The invention relates to agriculture, in particular animal - at postmortem and differential diagnosis of non-infectious diseases of pigs.
There is a method that contains the autopsy pigs for fattening, remove organochemical, examination of the costal pleura, discovery leading to chronic rickets pathological signs in the form of thickening of the "rachitic rosary" in the areas of bone and cartilage of the joints of the ribs, as well as softening of the bones, accompanied by the development of an overly large head, short legs, big and flabby "frog" of the abdomen. The aim of the invention is to increase exactly what ti postmortem diagnosis of acute forms of rickets in pigs in the early stages of the disease development in technology-intensive content and thereby reduce economic losses.
This objective is achieved in that after opening the first of the corpses of pigs, the complete removal of organochemical, thorough study of the vertebral table takes into account the specifics of the changes, manifested by thickening of the cartilage intervertebral discs, especially in the thoracic and lumbar regions long before the development of rachitic rosary and visible morphological changes as from parenchymatous organs and intestines.
The specificity of the method for the diagnosis of acute forms of rickets observed during mass diseases and autopsies pigs in conditions of intensive technologies. Subsequently detected characteristic repeatedly refined in laboratory conditions at the Department of pathological anatomy, when the content of the pigs without UV exposure, conducting research and production experiences and at postmortem examination of dead bodies coming from different complexes.
The account of the acute form of the disease and its characteristic clinical and pathological changes increases the efficiency of the pathology and differential diagnosis of rickets in pigs on the material of the opening of the first corpses, allows to develop and implement specific therapeutic and preventive measures, avoiding the deterioration of gain and development is irreversible morphological changes until the mass death of the pigs.
