The technical field

The invention relates to an electric cooking device, in particular to the juicer, with the receiving device for the electric motor.

The level of technology

Such kitchen appliance is already known from EP 0362058 B1. There is described a juicer with a drive motor. The engine is located inside the housing. Using a belt and pulleys he rotates the driven shaft, on which the bearings are installed juicer.

As the closest analogue of the present invention the selected kitchen appliance described in patent document EP 0875191, including a receiving unit for an electric motor, while the receiver is designed essentially in the form of a hollow cylinder, and an electric motor made with the possibility of installation in the receiving device through its open end.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to improve electric kitchen appliance so that its design was simple and compact.

According to the invention in a kitchen appliance, in particular in the juicer, with the receiving device, is made essentially in the form of a hollow cylinder, and with an electric motor, is made with possibility of installation in the receiving device through its open end, this task is solved in that the first holding means made in the form of some of the locking tabs, located on the elastically springy segments of the side wall of the receiving device by means of which the motor is supplied with a reciprocal holding means is fixed in the axial direction.

The engine is quickly connected to other parts of the kitchen appliance, in particular parts of the body.

For education longitudinal prohodivyshih segments in one of the embodiments the side wall is provided with slots.

In another embodiment, the locking tabs are located on the inner side of the segments of the side wall and configured to interact with the holes in the outer wall of the motor.

In yet another embodiment, the receiving device and the electric motor have the appropriate tools for unambiguous fixing the position of the motor in the direction of rotation of the motor.

In addition, these tools for a single commit can be made in the form of a ledge, passing in the longitudinal direction on the inner side of the receiving device and scalawags with a corresponding groove in the outer wall of the motor.

In another embodiment, the receiving device has a second retaining means for the PCB. While the second holding means can be located on nosegment the side wall of the receiver. The implementation of the invention

Kitchen appliance (1) has a housing 1 in which is set the receiving device 2. The receiving device 2 is made either from metal or from plastic. The receiving device 2 has the shape of a hollow cylinder with an open bottom end. From this end in the side wall 3 (Fig 3) receptor 2 done the slots 4, which divides the side wall 3 of the segments 5. Segments 5 wall thanks to the elasticity of the material, which is made from the receiving device 2, sufficiently elastic so that they can be a little push to the side. On the segments 5 of the alternate wall facing the inside protrusions or locking tabs 6. They have turned inward, angled in the direction of introduction, plane 7, which can push the motor 8, so that the retaining tabs 6 engages with the holes 9 in the outer wall of the motor 8. Due to this, the motor is held on the perimeter, for example, four retaining tabs 6 and thereby securely fixed.

On some segments 5 wall near the open end of the receiving device 2 has protrusions 10. For example, the protrusions 10 are on the same segment 5 walls that have locking tabs 6. In an alternative embodiment, the protrusions 10 are those segments of the 5 walls on which there are no locking tabs 6. The width of the protrusions 10 allows you to push them into the holes 11 (2) of the PCB 12. To ensure a strong connection with the receiving device and securing in this position, the protrusions 10 are slots 13, which pushes the locking feet 14, the holes 11 of the printed circuit Board by pressing the circuit Board 12 from the bottom up to the receiving device 2.

In the printed circuit Board 12 has at least one, mostly circular hole 15, through which is possible to access the p to the motor 8. In particular, the through hole 15 is an electric motor connection 8.

According to the invention in a kitchen appliance, in particular in the juicer, provided the receiving device, in which a simple how are the motor 8 and the printed circuit Board 12. They are easily incorporated into the receiving device 2, which is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with an elastic spring segments 5 wall.

5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the said means for unambiguous fixation is made in the form of a ledge, passing in the longitudinal direction on the inner side of the receiving device (2) and scalawags with a corresponding groove in the outer wall of the motor (8).
