SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing acryl resins-base building composition materials used in internal and external finishing of compartments of industrial and civil designation, in particular, in making pouring flooring covers, protective and finishing materials and pouring compounds. Acryl composition for finishing works comprising a binding agent, quarts sand as a filling agent, plasticizing agent, hardening agent and water involves 40-60% aqueous dispersion of copolymer of butylacrylate, methylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid as a binding agent, tributyl phosphate as a plasticing agent, Portland cement M400 as a hardening agent and, additionally, it comprises acryl-urethane thickening agent of associative type "Polifob TR-117" wherein components are taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: 40-60% dispersion of copolymer of butylacrylate, methylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid, 15.0-30.0; acryl-urethane thickening agent of associative type "Polifob TR-117", 0.1-0.2; quartz sand, 35.0-50.0; tributyl phosphate, 0.15-0.25; Portland cement M400, 8-12, and water, the balance. The composition can comprise additionally pigment in the amount up to 11 wt.-%. Invention provides enhancing mechanical strength of cover, its adhesion to surface and decreasing water absorption.

The invention relates to the field of construction, namely the construction of composite materials based on acrylic resins used in interior and exterior decoration of industrial and civil purposes, in particular for the manufacture of liquid coatings for floors, protective and finishing materials, potting compounds.

This polimermineralnaya composition has high adhesive strength and heat resistance, but the use of the polymer emulsion waste polystyrene EPS unsafe from an environmental perspective view of the toxicity of styrene polymer.

Closest to the proposed invention the technical essence is a marble composition for decorating /patent RU No. 2219140 IPC 04 In 26/06, publ. 20.12.2003/adopted by the authors for the prototype.

However, the composition has insufficient adhesion of the composite layer to the surface, has a low strength properties (impact strength, tensile strength and compression) and high water absorption.

The technical problem to be solved in the framework of the present invention is to provide a construction acrylic composition with high mechanical properties, improved adhesion of the composite layer to the surface, and low water absorption.

The solution of the above problem is due to the fact that acrylic composition for decorating, comprising a binder, a filler is silica sand, plasticizer, curing agent, water as a binder composition contains 40 to 60%aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and metacril the Oh of the acid, as the plasticizer contains tributyl phosphate, as a hardener - Portland cement M400, in addition, it further comprises acrylourethane associative thickener type "Polyfab TR-117", in the following ratio between the components of the acrylic composition, wt.%:

The composition may further contain a pigment in an amount up to 11 wt.%.

Used in the claimed composition 40-60%aqueous emulsion of a copolymer of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid is produced by the industry under the brand name "Deacon" TU-2241-039-07507802-2001.

40-60%aqueous emulsion of acrylic copolymer get emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in the presence of a water-soluble initiator is olymerization and anionic emulsifier.

Acrylic copolymer dispersion is a component that provides communication and film-forming properties of the material, as well as good transparency and weather resistance of the coating.

As a thickener to improve the rheological properties of the composition contains an acrylic-urethane associative thickener type "Polyfab TR-117" company "Union Carbide", in the form of water-soluble polymers, comprising acetaldehyde, 0.001%, 0.002%ethyl acrylate, polymer additives 40% water and 60%. It is a viscous whitish liquid (health certificate for Polyphobe TR-117 of the company "Union Carbide").

Used as filler of quartz sand of different fractions (GOST 90-77-92, GOST 15045-78, GOST 22551-77) imparts strength, density. Portland cement M400 (GOST 10178-85) is used as a hardener.

As the plasticizer, defoamer used tributyl phosphate (TU 6-02-73384), which affects the mechanical properties of the coating, making the material more ductile.

The manufacturing process of building a composition based on acrylic resins consists of the following operations:

- preparation of a mixture of liquid components (variance, plasticizer, thickener);

- preparation of a mixture of dry components (quartz sand, cement, pigment);

- mixing of liquid and dry the ingredients until completely homogeneous mixture.

Test samples of the finished products is performed by standard known methods.

The composition of the proposed structure in the laboratory was prepared and tested throughout the range of each component. For comparison, similar tests were carried out for the composition of the prototype.

The technical essence of the present invention is illustrated by the following experimental data.

Specific examples of the compositions with different content of components in comparison with the prototype presented in table 1.

The test results of samples obtained building compositions are given in table 2.

From the data given in table. 2, it is seen that the best physical and mechanical properties have samples of the material having a composition included in the claimed range (formulations 2, 3, 4).

The compositions of examples 1, 5 from beyond the quantitative values of components have worse characteristics than the claimed design composition as example 1 shows a lower adhesion of the composite layer, and example 5 low resistance.

As follows from table data, acrylic composition according to the invention is superior to known, taken as a prototype of such strength indicators as impact strength, tensile strength the compression, as well as adhesive strength, while providing a high level of water resistance, i.e. the invention solves the task.

For example, the use of the proposed solution allows more than 50% increase in adhesive strength of the material compared to the prototype, and a 25% impact strength.

Thus, a composition for acrylic finishes, which provides obtaining of coatings with high mechanical strength. Low water absorption of the claimed composition preserves a high level of physical-mechanical characteristics of the coating over a long period of operation and thereby increase its durability.

Created acrylic composition for finishing work in a wide range of use is non-toxic, fire, prepared for the simple technology on standard equipment, easy to use and maintains its characteristics during storage.

FIELD: impregnating compositions for porous materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains castor oil and solvent in the amount of 1-9900 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of castor oil; composition contains at least one agent selected from groups (a), (b) and (c) which is used as solvent. Proposed method includes water-proofing of moisture-laden concrete by applying proposed impregnating composition, manufacture of water-proof veneer including bonding of moist veneer sheets under pressure which are impregnated with proposed composition with solvent selected from group (a) or (b) and bonding of moist layers of veneer sheets impregnated with proposed composition with solvent selected from group (c). Proposed composition is simple and moderately priced. It deeply impregnates surface layer of moisture-laden degraded concrete, thus considerably increasing water-proofness of concrete.

SUBSTANCE: method of combined plate manufacturing is that the fire layer A, which is a fiber-reinforced hydrous sodium silicate, causing a mixture of epoxy resin and hardener or polyurethane resin to form a protective layer B. Before curing the protective layer B in the substrate it is applied a layer C from wood stoves or wood particle board of medium or high density. Before or after coating of protective layer B and the substrate layer C, fire-prevention layer A is covered with protective layer B. Then combination plate is cured by pressing. The resulting combination plate contains a sequence of layers B'-A-B-C, and consists of fire-prevention layer A from an aqueous fiber reinforced sodium silicate with a substrate layer C of wood or particle board of medium-high density, protective layers of B and B', inflicted with both sides to fire-prevention layer A consisting of epoxy or polyurethane resin. Protective layers B and B' are used as an adhesive layer between the fire-prevention layer A and a substrate layer C. In addition, a combination plate can contain a substrate layer C. The combination plate contains a sequence of layers of C-B'-A-B-C.
