred for 3-5 minutes The rapid injection of an aqueous solution glass liquid sodium or increase in quantity leads to coagulation of the latex composition.

The increase in the content of sodium liquid glass leads to coagulation of the latex, and the reduction to the absence of the effect of thickening.

The water content in the composition is calculated taking into account water content in the latex and solution glass liquid sodium.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous epoxide corrosion-stable priming used for protection against corrosion and no containing hexavalent chrome compounds. Priming comprises aqueous epoxide compound based on bisphenol A diglycidyl ester, hardening agent and chromate-free pigment inhibiting corrosion. Hardening agent is taken among the group comprising aqueous modified adducts of amines or polyamidoamines decreasing the water content. FIELD: polymer materials and protective coatings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to primer materials, including water-dispersed paints, and is used to form protective-decorative coating of porous surfaces, e.g. various-destination indoor and outdoor brick, concrete, plaster, and similar surfaces. Method comprises preparation of components A and B. The former is water-based suspension of zinc oxide or titanium oxide, talc, powdered cellulose and Sulfosid-61 at ratio 2:1.1:0.04:0.04:0.08, respectively, which is prepared in disperser for 15 min at 18-25°C. The latter component (B) is water-based emulsion containing plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate or Edos), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, liquid sodium glass, and Sulfosid-61 at ratio 6:1.4:1:0.6, which is prepared in planetary mill for 15 min and 18-25°C. Components A and B are then mixed, whereupon latex (SKS-65GP) is added for 20 min at 18-25°C to form composition containing, wt parts: latex 100, component A 85-95, component B 7-8, and water 102-115. Advantages of invention comprise simplification of water-dispersed paint production process, reduced process time due to independent and simultaneous preparation of the two composition components, which are mixed with latex without foaming and stratification.

EFFECT: increased homogeneity of composition and improved spreading capacity, water and frost resistance of coating.
