The invention relates to medicine, namely to liver surgery and how transperceneige drainage

The known method transperceneige drainage by installing a perforated tube in the bile ducts. The disadvantage of this method, selected as a prototype, is that the side holes in the tube contribute to the release of bile into its lumen, bile stasis and infection that leads to cholangitis in the postoperative period.

The objective of the invention is the prevention of stagnation of bile and development of cholangitis in the postoperative period.

This object is achieved in that in the method frame transperceneige drainage, consisting in the installation of a perforated tube transposenote in the bile ducts, not earlier than the 10th day of the perforated tube remove and install in its place a stent, which is left in the ducts for up to two years.

Destruction in the postoperative period of the perforated tube and install transposenote in the bile ducts of the stent prevents the development of cholangitis due to the fact that the stent is solid.

According to scientific, technical and medical literature, installation transposenote stent in surgery of the biliary tract is unknown.

The method is as follows. Not earlier than the 10th day to the distal end of perf is ture tube is mounted by two nodal nylon sutures stent, rotational movements at the proximal end of the perforated tube, the latter is removed, and in its place installed a stent.

Example. Patient B., 41, IB No. 15831/215163 hospitalized in Spynie JV them. Glj 10.03.04 diagnosed with the Condition after frame transperceneige drainage from 17.06.03 on Groetz-Saypol-Kurina, cholangitis. In Sri SP she replaced the drain tube with side holes on the stents. Discharged on day 7, with no signs of cholangitis. Months later, the patient returned to the left work, the traditional way of life.

The positive effect from the use of this invention is that eliminates the stagnation of bile and the development of infection, which, in turn, eliminates the occurrence of cholangitis in the postoperative period. Using this technique allows you to avoid re-hospitalization with signs of cholangitis, to improve the quality of life of the patient.

The proposed method is feasible and appropriate to use in operations concerning injuries and scar strictures of extrahepatic bile ducts.

The way the frame transperceneige drainage, consisting in the installation of a perforated tube transposenote in the bile ducts, characterized in that it is not earlier than 10 days perforated tube removed and establish in its place a stent, which leave protoco for up to two years.
